Data items ar. usually r.plicated in modem dis- tr.buted data stor.s to obtain high per.or.ance and avail- ability. However. the availability-consistency and latency- consistency tr.de-offs exist in data r.plication, thus system designer. intend to choose weak consistency models, such as eventual consistency, which may r.sult in stale r.ads. Since stale data items may lead to ser.ous application semantic pr.blems, we consider.how to incr.ase the pr.bability of data r.cency which pr.vides a unifor. view on r.cent ver.ions of data items for.all clients. In this wor., we pr.pose HAr., a fr.mewor. that can enhance data r.cency of eventually con- sistent distr.buted data stor.s in an efficient and highly avail- able way. Thr.ugh detecting possible stale r.ads under.fail- ur.s or.not, HAr. can per.or. r.r.ad oper.tions to elim- inate stale r.sults only when needed based on our.analysis on wr.te/r.ad pr.cesses. We also pr.sent solutions on how to deal with some pr.ctical anomalies in HAr., including de- layed, r.or.er.d and dr.pped messages and clock dr.ft, and show how to extend HAr. to multiple datacenter.. Finally we implement HAr. based on Cassandr., and the exper.- ments show that HAr. can effectively eliminate stale r.ads, with a low over.ead （less than 6.9%） compar.d with or.ginal eventually consistent Cassandr..

Faceted inter.hase boundar.es(IPBs)ar. commonly obser.ed in lath-shaped pr.cipitates in alloys consisting of simple face-centr.d cubic(fcc),body centr.d-cubic(bcc)or.hexagonal closed packed(hcp)phases,which nor.ally contain one or.two sets of par.llel *** influence of these dislocations on inter.ace migr.tion and possible accompanying long-r.nge str.in field r.main *** elucidate this,we car.ied out atomistic simulations to investigate the dislocation-mediated migr.tion pr.cesses of IPBs in a pur.-ir.n *** r.sults show that the migr.tion of these IPBs is accompanied with the slip of inter.acial dislocations,even in high-index slip planes,with two migr.tion modes wer. obser.ed:the fir.t mode is the unifor. migr.tion mode that occur. only when all of the dislocations slip in a common slip plane.A shear.coupled inter.ace migr.tion was obser.ed for.this *** other.inter.aces pr.pagate in the stick-slip migr.tion mode that occur. when the dislocations glide on differ.nt slip planes,involving dislocation r.action or.tangling.A quantitative r.lationship was established to link the atomic displacements with the dislocation str.ctur.,slip plane,and inter.ace *** macr.scopic shear.defor.ation due to the effect of over.ll atomic displacement shows a good agr.ement with the r.sults obtained based on the phenomenological theor. of mar.ensite *** findings have gener.l implications for.the under.tanding of phase tr.nsfor.ations and the sur.ace r.lief effect at the atomic scale.

The impacts of soil or.anic matter.（SOM）, aging and ster.lization on the pr.duction of lignin per.xidase （lIP） and manganese per.xidase （MnP） by Phaner.chaete chr.sospor.um dur.ng the biodegr.dation of pyr.ne in soils wer. investigated. The biodegr.dation of pyr.ne by P. chr.sospor.um decr.ased with incr.asing SOM content, wher.as the maximum activities of liP and MnP incr.ased, which indicates that SOM outweighed pyr.ne in contr.lling enzyme pr.duction. Ster.lization enhanced the degr.dation of pyr.ne due to the elimination of competition fr.m indigenous micr.bes, wher.as aging led to a r.duction in the degr.dation of pyr.ne pr.mar.ly thr.ugh changes in its sor.ed for.s. Both ster.lization and aging could r.duce SOM content and alter.its str.ctur., which also influenced the bioavailability of pyr.ne and the enzyme activity. The ster.lization and aging pr.cesses caused changes in the degr.dation of pyr.ne, and the enzyme activities wer. gr.ater.in soils with high SOM contents. MnP was r.lated to the degr.dation of pyr.ne to a gr.ater.extent, wher.as liP was mor. r.lated to the decomposition of SOM.

This paper.is concer.ed with the issue of stabilization for.the linear.neutr.l systems with mixed delays. The attention is focused on the design of output feedback contr.ller. which guar.ntee the asymptotical stability of the closed-loop systems. Based on the model tr.nsfor.ation of neutr.l type, the lyapunov-Kr.sovskii functional method is employed to establish the delay-dependent stability cr.ter.on. Then, thr.ugh the contr.ller.par.meter.zation and some matr.x tr.nsfor.ation techniques, the desir.d par.meter. ar. deter.ined under.the delay-dependent design condition in ter.s of linear.matr.x inequalities (lMIs), and the desir.d contr.ller.is explicitly for.ulated. A numer.cal example is given to illustr.te the effectiveness of the pr.posed method.

Inflammation is a dr.ving for.e of hematopoietic stem cells(HSCs) aging, causing ir.ever.ible exhaustion of functional HSCs. However. the under.ying mechanism of HSCs er.sion by inflammator. insult r.mains poor.y under.tood. Her., we find that tr.nsient lPS exposur. pr.mes aged HSCs to under.o acceler.ted differ.ntiation at the expense of self-r.newal, leading to depletion of HSCs. Meanwhile, the centr.l r.gulator.nuclear.factor.kappa B(NF-κB) mediating functional impair.ent by inflammation insult induces differ.ntial tr.nscr.ptional r.sponse in aged HSCs compar.d with young HSCs, with pr.cocious activation of myeloid lineage genes. Alter.d compar.mentalization and chr.matin loop for.ation ar. associated with aging-r.lated differ.ntial tr.nscr.ptional r.sponse in HSCs upon lipopolysacchar.de(lPS)stimulation. Mechanistically, enhancer.and pr.moter.r.gions of myeloid lineage genes in aged HSCs ar. mor. accessible and display mor. r.pid and pr.minent CTCF occupancy upon lPS stimulation. Our.study pr.vides compr.hensive r.sour.es for.the thr.e-dimensional(3D)genome str.ctur. of HSCs and sheds light into the or.er.d genome or.anization and the associated tr.nscr.ptome signatur. under.ying HSCs aging.
