高密度压制工艺(温模压制)扩大了粉末冶金零件的应用范围。鉴于一次压制/一次烧结(1P/1S)所达到的密度已超过了7.3 g/cm^3,这种成本可行的零件生产方法,往往是最新高密度汽车零件应用采用的方法。达到较高零件密度的关键的第一步是改进润滑剂与预混合工艺,以将润滑剂的含量减小到预混合粉重量的0.25%。本文详述了新润滑剂系统,能够使润滑剂含量减低到预混合粉重量的0.25%,并使生坯密度高达7.5 g/cm^3左右。除了生坯密度高外,生坯强度也达到了30 MPa左右;并能将压制与生坯零件后续处理时开裂的可能性减小到最小程度。虽然还不能用于所有类型的零件,但在Cloyes Gear已证明,这种新的粉末预混合粉,对于生产汽车的气门机构零件是成功的。将详述开发工作的情况和得到的生产体验,并讨论其优点与局限性。

The development of next-generation sequencing （NGS） platforms spawned an enormous volume of data. This explosion in data has unearthed new scalability challenges for existing bioinformatics tools. The analysis of metagenomic sequences using bioinformatics pipelines is complicated by the substantial complexity of these data. In this article, we review several commonly-used online tools for metagenomies data analysis with respect to their quality and detail of analysis using simulated metagenolnies data. There are at least a dozen such software tools presently available in the public domain. Among them, MGRAST, IMG/M, and METAVIR are the most well-known tools according to the number of citations by peer-reviewed scientific media up to mid-2015. Here, we describe 12 online tools with respect to their web link, annotation pipelines, clustering methods, online user support, and availability of data storage. We have also done the rating for each tool to screen more potential and preferential tools and evaluated five best tools using synthetie metagenome. The article comprehensively deals with the contemporary problems and the prospects of metagenomies from a bioinformatics viewpoint.

Objective:Placement of human placenta derived grafts during robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy(RARP)hastens the return of continence and *** long-term impact on the oncologic outcomes remains to be *** objective was to determine the oncologic outcomes of patients with dehydrated human amnion chorion membrane(dHACM)at RARP compared to a matched ***:In a referral centre,from August 2013 to October 2019,599 patients used dHACM in bilateral nerve-sparing *** excluded patients with less than 12 months follow-up,simple prostatectomy,and unilateral *** with dHACM(amnio group)were 529,and were propensity score matched 1:1 to 2465 patients without dHACM(non-amnio group)and a minimum follow-up of 36 *** the time of RARP,dHACM was placed around the neurovascular bundle in the amnio *** and categorical variables in matched groups was tested by two-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Fisher's exact test *** measured were biochemical recurrence(BCR),adjuvant and salvage therapy ***:Propensity score matching resulted in two groups of 444 *** incidence functions for BCR did not show a difference between the groups(p=0.3).Patients in the non-amnio group required salvage therapy more frequently than the amnio group,particularly after partial nerve-sparing RARP(6.3%vs.2.3%,p=0.001).Limitations are the absence of prospective ***:The data suggest that using dHACM does not have a negative impact on BCR in *** of cancer specific and overall survival will require follow-up study to increase our understanding of these grafts’impact on prostate cancer biology.

Objective:To study the potential role of subjective visual vertical(SVV)as a prognostic marker for canalith repositioning maneuver(CRM)in patients with posterior canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(PC-BPPV)for the Indian ***:SVV was examined in 30 patients with PC-BPPV before and after canalith repositioning maneuver and after complete resolution of *** parameters included the mean of 10 angular tilt readings and direction of deviation,which were compared before and after CRM and following complete resolution of ***:The angle of SVV tilt was greater and deviated towards the affected ear before CRM in all patients,which decreased significantly shortly after CRM and continued to decrease after complete resolution of PC-BPPV(p<0.0001).Conclusions:SVV can be used to test utricular dysfunction in *** angle of tilt improves in response to CRM,which may be used as a prognostic marker in patients with PC-BPPV receiving CRM.

The SnS thin films were synthesized by chemical bath deposition （CBD）, dip coating and successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction （SILAR） techniques. In them, the CBD thin films were deposited at two tem- peratures： ambient and 70℃. The energy dispersive analysis of X-rays （EDAX）, X-ray diffraction （XRD）, Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy （SEM） and optical spectroscopy techniques were used to characterize the thin films. The electrical transport properties studies on the as-deposited thin films were done by measuring the I-V characteristics, DC electrical resistivity variation with temperature and the room temperature Hall effect. The obtained results are deliberated in this paper.
