Nutrient availability is a determining factor for crop yield and *** fertilization is a major approach for improving plant nutrition,its efficacy can be limited and the production and application of fertilizers frequently bring problems to the environment.A large number of soil microbes are capable of enhancing plant nutrient acquisition and thereby offer environmentally benign solutions to meet the requirements of plant *** we provide summations of how beneficial microbes enhance plant acquisition of macronutrients and *** also review recent studies on nutrition-dependent plant-microbe interactions,which highlight the plant’s initiative in establishing or deterring the plant-microbe *** dissecting complex signaling interactions between microbes within the root microbiome,a greater understanding of microbe-enhanced plant nutrition under specific biotic and abiotic stresses will be possible.

Premature plant senescence induced by abiotic stresses is a major cause of agricultural losses worldwide. Tools for suppressing stress-induced plant senescence are limited. Here, we report that diacetyl, a natural compound emitted by the plantbeneficial bacterium Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,suppresses abscisic acid-mediated foliar senescence in Arabidopsis thaliana under various abiotic stress conditions. Our results establish diacetyl as an effective protector against stressinduced plant senescence and reveal a molecular mechanism for bacteria-enhanced plant stress resistance.

Unlike microbe-associated molecular patterns(MAMPs) that are readily targeted by host immunity,microbial non-pathogenic factors(NPFs) appear negligible as they do not elicit defense. Little is known about whether and how NPFs may be monitored by hosts to control compatibility. Herein, a forward genetic screening isolated an Arabidopsis mutant with a loss of plant-rhizobacteria mutualism, leading to the disclosure of a plant latent defense response(LDR) to NPFs. The activation of LDR in the mutant,named rol1 for regulator of LDR 1, is triggered by several non-pathogenic volatile organic compounds and antagonizes plant compatibility with the beneficial bacterium Bacillus amyloliquefaciens GB03. The activation of LDR in rol1 is mediated through the prokaryotic pathway of chloroplastic lipid *** rol1 root microbiome showed a reduced proportion of the Bacillaceae family. We propose that, parallel to the forefront immunity to MAMPs, LDR to certain NPFs provides a hidden layer of defense for controlling compatibility with commensal or beneficial microbes.

Synthesis of a natural glycine-rich heptacyclopeptide mahafacyclin A （7） was accomplished by solution-phase technique of peptide synthesis via coupling of tetrapeptide unit Boc-L-Thr-L-Ile-L-Leu-Gly-OH with tripeptide unit L-Val-L-Phe-Gly-OMe followed by cyclization of linear heptapeptide fragment. Structure of the newly synthesized cyclopolypeptide was confirmed by means of chemical, spectroscopic analyses and subjected to antibacterial, antifungal and anthelmintic activity studies. Bioactivity results showed potent antifungal and anthelmintic activities of the synthesized peptide against dermatophytes T. mentagrophytes, M. audouinii and earthworm species M. kon-kanensis, P. corethruses and E. eugeniea.

Big data analytics and data mining are techniques used to analyze data and to extract hidden *** approaches to analysis and extraction do not work well for big data because this data is complex and of very high volume. A major data mining technique known as data clustering groups the data into clusters and makes it easy to extract information from these clusters. However, existing clustering algorithms, such as k-means and hierarchical, are not efficient as the quality of the clusters they produce is compromised. Therefore, there is a need to design an efficient and highly scalable clustering algorithm. In this paper, we put forward a new clustering algorithm called hybrid clustering in order to overcome the disadvantages of existing clustering algorithms. We compare the new hybrid algorithm with existing algorithms on the bases of precision, recall, F-measure, execution time, and accuracy of results. From the experimental results, it is clear that the proposed hybrid clustering algorithm is more accurate, and has better precision, recall, and F-measure values.

In recent years, huge amounts of structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data have been generated by various institutions around the world and, collectively, this heterogeneous data is referred to as big data. The health industry sector has been confronted by the need to manage the big data being produced by various sources,which are well known for producing high volumes of heterogeneous data. Various big-data analytics tools and techniques have been developed for handling these massive amounts of data, in the healthcare sector. In this paper, we discuss the impact of big data in healthcare, and various tools available in the Hadoop ecosystem for handling it. We also explore the conceptual architecture of big data analytics for healthcare which involves the data gathering history of different branches, the genome database, electronic health records, text/imagery, and clinical decisions support system.

Phyllanthus species plants are a rich source of phenolics and widely used due to their medicinal properties. A liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry(LC–MS/MS) method was developed using high-pressure liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-ESI-QTOFMS/MS) for the identification and characterization of quercetin, kaempferol, ellagic acid and their derivatives in ethanolic extracts of Phyllanthus species. The chromatographic separation was carried out on Thermo Betasil C_8 column(250 mm×4.5 mm, 5 μm) using 0.1% formic acid in water and 0.1% formic acid in methanol as the mobile phase. The identification of diagnostic fragment ions and optimization of collision energies were carried out using 21 reference standards. Totally 51 compounds were identified which include 21 compounds identified and characterized unambiguously by comparison with their authentic standards and the remaining 30 were tentatively identified and characterized in ethanolic extracts of P. emblica, P. fraternus, P. amarus and ***.

BACkGROUND:Choledochal cysts in adults are more commonly associated with complications such as cystolithiasis,recurrent cholangitis,portal hypertension and malignancy,than in the pediatric age ***:We report a case of adult choledochal cyst with long-term complication of large stone cast and portal hypertension due to secondary biliary ***:A 50-year-old patient presented with obstructive jaundice and *** investigation,she was diagnosed as having a choledochal cyst with large stone cast and portal *** stage resection of the choledochal cyst with Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy was done by meticulous dissection and ligation of ***:Single stage resection of a choledochal cyst is possible in spite of associated portal hypertension,if the portal vein is patent.
