Prediction of suitable water content in granulation of sintering mixture based on Litster's model

Suitable water content plays a decisive role in the granulation of sintering ***,a method was proposed to predict the suitable water content for effective granulation on the basis of Litster's granulation *** granulation effectiveness of a sintering mixture was predicted by the model,with the allowance error of±10%.The effects of the water absorption properties,particle size composition and content of adhesive particles on the suitable water content were *** results showed that the allowable error of prediction was within±0.5%compared to the experimentally determined suitable water *** an increase in adhesive powder content of mixtures with higher water absorption,the suitable water content increased to achieve similar granulation ***,as the amount of concentrates increased,the suitable water content first increased and then remained *** influence of the water absorption characteristics of the adhesive particles on the suitable water content was less than that of their particle size composition in the mixture.

This paper deals with the follower jamming(FJ)resistance for the frequency hopping(FH)communication system over additive white Gaussian noise(AWGN)*** FH systems are susceptible to be jammed by FJ,and multi-pattern frequency hopping(MPFH)has good resistance to *** further improve the FJ rejection capability of MPFH,we propose a wide gap multi-pattern frequency hopping(WGMPFH)*** uses channels to represent messages,and the data channel and complementary channel are hopping on orthogonal frequency slots according to wide gap FH *** transmitted signal lures FJ to aim at the data channel and the complementary channel is away from FJ by adopting wide gap frequency *** does not affect the complementary channel but increases the signal energy in the data channel,thus the effect of FJ is *** bit error rate(BER)is derived under FJ and the effects of three FJ parameters(tracking success probability,jamming duration ratio and jamming bandwidth ratio)on the BER performance of WGMPFH are investigated versus the co nventional FH/BFSK and MPFH *** and simulation results show that when under the worst-case FJ,the proposed WGMPFH outperforms the MPFH by about 1-3 dB and outperforms the conventional FH/BFSK by more than 4 *** proposed WGMPFH shows superior jamming rejection performance under FJ especially in severe signal-to-jamming ratio(SJR).

Cobalt selenide(CoSe_(2))has garnered considerable attention as a prospective anode candidate for advanced lithium-ion storage,prompting comprehensive ***,CoSe_(2)-based anodes usually suffer from significant volume variation upon lithiation leading to unsatisfactory cycling ***,a versatile synthesis route is proposed for the in-situ fabrication of CoSe2nanoparticles embedded in N-dope carbon skeleton(CoSe_(2)@NC)through annealing treatment and selenization of a metal–organic framework-derived(MOF)*** N-doped carbon derived from the MOF serves not only as an excellent conductive substrate but also as a confined reactor,effectively inhibiting the structural instability and alleviating the inevitable volume change of CoSe_(2).Owing to their unique nanostructure,the as-prepared CoSe_(2)@NC exhibits a high capacity of 745.9mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1 A·g^(-1),while maintaining excellent rate capability and an impressive ***,the assembled lithium-ion capacitor(LIC)based on CoSe_(2)@NC demonstrates an energy density of 130Wh·kg^(-1),a power density of 24.6 kW·kg^(-1),and remarkable capacity retention of 90.8%after 8000 *** results highlight the great potential of CoSe_(2)@NC for practical applications.

Electrochemical nitrate reduction reaction(NO_(3)RR)is a promising means for generating the energy carrier ***,we report the synthesis of heterostructure copper-nickel phosphide electrocatalysts via a simple vapor-phase hydrothermal *** resultant catalysts were evaluated for electrocatalytic nitrate reduction to ammonia(NH_(3))in three-type electrochemical *** detail,the regulation mechanism of the heterogeneous Cu_(3)P-Ni_(2)P/CP-x for NO_(3)RR performance was systematically studied through the H-type cell,rotating disk electrode setup,and membrane-electrode-assemblies(MEA)*** a result,the Cu_(3)P-Ni_(2)P/CP-0.5 displays the practicability in an MEA system with an anion exchange membrane,affording the largest ammonia yield rate(RNH_(3))of 1.9 mmol·h^(−1)·cm^(−2),exceeding most of the electrocatalytic nitrate reduction electrocatalysts reported to *** theoretical calculations and in-situ spectroscopy characterizations uncover that the formed heterointerface in Cu_(3)P-Ni_(2)P/CP is beneficial for promoting nitrate adsorption,activation,and conversion to ammonia through the successive hydrodeoxygenation pathway.

综述了涉及工程应用的潜弧熔化极气体保护焊(Buried arc gas metal arc welding,BA-GMAW)熔滴过渡形态特征。结果表明,在大电流和相应的焊接参数下,BA-GMAW工艺的熔滴过渡形态有3种,即呈滴状过渡、摆动过渡和旋转过渡。BA-GMAW电弧空腔中电弧形态属于连续、敞开、非活动型;电弧空腔内氛围发生了质的变化,电弧爬升到熔滴上方,满足了喷射过渡形成3要素。焊接工艺参数对BA-GMAW熔滴过渡形态的影响,主要是焊接电流和电弧电压的影响;前者主要改变熔滴上作用力方向和大小,后者涉及潜弧的稳定性。潜弧焊熔滴过渡形态与工艺质量的利好关系,是受稳弧技术控制的熔滴过渡特性改善所决定的。

文章归纳了低相变点(low transformation temperature, LTT)马氏体焊缝组织与高强钢焊接裂纹的关系。结果表明,在冷裂纹影响因素中,马氏体焊缝的裂纹倾向,受控于氢的脆化与拉应力减小效果间的竞争。低相变点马氏体焊缝与高强钢焊接冷裂纹之间的关系,取决于马氏体焊缝的品质、焊缝中的应力状态与氢行为间的关系。工程上常用焊缝中残留的扩散氢含量最小化、不足以引发氢致冷裂纹的“焊缝金属低氢化”综合工艺,并获得了满意的效果。

Having studied the initial state energy loss versus nuclear shadowing for the Drell-Yan dimuon pairproduction in the color string model,the inhomogeneous shadowing effect is considered in this *** find thatthe inhomogeneous shadowing effect does amend the rate of energy loss per unit path length,-dE/***,thetheoretical results for the Drell-Yan differential cross-section ratios are compared with the E772 and E866 *** isfound that the theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental data.

The excitation of H2O masers usually needs very high density gas,hence it can serve as a marker of dense gas in HⅡ region. We selected a sample of H2O maser sources from Plume et al. （four with, and four without detected CS（J = 7 - 6） emission）, and observed them in ^13CO（J=1-0） and C^18O （J=1-0）. C^18O （J=1-0） emission was detected only in three of the sources with detected CS（J=7-6） emission. An analysis combined with some data in the literature suggests that these dense cores may be located at different evolutionary stages. Multi-line observation study may provide us clues on the evolution of massive star forming regions and the massive stars themselves.

Background:Acute suppurative terminal cholangitis(ASTC)is rarer than acute obstructive cholangitis and is not well *** explore this subtype of acute cholangitis,we described our clinical experience with ***:We performed a retrospective review of patients with ASTC admitted to our center from September 2014 to August *** analyzed their clinical characteristics,including etiology,clinical manifestations,imaging features,treatment and ***:A total of 32 ASTC patients were included in the *** majority of the patients had a history of biliary operations,and clinical manifestations were occult and *** positive rate of bacterial culture was 46.9%.All the patients had typical imaging features on computed tomography and magnetic resonance *** with effective antibiotics was provided as soon as diagnosis was *** treatment,most patients had a good *** levels of total bilirubin,aspartate aminotransferase,procalcitonin and gamma-glutamyltransferase were the characteristics of critically ill patients and were associated with relatively poor ***:Our results demonstrated that ASTC should be recognized as a new subtype of acute cholangitis,and that earlier diagnosis and more personalized treatments are needed.
