Due to the lack of effective assessment method,overheated milk commodities are often marketed as pasteurized milk on the market,which was sold in high price by ***,this article aims to establish an approach based on metabolomics to monitor thermal processing temperature of bovine *** data of bovine milk samples heated at temperatures ranging from 60℃to 150℃were achieved by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-high-resolution mass spectrometry(UPLC-HRMS)platform,followed by multivariate data analysis.A regular variation pattern of chemical composition as temperature rises was pictured,furthermore.n^(∈)carboxymethyl lysine(CML),n^(∈)-carboxyethyl lysine(CEL),*** and lysinoalanine(LAL)were identified as 5 of the most contributed compounds to discriminate pasteurized and ultra-high-temperature(UHT)*** the comprehensive study on their content changes,we concluded that the optimal temperature range was 90-100℃for the generation of CML and CEL in this experiment,moreover.110~120℃for LAL.S0~100℃for pentosidine and 130-140℃for ***,a predicted rule to discriminate pasteurized and UHT milk was preliminarily established based on the ratios of CML/***/pentosidine and CML/*** could be applied in food labelling authentication of commercial bovine milk after further validation.

Lycium barbarum residue(LBR),a by-product of *** processing,is packed with bioactive components and can be potentially utilized as a feed additive in animal ***,the fundamental understanding of its effectiveness on livestock animals is still lacking,particularly in *** explore the effects of LBR on the growth performance,rumen fermentation parameters,ruminal microbes and metabolites of Tan sheep,sixteen fattening rams(aged 4 mon)were fed a basal diet(COn,n=8)or a basal diet supplemented with 5%LBR(LBR,n=8).The experiment lasted for 70 d,with 10 d adaptation period and 60 d treatment *** results showed that the LBR enhanced the average daily feed intake,average daily gain(Pnd ruminal total volatile fatty acids(Png ammonia-nitrogen concentration and rumen pH value(Pnally,the LBR improved the relative abundances of Prevotella,Succiniclasticum,Ruminococcus,Coprococcus,Selenomonas,and Butyrivibrio(Pnd reduced the relative abundances of Oscillospira and Succinivibrio(Pnal metabolome(Pncreasing the abundances of ruminal metabolites involved in amino acids(e.g.,L-proline,L-phenylalanine,L-lysine,and L-tyrosine),pyrimidine metabolism(e.g.,uridine,uracil,and thymidine),and microbial protein synthesis(e.g.,xanthine and hypoxanthine).In conclusion,LBR had positive effects on the growth rate of Tan sheep as well as on rumen fermentation parameters,rumen microbiome and rumen metabolome.

Most organic electrode materials （OEMs） for rechargeable batteries employ n-type redox centers, whose redox potentials are intrinsically limited ng high redox potentials experience low specific capacities because they are capable of only a single redox reaction within the stable electrochemical window of typical ***, we report 5,11-diethyl-5,11-dihydroindolo[3,2-b]carbazole （DEICZ） as a novel p-type OEM, exhibiting stable plateaus at high discharge potentials of3.44 and 4.09 V versus Li+/Li. notably, the second redox potential of DEICZ is within the stable electrochemical window. The mechanism of the double redox reaction is investigated using both theoretical calculations and experimental measurements, including density functional theory calculations, ex situ electron spin resonance, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Finally,hybridization with single-walled carbon nanotubes （SWCnT） improves the cycle stability and rate performance of DEICZ owing to theπ–πinteractions between the SWCnT and co-planar molecular structure of DEICZ, preventing the dissolution of active materials into the electrolyte. The DEICZ/SWCnT composite electrode maintains 70.4%of its initial specific capacity at 1-C rate and also exhibits high-rate capability, even performing well at 100-C rate.

Abundant interfacial defects remain a significant challenge that hampers both the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Herein,an alcohol-dispersed conducting polymer complex,denoted as PEDOT:F(Poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene):Perfluorinated sulfonic acid ionomers),is introduced into the interface between perovskite and hole transporting layer in regular-structured ***:F serves as a multi-functional interface layer(filling grain boundaries and covering perovskite's grain-surface)to achieve a robust interaction with organic groups within perovskites,which could induce a structural transformation of PEDOT to increase its conductivity for the efficient ***,the strong interaction between PEDOT and perovskites could promote an effective coupling of undercoordinated Pb~(2+)ions with the lone electron pairs near O&S atoms in PEDOT molecules,thereby enhancing defect ***,PEDOT:F with inherent hydrophobic properties prevents effectively moisture invasion into perovskites for the improved long-term stability of the ***,the PEDOT:F-based PSCs achieved a champion efficiency of 24.81%,and maintained ca.92%of their initial efficiency after 7680 h of storage in a dry air environment,accompanied by the enhanced photothermal stability.

The poor reversibility of Zn anodes induced by dendrite growth,surface passivation,and corrosion,severely hinders the practical applicability of Zn metal *** address these issues,a plasmaassisted aerogel(PAG)interface engineering was proposed as efficient ion transport modulator that can simultaneously regulate uniform Zn^(2+)flux and desolvation behavior during battery *** PAG with ordered mesopores acted as an ion sieve to homogenize Zn deposition and accelerate Zn^(2+)flux,which is favorable for corrosion resistance and dendrite ***,the plasma-assisted aerogel with abundant hydrophilic groups can facilitate the desolvation kinetics of Zn^(2+)due to the multiple hydrogen-bonding interaction with the activated water molecules,thus accelerating the Zn^(2+)migration ***,the Zn/Zn cell assembled with PAG-modified separator demonstrates stable plating and stripping behavior(over 1400 h at 1 mA cm^(-2))and high Coulombic efficiency(99.8%at1 mA cm^(-2)after 1100 cycles),and the Zn‖MnO_(2)full cell shows excellent long-term cycling stability and maintains a high capacity of 154.9 mA h g^(-1)after 1000 cycles at 1 A g^(-1).This study provides a feasible approach for the large-scale fabrication of aerogel functionalized separators to realize ultra-stable Zn metal batteries.

The newly discovered Oligocene granitoids（33.1–28.7 Ma） at Pagele are magmatic rocks related to beryllium mineralization during the India–Asia late-collisional stage. This discovery provides an ideal example to study the latecollisional orogeny and beryllium prospecting in the Lhasa terrane. The Oligocene granitoids include porphyritic granodiorite, Stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ granites, and granitic pegmatite. Geochemical analysis shows that the porphyritic granodiorite is characterized by high SiO2, K2O, total ΣREE contents, and（La/Yb）n ratios; while the latter two by higher SiO2, lower ΣREE and（La/Yb）n ratios. notably, the granitic pegmatite has extremely high Y/Ho, low K/Rb and Zr/Hf, and distinct REE tetrad effect（1.14–1.21）. This study suggests that the porphyritic granodiorite may be derived from partial melting of beryllium-rich materials composed of Lhasa ancient crust（70%–80%） and enriched Lhasa lithospheric mantle（20%–30%） under the tearing subduction of Indian slab. The three-stage granites and granitic pegmatite, which contain higher beryllium contents or beryls, were likely generated by highly fractionation of the porphyritic granodioritic magma or other homologous magma. Considering the possible genetic and spatial link between Indian slab tear and rifts, we suggest that highly-fractionated granites in rifting systems represent important Be prospecting targets in the Lhasa terrane.

During the long term evolution of globular clusters(GCs), some member stars are lost to the field. The recently found nitrogen-rich(n-rich) metal-poor field stars are promising candidates of these GC escapees, since n enhancement is the fingerprint of chemically enhanced populations in GCs. In this work, we discuss the possibility of identifying n-rich metal-poor field stars with the upcoming Chinese Space Station Telescope(CSST). We focus on the main survey camera with nUV, u, g, r, i, z, y filters and slitless spectrograph with a resolution about *** combination of UV sensitive equipment and prominent n-related molecular lines in the UV band bodes well for the identification: the color–color diagram of(u-g) versus(g-r) is capable of separating n-rich field stars from normal halo stars, if metallicity can be estimated without using the information on u-band ***, the synthetic spectra show that a signal-to-noise ratio of 10 is sufficient to identify n-rich field stars. In the near future, a large sample of n-rich field stars found by CSST, combined with state-of-the-art n-body simulations will be crucial to deciphering GC-Galaxy co-evolution.

The coherent muon-to-electron transition(COMET)experiment is a leading experiment for the coherent conversion of μ^(-)n→e^(-)n using a high-intensity pulsed muon beamline,produced using innovative slow-extraction ***,it is critical to measure the muon beam *** set up a muon beam monitor(MBM),where scintillating fibers woven in a cross shape were coupled to silicon photomultipliers to measure the spatial profile and timing structure of the extracted muon beam for the *** MBM detector was tested successfully with a proton beamline at the China Spallation neutron Source and took data with good performance in the commissioning *** development of the MBM,including its mechanical structure,electronic readout,and beam measurement results,are discussed.

All-inorganic CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite has attracted widespread attention in photovoltaic and other optoelectronic devices because of its superior thermal ***,the deposition of high-quality solutionprocessed CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite films with large thicknesses remains ***,we develop a triple-component precursor(TCP) by employing lead bromide,lead iodide,and cesium bromide,to replace the most commonly used double-component precursor(DCP) consisting of lead bromide and cesium ***,the TCP system significantly increases the solution concentration to 1.3 M,leading to a larger film thickness(~390 nm) and enhanced light *** resultant CsPbIBr_(2) films were evaluated in planar n-i-p structured solar cells,which exhibit a considerably higher optimal photocurrent density of 11.50 mA cm^(-2) in comparison to that of DCP-based devices(10.69 mA cm^(-2)).By adopting an organic surface passivator,the maximum device efficiency using TCP is further boosted to a record efficiency of 12.8% for CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite solar cells.
