Solution of a Time-Space Tempered Fractional Diffusion-Wave Equation and its Theoretical Aspects

This article proves the existence and uniqueness conditions of the solution of two-dimensional time-space tempered fractional diffusion-wave equation. We find analytical solution of the equation via the two-step Adomian decomposition method(TSADM). The existence result is obtained with the help of some fixed point theorems, while the uniqueness of the solution is a consequence of the Banach contraction ***, we study the stability via the Ulam-Hyers stability for the considered problem. The existing techniques use numerical algorithms for solving the two-dimensional time-space tempered fractional diffusionwave equation, and thus, the results obtained from them are the approximate solution of the problem with high computational and time complexity. In comparison, our proposed method eliminates all the difficulties arising from numerical methods and gives an analytical solution with a straightforward process in just one iteration.

Light-emitting diode (LED) technology is a new non-thermal food preservation method that works by converting light energy into heat. LED has potential to revolutionize crop production, protection and preservation. This technology is economical and environmentally friendly. LEDs have been shown to improve the nutritive quality and shelf life of foods, control the ripening of fruits, induce the synthesis of bioactive compounds and antioxidants and reduce the microbial contamination. This technology also has great scope in countries, where safety, hygiene, storage and distribution of foods are serious issues. While comparing this technology with other lighting technologies, LEDs can bring numerous advantages to food supply chain from farm to fork. In case of small growing amenities which exploit only LEDs, energy expenditure has been successfully reduced while producing nutritious food. LEDs can be used to give us better understanding and control over production and preservation of food with relation to spectral composition of light. LEDs also play significant role in food safety by inactivating the food borne pathogens. Therefore, LED lighting is a very effective and promising technology for extending shelf life of agricultural produce by increasing disease resistance and with increased nutritional values.

In the present study,effects of ovariectomy(Ovx)and estradiol-17β(E2)replacement on the brain steroid levels were investigated in the resting and prespawning phases of the female catfish Heteropneustes *** study showed that Ovx resulted in significant decreases in plasma levels of estradiol-17β(E2)and its precursors,and the effect varied with the reproductive stage and *** study showed that E2 supplementation reversed the effect of Ovx in 3-week Ovx fish group,either restored or increased according to the *** contrast,E2 levels increased in the brain after Ovx in the resting stage and produced a biphasic effect of significant decreases on week 1 and 2,and significant increases on week 3,4 and 5 in the pre-spawning *** brain E2 levels significantly inhibited in E2 supplementation *** testosterone(T)levels showed biphasic effects,an initial decrease(up to 3 weeks Ovx)and an increase later(week 4,5)in the resting *** the pre-spawning stage,the T levels increased significantly after *** E2 supplementation significantly inhibited the T levels,more severely in the low dose group in the resting and pre-spawning *** 17-hydroxyprogesterone(17-OHP4)levels increased(week 1,2,3)but decreased on week 4 and 5 of Ovx in the resting stage and increased throughout Ovx in the pre-spawning stage except in the 5th week(though compared to other steroids,level was very low;almost negligible).The E2 replacement significantly decreased the steroid levels further down compared to the Ovx control *** progesterone(P4)and pregnenolone(P5)levels decreased initially(week 1 and 2 Ovx)and recovered *** E2 replacement significantly decreased P4 levels in the Ovx fish in the pre-spawning stage and in the lower dose group in the resting *** P5 levels remained inhibited after the E2 supplementation in the resting stage but unchanged or increased it in the pre-spawning *** cortisol(F)levels were inhibited initially(1 and 2

The paper has focussed on the global landcover for the identification of cropland *** growth and rapid industrialization are somehow disturbing the agricultural lands and eventually the food production needed for human *** agricultural land monitoring requires proper management of land *** paper has proposed a method for cropland mapping by semantic segmentation of landcover to identify the cropland boundaries and estimate the cropland areas using machine learning *** process has initially applied various filters to identify the features responsible for detecting the land boundaries through the edge detection *** images are masked or annotated to produce the ground truth for the label identification of croplands,rivers,buildings,and *** selected features are transferred to a machine learning model for the semantic segmentation *** methodology has applied Random Forest,which has compared to two other techniques,Support Vector Machine and Multilayer perceptron,for the semantic segmentation *** dataset is composed of satellite images collected from the QGIS *** paper has derived the conclusion that Random forest has given the best result for segmenting the image into different regions with 99%training accuracy and 90%test *** results are cross-validated by computing the Mean loU and kappa coefficient that shows 93%and 69%score value respectively for Random Forest,found maximum among *** paper has also calculated the area covered under the different segmented ***,Random Forest has produced promising results for semantic segmentation of landcover for cropland mapping.

Elimination of visceral leishmaniasis is a priority programme in Indian *** World Health Organization has set a new target to eliminate kala-azar by the year 2020 as previous target elimination year(2015) has *** elimination programme has successfully curbed the rate of infection in endemic regions; however, there are still few challenges in its *** current drug control regime is extremely limited and comprises only two(amphotericin B and miltefosine) drugs, which are also susceptible for parasites ***, these drugs do not produce sterile cure, and cured patients may develop post kala-azar dermal leishmaniasis even after a decade of cure leaving behind a potent source of parasitic reservoirs for further disease transmission.A significant proportion of endemic population remain seropositive but aymptomatic for many years without any clinical symptom that serve as latent parasitic *** lack of tools to identify live parasites in asymptomatic infections and there association in disease transmission, parameters of sterile cure along with post kala-azar dermal leishmaniasis progression remain a major threat in its *** this review, we discuss the potential of host immune inhibitory mechanisms to identify immune correlates of protective immunity to understand the mystery of asymptomatic infections, sterile cure and post kala azar dermal leishmaniasis.

Hard concrete roofs cause excessive heat gain impacting thermal comfort in *** gardens promoting greening at higher levels of built structures are seen as one of the key mitigating strategies for modifying building microclimate and improving urban *** have undertaken a research project to quantitatively assess the value of a terrace garden in a residential scale.A garden patch of about 15 m 2 in area,a typical size available in most urban terraces is *** temperatures are measured over a period of 15 months between July 2018 to January 2020 using four thermocouple sensors,placed within and outside the garden bed,on and below the *** compare the thermal performance of the terrace garden across years,seasons,time of the day,presence or absence of garden bed and type and height of *** surface temperature data was found to correlate well with the ambient air temperature *** results show that the terrace garden moderates and stabilises the ceiling temperatures and reduces it by about 2-3°C in winter months and 5-7°C in hot *** garden also provided nearly 400 g of fresh monthly vegetable harvest per m 2 of ***,the cooling impact of the terrace garden with natural,tall,wild vegetation is higher as compared to planted *** study demonstrates a sustainable approach to terrace garden design at residential scale through quantified dual benefits of temperature control within buildings and urban farming.

Objective:To explore natural compounds as potential inhibitors against main protease(Mpro)of ***:In the current study,systematic molecular docking analysis was conducted using AutoDock 4.2 to determine the binding affinities and interactions between natural compounds and *** natural compounds were further validated using a combination of molecular dynamic(MD)simulations and molecular mechanic Poisson-Boltzmann surface area(MM/PBSA)free energy c alculation ***:Out of twenty natural compounds,four natural metabolites namely,amentoflavone,guggulsterone,puerarin,and piperine were found to have strong interaction with Mpro of SARS-CoV-2 based on docking *** MD simulations,all four natural compounds bound to Mpro at 50 ns and MM/G/P/BSA free energy calculations showed that all four shortlisted ligands had stable and favorable energies with strong binding to Mpro ***:Guggulsterone is a potential inhibitor of COVID-19 main protease *** in vitro and pre-clinical studies are needed.
