＜正＞To study the characteristic of the weight center control of humans, the tracking control capability of wave motion by weight center motion was conducted by using the force platform. The control perfor mance（the integrated value of the | Target value（x） -Control value（y） | 2） and control trace record was used to evaluatethe individual performance characteristics. The size of the population for this study was 73, which consisted of engineering students, students majoring in taekwondo, students majoring in dance,all of which were in their twenties,and also people in their sixties. The results of this study indicate that the weight center control characteristics of humans can be represented by the evaluation values. People who were capable of tracking the object did not stop nor overshot the objective. In addition, habits or trained characteristics and an aging seemed to influence the performance of the subjects. In the future,development of different objectives for weight center control could be used to determine the severity of the disease of the subject and the effects of the treatment.

韩国松萎蔫病的研究及防控现状(英文)

自从松萎蔫病于1988年首次报道以来,该病已经扩散到韩国大部分地区并引起未能预见的危害。从2000年该病危害急剧增加,到2006年危害面积已达7871hm2。2000—2008年伐除的病树已达1851225株,年经济损失达1000万美元。2006年后危害面积下降... 详细信息

自从松萎蔫病于1988年首次报道以来,该病已经扩散到韩国大部分地区并引起未能预见的危害。从2000年该病危害急剧增加,到2006年危害面积已达7871hm2。2000—2008年伐除的病树已达1851225株,年经济损失达1000万美元。2006年后危害面积下降,2008年下降到6015hm2。但至2008年该病已经扩散至韩国54个地区、县和11省。调查发现松材线虫可以被云杉花墨天牛(Monochamus saltuarius)所携带。防治的策略为:(1)连续地监测;(2)病株的早期检测;(3)伐除病株;(4)焚烧和熏蒸伐除的病木。对人文和旅游景点及成熟林可以采取注射法防治,也可采取飞防的方法防治天牛。韩国已经通过了法律,禁止病木的运输。在首次发现该病后连续3a未发生重复感染的地区,建立无病区和优选系统。

Background Although exercise testing has been suggested to help predict clinical outcome, limited data are available to guide how exercise Doppler echocardiography （ECG） can be used clinically in asymptomatic patients with aortic stenosis （AS）. The aim of this study was to assess the clinical value of exercise echocardiographic testing in asymptomatic patients with severe AS. Methods Symptom-limited treadmill exercise testing using the modified Bruce protocol was performed in 31 asymptomatic patients （mean age （62＋11） years） with severe AS （aortic valve area 〈1 cm2, peak aortic velocity （AV Vmax）〉4 m/sec, or a mean transaortic pressure gradient （AV mean PG）〉40 mmHg （1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）） with normal left ventricular （LV） systolic function （LV ejection fraction （EF）〉50%）. Clinical symptoms, vital signs, ECG, and Doppler hemodynamics were obtained during and/or immediately after exercise. Results Aortic valve replacement （AVR） was performed in 18 patients during follow-up. The patients who had AVR exhibited higher baseline AV mean PG （51 （35-84） vs. 44 （25.2-57.0） mmHg; P=0.031）. There were no significant differences between the AVR group and non-AVR group including exercise duration （7.47 （2.32-11.59） vs. 7.25 （4.06- 10.52） minutes, P=0.917）, exercise capacity （10.1 （4.6-12.8） vs. 10.1 （7.0-12.8） metabolic equivalents, P=0.675）, and an increment in AV mean PG by exercise （18.5 （3.2-48.0） vs. 12.6 （4.4-32.1） mmHg, P=0.366）. Univariate regression analysis revealed that independent determinant of AVR was the baseline AV mean PG （P=-0.031）. Conclusions Although additional value of exercise ECG was demonstrated, baseline transaortic mean pressure gradient is the major determinant of AVR. Further large-scale prospective studies are required to determine whether surgery should be recommended in the presence of an abnormal exercise ECG in asymptomatic severe AS.

The purpose of this study is to develop a Web-based on-machine mould identification and measurement system. The Web-based mould identification system matches obtained vision information with CAD database. Developed Web-based system is to exchange messages between a server and a client by making of ActiveX control, and the result of mould identification is shown on Web-browser at remote site. For effective feature classification and extraction, the signature method is used to make meaningful information from obtained image data. For on-machine measurement of the matched mould, inspection database is constructed from CAD database using developed inspection planning methods. The results are simulated and analyzed using developed system to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of antibacterial activity of luteoiin(LUT) against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).Methods:The mechanism of anti-MRSA activity of LUT was analyzed by the viability assay in membrane permeabilizing agent ATPase inhibitors,and peptidoglycan(PGN) derived from Staphylococcus aureus(***).Also,transmission electron microscopy was used to monitor survival characteristics and changes in *** ***:Compared to the LUT alone,the optical density of suspensions treated with the combination of 125 μg/mL Tris and 230 μg/mL DCCD were reduced to 60%and 46%,***(15.6 μg/mL) gradually impeded the activity of LUT,and PGN(62.5 μg/mL) completely blocked the activity of LUT on ***:Increased susceptibility to LUT with me Tris and DCCD combinations is evident in all tested MRSA *** results indicate LUT synergy in increasing cytoplasmic membrane permeability and inhibiting *** PGN directly blocks the antibacterial activity of LUT,suggesting the direct binding of LUT with *** findings may be validated for the development of antibacterial agent for low MRSA resistance.
