Phytochemical profiling and biological activity of Plectranthus amboinicus(Lour.) mediated by various solvent extracts against Aedes aegypti larvae and toxicity evaluation

Objective:To analyze the phytochemical compounds and to investigate the bio-toxic efficacy of various solvent extracts of Plectranthus amboinicus against mosquito larvae activity and lethality on non-targeting ***:The methanol,ethyl acetate,hexane,and aqueous extracts of Plectranthus amboinicus were subjected to analyze the mosquitocidal activity against the dengue vector,Aedes aegypti and toxicity assays on zebra fish and brine *** replications were performed,and negative control was also ***,ethyl acetate extract of Plectranthus amboinicus was chosen for the determination of bio-active ***:The mosquitocidal assays of methanol and ethyl acetate extracts of Plectranthus amboinicus showed the maximal activity with minimal concentration against the 4 th instar mosquito-larvae of Aedes aegypti through the following lethal concentration(LC50 and LC90)values:53.36&92.51μg/m L and 13.64&86.09μg/mL,*** addition,the plant extracts showed no toxicity on zebra fish embryo and brine shrimp *** gas-chromatography analysis of the ethyl acetate extract of Plectranthus amboinicus revealed the presence of seven different *** them,PAEA-fraction 60 contained a major active bioactive compound,hexadecanoic acid,methyl ester(270.0).Conclusions:Plectranthus amboinicus possesses mosquitocidal properties and could be used as a potential alternative source for preparing the mosquitocidal agents.

This review aims to highlight the effects of ochratoxin A(OTA)in the feed of meat-producing *** accumulation of OTA in feed and its distribution in various farm animals were compared and ***,the oral administration of OTA-contaminated feed and the predisposition in an animal's vital organ were critically examined in this *** collated reports show that OTA directly associated with endemic nephropathy and its high concentration leads to degeneration of liver cells,and necrosis of intestinal and lymphoid *** present,limited reports are available in the recent liter-ature on the problems and consequences of OTA in ***,this review focused on the OTA carryover from feed to farm animals and the interaction of its secondary metabolites on their biochemical ***,this report provides greater insights into animal health related to OTA residues in meat and meat *** article also explores mitigation strategies that can be used to prevent the carryover effects of OTA in livestock feeds and the effects in the food chain.

Mobile access networks are being developed to support various multimedia services such as IPTV （Internet Protocol Television）,VoD （Video on Demand）,and high speed internet ***,these networks are a point-to-multipoint method in which one MAG （Mobile Access Gateway） and many MNs （Mobile Node） are *** other words,if a mobile multimedia viewer is joining a specific multicast group over mobile access networks,the others receive the multimedia program at the same time although they do not belong to the same multicast ***,the traditional IGMP versions do not allow immediate multimedia program sharing as explained ***,in traditional IGMP versions,a viewer always needs to send IGMP join *** paper proposes IGMP extensions which improves group join and leave process in mobile access networks for multimedia services.

This paper proposes the time minimizing of disconnecting contents for adaptive HTTP streaming when a mobile device moves from previous network to current *** proposing decision rule,IM,RMIM approach and maintenance,can determine the most suitable media segment with determined data rate from the media *** paper also verifies the effect of reducing the measurement time by the decision rule through the *** a result,the contents request method proposed takes less a disconnect time than the contents request method used in ISO/IEC FCD *** contents request method used in ISO/IEC FCD 23001-6 takes 10 *** contents request method proposed in this paper,however,takes just 3 sec.
