非典型牙根吸收(ARR)是指出现在上颌乳切牙牙根侧面和/或根尖表面的浅层环状吸收。本病例报告对6例乳切牙根折后出现非典型牙根吸收的患者进行了纵向观察。非典型牙根吸收与病理性牙根吸收具有不同的特点。

Hair loss due to medical conditions,such as alopecia,male pattern baldness,and cancer chemotherapy treatment,has been a comm onproblem for many in *** n A(CsA),a fungal metabolite,has been reported to be a hair growth modulatory agent and is apotential drug for hair ***,the effect of topical application of CsA is limited by its poor water *** deliverysystems developed to enhance its solubility still showed poor skin *** overcome these limitations,in this study,we have developed a novel chitosan nanocapsule platform using Pluro nic F127 and chitosan without any chemical crosslinking or complicated preparati on steps for the enhanced water solubility and high tran sdermal penetration of *** chitosan nanocapsules(ChiNCs)optimized in terms of structural stability by using chitosan with various molecular weights ranging from 3 to 100 kDa enhanced the skin permeation of CsA through humancadaver skin in *** administration of the CsA loaded ChiNCs in creased the hair follicles by c.a.7 times higher than that of thecontrol group,and effectively induced hair growth in C57BL/6 mice in *** results suggest that ChiNCs could be used as a platform foreffective transdermal delivery of various hydrophobic drugs.

Globally,in-home drug-storage compliance is often unsatisfactory,especially among older adults,and can lead to negative health *** study used a cross-sectional and descriptive design to examine inhome drug-storage compliance among older *** sampling was used to recruit 117 older adults in Hong *** in-home drugstorage checklist was used to assess the in-home drug-storage environments(light,temperature,and humidity)and drug-storage methods(drug safety,packaging,information,and expiration)of each older *** findings showed that Hong Kong older adults’overall compliance rate in drug storage was 87.25%,and their compliance rate for drug-storage methods(84.59%)was lower than that for drug-storage environments(97.02%).Older adults who were of advanced age,who were less educated or who lived alone demonstrated lower in-home drug-storage *** indicates the need to revise existing health-education strategies to encourage in-home drug-storage *** professionals should assess older adults’drug-storage compliance to identify less compliant subgroups and deliver specific drug-storage support as *** members should also be involved in this process.
