In the current economic globalization and regional integration,under the new situation many countries and regions all improve how to plan as a whole regional economic coordination,strengthen regional economic cooperation to the important questions concern the countries and regions and future human survival and development,and then regional industry coordinate development is the key of the regional economic cooperation and achieving the development of regional *** this paper under the background of Jing-Jin-Ji regional cooperation,the first analyze the importance of the industrial structure coordination,and then analyze deeply the present situation and existing problems of Beijing-Tianjin-hebei region economic cooperation and the industrial structure of Lang fang city,and finally put forward the general ideas and measures on coordinated development of the industrial structure of the Lang fang city,in order to achieve the purpose that the coordinated development of the industrial structure drive to the economic and social harmonious and sustainable development.

Emergency assessment of seismic landslide susceptibility: a case study of the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake affected area

The 8.0 Mw Wenchuan earthquake triggered widespread and large scale landslides in mountainous regions. An approach was used to map and assess landslide susceptibility in a given area. A numerical rating system was applied to five factors that contribute to slope instability. Factors such as lithology, topography, streams and faults have an important influence as event-controlling factors for landslide susceptibility assessment. A final map is provided to show areas of low, medium, and high landslide susceptibility. Areas identified as having high landslide susceptibility were located in the central, northeastern, and far south regions of the study area. The assessment results will help decision makers to select safe sites for emergency placement of refuges and plan for future reconstruction. The maps may also be used as a basis for landslide risk management in the study area.

Fabrication and magnetic properties of Sm_3(Fe,Ti)_(29)N_x/α-Fe dual-phase nanocomposite permanent magnetic material

Sm3(Fe,Ti)29Nx/α-Fe dual-phase nanometer magnetic material was fabricated through rapid solidification, crystallization and nitridation of Sm-Fe (Ti) alloy. The effect of combination of rapid solidification and Ti alloy addition on the phase for- mation and microstructure of the Sm-Fe alloy is investigated in this paper. The mi- crostructure of amorphous phase and dual-phase nano-grain crystals before and after crystallization annealing were observed using a high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HREM). The dual-phase nano-grains after annealing were compacted together with a clear interface with the direct exchange-coupling mechanism. Different annealing processes were used to examine the melt-spun alloy. Comparison of the images of SEM showed that annealing at 750 ℃ for 10 min was most suitable to get homogeneous and nano-grains. No obvious kink was de- tected in the second quadrant of the hysteresis loop like a single hard magnet, and strong exchange coupling was found between hard magnets and soft magnets.
