This investigation was to assess the joint effects of metal binary mixtures on seed germination,root and shoot growth,bacterial bioluminescence,and gene mutation based on the one toxic unit（1 TU）*** sensitivities and orders of toxicity of metal mixtures were observed among the *** general,mostly additive or antagonistic effects were observed,while almost no synergistic effects by the binary metal mixtures in all ***,the combined effects of heavy metals in the different bioassays were difficult to generalize since they were dependent on both chemical type and the organism used in each ***, these results indicate that a battery of bioassays with mixture chemicals as opposed to just a single assay with single metal is a better strategy for the bioassessment of environmental pollutants.

BACKGROUND The classification of uterine sarcomas is based on distinctive morphological and immunophenotypic characteristics,increasingly supported by molecular genetic *** on neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase(NTRK)gene fusionpositive uterine sarcoma,potentially aggressive and morphologically similar to fibrosarcoma,are limited due to its recent ***-TRK immunohistochemistry(IHC)analysis serves as an effective screening tool with high sensitivity and specificity for NTRK-fusion *** SUMMARY We report a case of a malignant mesenchymal tumor originating from the uterine cervix,which was pan-TRK IHC-positive but lacked NTRK gene fusions,accompanied by a brief literature review.A 55-year-old woman presented to the emergency department with abdominal pain and distension,exhibiting significant ascites and multiple solid pelvic *** examination revealed a tumor encompassing the uterine cervix,extending to the vagina and uterine corpus.A punch biopsy of the cervix indicated NTRK sarcoma with positive immunochemical pan-TRK ***,subsequent next generation sequencing revealed no NTRK gene fusion,leading to a diagnosis of poorly differentiated,advanced-stage *** The clinical significance of NTRK gene fusion lies in potential treatment with TRK inhibitors for positive *** such rare tumors is crucial due to the potential applicability of tropomyosin receptor kinase inhibitor treatment.

An analysis of the recent major security incidents related to industrial control systems,revealed that most had been caused by company ***,enterprise security management systems have been developed to focus on companies’***,several hacking incidents,involving major companies and public/financial institutions,were actually attempted by the cooperative firms or the outsourced manpower undertaking maintenance ***,institutions that operate industrial control systems(ICSs)associated with critical national infrastructures,such as traffic or energy,have contracted several cooperative ***,ICT’s importance is gradually increasing,due to outsourcing,and is the most vulnerable factor in *** paper proposes a virtualized security management scheme for the resident cooperative firms in the industrial control *** such companies often cannot afford adequate investment in security,the scheme is to let an ICS company provide the virtualized *** of its merits is the convenience of controlling a VDI server at the *** cooperative firms were classified,based on their respective security levels,and statistics were collected throughout a four-year period for the *** paper analyzes the policies and virtualization systems that have been applied to the security of the partner companies,which engaged in ICS security.A suitable model for ICS security was then proposed by analyzing their effects on the system efficiencies,based on the comparisons of the security inspection results obtained before and after *** proposed system is expected to contribute to industrial safety.

To improve the quality of the illumination distribution， one novel indoor visible light communication (VLC) system， which is jointly assisted by the angle-diversity transceivers and simultaneous transmission and reflection-intelligent reflecting surface (STAR-IRS)， has been proposed in this work. A Harris Hawks optimizer algorithm (HHOA)-based two-stage alternating iteration algorithm (TSAIA) scheme is presented to jointly optimize the magnitude and uniformity of the received optical power. Besides， to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed strategy， several benchmark schemes are simulated and compared. Results showed that compared to other optimization strategies， the TSAIA scheme is more capable of balancing the average value and variance of the received optical power when the maximal ratio combining (MRC) strategy is adopted at the receiver. Moreover， as the number of the STAR-IRS elements increases， the optical power variance of the system optimized by TSAIA scheme would become smaller while the average optical power would get larger. This study will benefit the design of received optical power distribution for indoor VLC systems.

Objective:To investigate the antioxidant enicacy of a biologically active dilerpenoid compound sugiol isolated from Metasequoia glyptostroboides(***)in various antioxidant ***:An abietane type diterpenoid sugiol,isolated from ethyl acetate extract of *** cones,was analyzed for its antioxidant efficacy as reducing power ability and lipid peroxidation inhibition as well as its ability to scavenge free radicals such as 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl,nitric oxide,superoxide and hydroxyl ***:The sugiol showed significant and concentration-dependent antioxidant and free radical scavenging ***,the sugiol exerted lipid peroxidation inhibitory effect by 76.3%as compared to a-tocopherol(80.13%)and butylaled hydroxyanisole(76.59%).In addition,the sugiol had significant scavenging activities of l,l-diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl,nitric oxide,superoxide and hydroxyl free radicals in a concentration-dependent manner by 78.83%,72.42%,72.99%and 85.04%,when compared to the standard compound ascorbic acid(81.69%,74.62%,73.00%and 73.79%)and a-tocopherol/butylated hydroxyanisole(84.09%,78.61%,74.45%and 70.02%),***:These findings justify the biological and traditional uses of *** or its secondary metabolites as confirmed by its promising antioxidant efficacy.

Schwann cell transplantation is considered one of the most promising cell-based therapy to repair injured spinal cord due to its unique growth-promoting and myelin-forming properties.A the Food and Drug Administration-approved Phase I clinical trial has been conducted to evaluate the safety of transplanted human autologous Schwann cells to treat patients with spinal cord injury.A major challenge for Schwann cell transplantation is that grafted Schwann cells are confined within the lesion cavity,and they do not migrate into the host environment due to the inhibitory barrier formed by injury-induced glial scar,thus limiting axonal reentry into the host spinal *** we introduce a combinatorial strategy by suppressing the inhibitory extracellular environment with injection of lentivirus-mediated transfection of chondroitinase ABC gene at the rostral and caudal borders of the lesion site and simultaneously leveraging the repair capacity of transplanted Schwann cells in adult rats following a mid-thoracic contusive spinal cord *** report that when the glial scar was degraded by chondroitinase ABC at the rostral and caudal lesion borders,Schwann cells migrated for considerable distances in both rostral and caudal *** Schwann cell migration led to enhanced axonal regrowth,including the serotonergic and dopaminergic axons originating from supraspinal regions,and promoted recovery of locomotor and urinary bladder ***,the Schwann cell survival and axonal regrowth persisted up to 6 months after the injury,even when treatment was delayed for 3 months to mimic chronic spinal cord *** findings collectively show promising evidence for a combinatorial strategy with chondroitinase ABC and Schwann cells in promoting remodeling and recovery of function following spinal cord injury.

AIM：To evaluate the association between the severity of liver steatosis and metabolic syndrome in apparently healthy Korean adults. METHODS： We examined 1022 men and women, aged 30-79 years, who participated in a health screening test. A standard interview, anthropometrics, biochemical studies, and abdominal ultrasonography were conducted for each participant. Metabolic syndrome was defined according to the National Cholesterol Education Program Adult Treatment Panel Ⅲ, with a modification for the waist circumference cut-off level. The severity of liver steatosis was evaluated using liver ultrasonography, and serum aspartate aminotransferase（AST）, alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, and γ-glutamyl transferase （γ-GT） levels were determined. RESULTS： Ultrasonographic liver steatosis was strongly associated with metabolic syndrome and common metabolic abnormalities. Compared with people without steatosis, people with mild, moderate, and severe steatosis had adjusted odds ratios for metabolic syndrome of 2.72 （95% CI, 1.01-2.94）, 2.89 （1.75-4.76） and 3.53 （1.25-9.98） in men, and 2.86 （1.64-5.01）, 3.19 （1.80-5.65） and 3.70 （0.82-16.73） in women, respectively. The serum AST level was not associated with metabolic syndrome. The serum ALT and γ-GT levels were significantly associated with metabolic syndrome in men but not in women.CONCLUSION： The occurrence of metabolic syndrome shows a stronger association with the severity of ultrasonographic steatosis than with the serum liver enzyme levels. The degree of fatty infiltration detected on ultrasonography can be used as an indicator of liver dysfunction attributable to metabolic abnormalities.

沙漠化治理是一个全球性的难题。相较于传统的沙漠固沙技术,作为环境友好型固化材料的生物高分子聚合物,不仅能有效胶结沙漠砂以抵抗风蚀作用,还能提高沙漠砂的促生性能以促进植物生长,最终达到利用植被实现永久固沙的效果。基于前述设想,通过表面硬度试验、保水性能试验和植物生长试验研究了黄原胶(XG)、瓜尔胶(GG)以及二者的等质量混合胶(MG)生态固沙的效果。表面硬度试验表明生物高分子聚合物能有效胶结沙漠砂颗粒,质量分数为0.1%的XG、GG和MG溶液分别将沙漠砂的表面压力强度提高了9.4倍、5.3倍和8.0倍;保水性能试验表明生物高分子聚合物对沙漠砂保水性能的提升效果随溶液质量分数的增大而增大,在40℃高温养护条件下,生物高分子聚合物保水性能的比较结果为:XG>MG>GG;植物生长试验表明,在室内条件下,生物高分子聚合物能缩短植物出苗时间、提升植物的出苗率和幼苗高度,明显提高沙漠砂的促生性能。本文的研究初步表明,采用生物高分子聚合物实现生态固沙具备理论上的可行性。

Currently, the Southwest Power Grid is promoting the construction of a new power system. The southwest power grid has a large-scale integration of clean energy, mainly hydropower, which depends on the weather. The system operation is facing serious challenges due to the lack of reliable power supply and the frequent occurrence of extreme climate. Firstly, this paper introduces China's Southwest Power Grid and market operation pattern. Secondly, learning from the power supply issues in the Sichuan-Chongqing region of the Southwest Power Grid under the extreme drought, and high-temperature climate scenarios in the summer of 2022, and based on the perspectives of the regional power grid and the marketization, the paper summarizes the four shortcomings of current power supply scheme of Southwest Power Grid, namely limited warning levels, short supply cycle, limited supply space, and a single supply resource. Therefore, research methods and framework for the power supply of Southwest Power Grid are proposed based on the concept of "double-level, full-lifecycle, full-space, and full-resources" ("one-double three-full"). Thirdly, the power trading system for supply sufficiency in Southwest Power Grid under extreme climate scenarios is constructed: 1) proposing the concept and level determination method of power supply warning and response for regional power grids, and constructing a double-level power trading supply warning and response mechanism for "provincial power grid + regional power grid";2) proposing medium and long term interruptible power supply varieties and constructing a "medium and long term + spot + emergency" full-lifecycle power trading supply guarantee system;3) proposing the concept of inter-regional and intra-provincial market power supply, designing spatiotemporal exchange transactions of large-scale hydropower and constructing a "inter-regional + inter-provincial + intra-provincial" full-space power trading system for supply sufficiency;4) proposing p
