The p.esent study is a systematic effort to investigate the structure-sensitive magnetic p.rameters of Ce^(3+) substituted Ba-Sr hexaferrite nanocrystals chemically formulated as Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Ce_(x)Fe_(12-x)O_(19) where x=0.0-0.2 with Δx=*** hexaferrite p.wders were p.ep.red using the sol-gel self-ignition route and structurally characterized by means of p.wder X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared *** creation of the M-typ. hexaferrite p.ase within the synthesized samp.es was revealed from the Rietveld refinement of the X-ray *** occurrence of a secondary p.ase of CeO_(2) was revealed within the hexaferrites for the substitution,x> *** refined X-ray diffraction data were utilized to comp.te the lattice p.rameters,X-ray density,and lattice p.rameter *** crystal structure p.otted from the refined XRD data reveals the occup.ncy of the ions at different lattice *** Xp. data of the hexaferrite were analyzed to confirm the oxidation states of the constituent *** nanocrystalline nature of the hexaferrites was revealed from the crystallite sizes calculated using Scherer's *** analysis of FTIR sp.ctra confirms that only a fraction of Ce^(3+)accommodated in the lattice and the remaining Ce content reside in the form of the CeO_(2) *** morp.ology of the hexaferrites was analyzed from the FESEM p.ofiles of the ferrite *** magnetic behavior study was p.rformed by analyzing the Curie temp.rature,hysteresis loop.,and hyp.rfine interactions by means of suscep.ibility,V.S.M,and Mossbauer sp.ctroscop.,*** hexaferrites with increasing coercivity,decreasing saturation magnetization,and decreasing Curie temp.rature are rep.rted in the *** substituted Ce^(3+)ions inhibit the grain growth and create lattice imp.rfections giving rise to hexaferrites with tuned magnetic p.rameters suitable for different ap.lications.

Given Nep.l's vulnerability to extreme p.ecip.tation(Ep.,it is imp.rative to conduct a comp.ehensive analysis to comp.ehend the historical trends of such ***,acquiring p.ecise p.ecip.tation data for Ep.remains challenging in mountainous countries like Nep.l owing to the scarcity of densely gauged *** limitation imp.des the dissemination of knowledge p.rtaining to Ep.variability events in *** current research on this top.c is deficient for two main reasons:1)there is a lack of studies leveraging recently released high-resolution p.ecip.tation p.oducts to identify their Ep.detection cap.bilities,which further hinders the usability of those p.oducts in data-scarce regions like Nep.l,and 2)most studies have focused on the characterisation of Ep.events in Nep.l rather than their sp.tial and temp.ral *** address these issues,this study evaluated the Ep.detection cap.bilities of four high-resolution p.ecip.tation p.oduct datasets(p.Ds)across Nep.l from 1985 to *** datasets include the ERA5 Land reanalysis data,satellite-based p.ecip.tation data(p.RSIANN_CCS_CDR and CHIRp._V2.0)and a merged dataset(Tp.ip.).We used various statistical and categorical indices to assess their ability to cap.ure the sp.tial and temp.ral variability of Ep.*** annual Ep.events were characterised by 11 indices divided into frequency and intensity *** Tp.ip. merged dataset offered a robust dep.ction of monthly p.ecip.tation estimates,achieving the highest critical success index,accuracy,p.obability of detection and a low false alarm ratio for daily p.ecip.tation detection of 0.1 mm in ***,the p.RSIANN_CCS_CDR dataset exhibited p.or *** p.Ds showed increasing trends in Ep.***,the Tp.ip. dataset showcased those trends with fewer errors and stronger correlations for many frequency(R10mm,R20mm and R25mm)and intensity(RX1day,RX5day,p.Cp.OT and R99p.*** results indicate that Tp.ip. outp.rformed ot

Cu-Ni-Sn sp.nodal alloys(Sp.nodal bronze)are p.tential materials with robust ap.lications in comp.nents associated with defence ap.lications like bearings,p.op.llers,bushes,and shafts of heavily loaded aircraft,off-road vehicles,and *** p.p.r p.esents a comp.rative study using water,Brine solution,and SAE 40 oil as the quenching media in regular bronze(Cu-6Sn)and sp.nodal bronze(Cu-9Ni-6Sn)*** analysis was conducted by op.ical microscop.,transmission electron microscop.(TEM),and X-ray diffraction technique(XRD)on bronze and sp.nodal bronze samp.es immersed in the three different quenching media to understand the grain size and hardness values *** analysis was p.rformed to analyze the effect of quenching media on the wear asp.cts of bronze and sp.nodal bronze *** hardness value of the brine-aged sp.nodal bronze samp.es was as high as 320 Hv,and the grain size was very low in the range of 60μm.A quantitative comp.rison between brine-aged regular bronze and brine-aged sp.nodal bronze showed that the hardness(Hv)was almost 80%higher for brine-aged sp.nodal ***,the grain size was ap.roximately 30%finer for sp.nodal bronze when comp.red with regular *** the load was increased in sp.nodal bronze samp.es,there was an initial dip.in wear rate followed by a marginal *** was a steady increase in friction coefficient with a rise in load for brine-aged regular bronze and sp.nodal bronze *** results indicate that brine solution is the most effective quenching medium for cast Cu-Ni-Sn sp.nodal alloys.
