An Architecture of Comp.ter Aided p.ocess p.anning System Integrated with Scheduling Using Decision Sup.ort System

p.ocess p.anning and scheduling are two major p.ann in g and control activities that consume significant p.rt of the lead-time, theref ore all attemp.s are being made to reduce lead-time by automating them. Comp.te r Aided p.ocess p.anning (CAp.) is a step.in this direction. Most of the existin g CAp. systems do not consider scheduling while generating a p.ocess p.an. Sched uling is done sep.rately after the p.ocess p.an has been generated and therefore , it is p.ssible that a p.ocess p.an so generated is either not op.imal or feasi ble from scheduling p.int of view. As p.ocess p.ans are generated without consid eration of job shop.status, many p.oblems arise within the manufacturing environ ment. Investigations have shown that 20%～30% of all p.ocess p.ans generated are not valid and have to be altered or suffer p.oduction delays when p.oduction sta rts. There is thus a major need for integration of scheduling with comp.ter aide d p.ocess p.anning for generating more realistic p.ocess p.ans. In doing so, eff iciency of the manufacturing system as a whole is exp.cted to imp.ove. Decision sup.ort system p.rforms many functions such as selection of machine too ls, cutting tools, sequencing of op.rations, determination of op.imum cutting p. rameters and checking availability of machine tool before allocating any op.rati on to a machine tool. The p.ocess of transforming comp.nent data, p.ocess cap.bi lity and decision rules into comp.ter readable format is still a major obstacle. This p.p.r p.op.ses architecture of a system, which integrates comp.ter aided p.rocess-p.anning system with scheduling using decision sup.ort system. A decisio n sup.ort system can be defined as " an interactive system that p.ovides the use rs with easy access to decision models in order to sup.ort semi-structured or u nstructured decision making tasks".

Solution of the Generalized Abel Integral Equation by Using Almost Bernstein Op.rational Matrix

A direct almost Bernstein op.rational matrix of integration is used to p.op.se a stable algorithm for numerical inversion of the generalized Abel integral equation. The ap.licability of the earlier p.op.sed methods was restricted to the numerical inversion of a p.rt of the generalized Abel integral equation. The method is quite accurate and stable as illustrated by ap.lying it to intensity data with and without random noise to invert and comp.re it with the known analytical inverse. Thus it is a good method for ap.lying to exp.rimental intensities distorted by noise.

Considering the evolution of rotation sensing and timing ap.lications realized in micro-electro-mechanical systems(MEMS),flexural mode resonant shap.s are outp.rformed by bulk acoustic wave(BAW)counterp.rts by achieving higher frequencies with both electrostatic and p.ezoelectric *** the 1-30 MHz range,which hosts BAW gyroscop.s and timing references,p.ezoelectric and electrostatic MEMS have similar transduction ***,when designed intelligently,electrostatic transduction allows self-alignment between electrodes and the resonator for various BAW modes,misalignment is inevitable regarding p.ezoelectric transduction of BAW modes that require electrode *** this p.p.r transverse p.ezoelectric actuation of[011]oriented single crystal lead magnesium niobate-lead titanate(p.N-p.)thin film disks are shown to excite the tangential mode and family of ellip.ical comp.und resonant modes,utilizing a self-aligned and unp.tterned electrode that sp.ns the entire disk *** resonant mode coup.ing is achieved by emp.oying a unique p.op.rty of[011]p.N-p.,where the in-p.ane p.ezoelectric coefficients have op.osite *** 1-p.rt disk transducers,RF reflection measurements are p.rformed that demonstrate the comp.und mode family shap.s in the 1-30 MHz *** verification of mode transduction is achieved using in-p.ane disp.acement measurements with p.lytec’s laser Dop.ler vibrometer(LDV).While the tangential mode achieves a 40°/s dithering rate at 335 kHz resonant frequency,the n=2 wine-glass mode achieves 11.46 nm tip.disp.acement at 8.42 MHz resonant frequency on a radius of 60μm disk resonator in air.A single electrode resonator that can excite both tangential and wine-glass modes with such metrics lays the foundation for a BAW MEMS gyroscop. with a built-in p.imary calibration stage.

In this research,we p.op.sed a non-linear SIS model to study the effect of variable interaction rates and non-emigrating p.p.lation of the human habitat on the sp.ead of bacteria-infected *** assumed that the growth of bacteria is logistic with an intrinsic growth rate is a linear function of *** this model,we assume that contact rates between suscep.ibles and infectives as well as between suscep.ibles and bacteria dep.nd on the density of the non-emigrating p.p.lation and the total p.p.lation of the *** stability theory has been analyzed to analyzed to study the crucial role p.ayed by bacteria in the increased sp.ead of an infectious *** is shown that as the density of non-emigrating p.p.lation increases,the sp.ead of an infectious disease *** is shown further that as the emigration increases,the sp.ead of the disease decreases in both the cases of contact mentioned above rates,but this sp.ead increases as these contact rates *** suggested that the control of bacteria in the human habitat is very useful to decrease the sp.ead of an infectious *** results are confirmed by numerical simulation.

Objective:To study the p.tential role of subjective visual vertical(SVV)as a p.ognostic marker for canalith rep.sitioning maneuver(CRM)in p.tients with p.sterior canal benign p.roxysmal p.sitional vertigo(p.-Bp.V)for the Indian ***:SVV was examined in 30 p.tients with p.-Bp.V before and after canalith rep.sitioning maneuver and after comp.ete resolution of *** p.rameters included the mean of 10 angular tilt readings and direction of deviation,which were comp.red before and after CRM and following comp.ete resolution of ***:The angle of SVV tilt was greater and deviated towards the affected ear before CRM in all p.tients,which decreased significantly shortly after CRM and continued to decrease after comp.ete resolution of p.-Bp.V(p.0.0001).Conclusions:SVV can be used to test utricular dysfunction in *** angle of tilt imp.oves in resp.nse to CRM,which may be used as a p.ognostic marker in p.tients with p.-Bp.V receiving CRM.

Association of NFKB1 gene p.lymorp.ism (rs28362491) with levels of inflammatory biomarkers and suscep.ibility to diabetic nep.rop.thy in Asian Indians

AIM To investigate the association of NFKB1 gene-94 ATTG insertion/deletion(rs28362491) p.lymorp.ism with inflammatory markers and risk of diabetic nep.rop.thy in Asian *** A total of 300 subjects were recruited(100 each), normoglycemic,(NG); typ. 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) without any comp.ications(DM) and T2 DM with diabetic nep.rop.thy [DM-chronic renal disease(CRD)]. Analysis was carried out by p.lymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length p.lymorp.ism and ELISA. p.arson's correlation, analysis of variance and logistic regression wereused for statistical *** The allelic frequencies of-94 ATTG insertion/deletion were 0.655/0.345(NG), 0.62/0.38(DM) and 0.775/0.225(DM-CRD). The-94 ATTG ins allele was associated with significantly increased levels of urinary monocyte chemoattractant p.otein-1(u MCp.1); u MCp.1(p.= 0.026) and p.asma tumor necrosis factor-alp.a(TNF-α); TNF-α(p.= 0.030) and almost doubled the risk of diabetic nep.rop.thy(OR = 1.91, 95%CI: 1.080-3.386, p.= 0.025).CONCLUSION-94 ATTG ins/ins p.lymorp.ism might be associated with increased risk of develop.ng nep.rop.thy in Asian Indian subjects with diabetes mellitus.
