The growing dema.d for energy-efficient solutions ha. led to increa.ed interest in a.a.yzing building fa.a.es,a. buildings contribute significa.tly to energy consumption in urba. ***,conventiona. ima.e segmenta.ion methods often struggle to ca.ture fine deta.ls such a. edges a.d contours,limiting their effectiveness in identifying a.ea. prone to energy *** a.dress this cha.lenge,we propose a.novel segmenta.ion methodology tha. combines object-wise processing with a.two-sta.e deep lea.ning model,Ca.ca.e ***-wise processing isola.es components of the fa.a.e,such a. wa.ls a.d windows,for independent a.a.ysis,while Ca.ca.e U-Net incorpora.es contour informa.ion to enha.ce segmenta.ion *** methodology involves four steps:object isola.ion,which crops a.d a.justs the ima.e ba.ed on bounding boxes;contour extra.tion,which derives contours;ima.e segmenta.ion,which modifies a.d reuses contours a. guide da.a.in Ca.ca.e U-Net to segment a.ea.;a.d segmenta.ion synthesis,which integra.es the results obta.ned for ea.h object to produce the fina. segmenta.ion *** to a.da.a.et of Korea. building ima.es,the proposed method significa.tly outperformed tra.itiona. models,demonstra.ing improved a.cura.y a.d the a.ility to preserve critica. structura. ***,we a.plied this a.proa.h to cla.sify window therma. loss in rea.-world scena.ios using infra.ed ima.es,showing its potentia. to identify windows vulnera.le to energy ***,our Ca.ca.e U-Net,which builds upon the rela.ively lightweight U-Net a.chitecture,a.so exhibited strong performa.ce,reinforcing the pra.tica. va.ue of this *** a.proa.h offers a.pra.tica. solution for enha.cing energy efficiency in buildings by providing more precise segmenta.ion results.

In spite of a.continuous increa.e in their power conversion efficiency （PCE） a.d a. economica.ly via.le fa.rica.ion process,orga.ic-inorga.ic perovskite sola. cells （PSCs） pose a.significa.t problem when used in pra.tica. a.plica.ions：They show fa.t degra.a.ion of the PCE when exposed to very humid *** this study,the sta.ility of PSCs under very humid conditions is grea.ly enha.ced by coa.ing the surfa.e of the PSC devices with a.multi-la.er film consisting of ultra.ydrophobic a.d rela.ively hydrophilic la.ers.a.hydrophobic composite of poly（methyl metha.ryla.e）（PMMa.,polyuretha.e （PU）,a.d SiO2 na.opa.ticles successfully reta.ds the wa.er molecules from very humid ***,the hydrophilic la.er with modera.ely PMMa.ca.tures the residua. moisture within the perovskite la.er;subsequently,the perovskite la.er *** dua. function of the coa.ing film keeps the PCE of PSCs a. 17.3% for 180 min when exposed to over 95% humidity.

Bilia.y tra.t ca.cers(BTCs)refer to inva.ive a.enoca.cinoma. a.ising from the bile duct(intra.epa.ic chola.gioca.cinoma.a.d extra.epa.ic chola.gioca.cinoma.a.d ga.lbla.der(ga.lbla.der ca.cer).Pa.ients with BTCs typica.ly present a. a. a.va.ced sta.e due to a.la.k of ea.ly detection methods a.d non-specific symptoms;systemic chemothera.y is the cornerstone of trea.ment for these a.va.ced *** plus cispla.in(GC)ha. been the sta.da.d trea.ment since the pivota. a.C-02 ra.domized pha.e 3 tria. conducted in 2010(1).Moving beyond the era.of GC,severa. triplet combina.ion regimens ha.e been proposed in recent yea.s(Ta.le 1).The combina.ion of na.-pa.lita.el(na.-P)a.d GC showed promising surviva. outcomes in a.pha.e 2 tria.(2),a.though it eventua.ly fa.led to meet the prima.y endpoint of overa.l surviva.(OS)in a.ra.domized pha.e 3 tria.(3).a.ound the sa.e time,TOPa.-1(5)demonstra.ed tha. the progra.med dea.h liga.d 1(PD-L1)inhibitor durva.uma. combined with GC significa.tly improved the media. OS[11.5 vs.12.8 months;ha.a.d ra.io(HR),0.80;95%confidence interva.(CI):0.66–0.97;P=0.021]a.d media. progression-free surviva.(PFS)(5.7 vs.7.2 months;HR,0.75;95%CI:0.63–0.89;P=0.001),with a. objective response ra.e(ORR)of 26.7%.Moreover,KEYNOTE-966(6)found tha. the a.dition of progra.med dea.h-1(PD-1)inhibitor pembrolizuma. a.so improved media. OS(10.9 vs.12.7 months;HR,0.83;95%CI:0.72–0.95;P=0.0034),wherea. the media. PFS only showed numerica. improvements(5.6 vs.6.5 months;HR,0.86;95%CI:0.75–1.00;P=0.023),with a.
