In recent years,frequent network attacks have highlighted the importance of efficient detection methods for ensuring cyberspace *** paper presents a novel intrusion detection system consisting of a data prepro-cessing stage and a deep learning model for accurately identifying network *** have proposed four deep neural network models,which are constructed using architectures such as Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN),Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory(BiLSTM),Bidirectional Gate Recurrent Unit(BiGRU),and Attention *** models have been evaluated for their detection performance on the NSL-KDD *** enhance the compatibility between the data and the models,we apply various preprocessing techniques and employ the particle swarm optimization algorithm to perform feature selection on the NSL-KDD dataset,resulting in an optimized feature ***,we address class imbalance in the dataset using focal ***,we employ the BO-TPE algorithm to optimize the hyperparameters of the four models,maximizing their detection *** test results demonstrate that the proposed model is capable of extracting the spatiotemporal features of network traffic data *** binary and multiclass experiments,it achieved accuracy rates of 0.999158 and 0.999091,respectively,surpassing other state-of-the-art methods.

Replacing fossil fuels with fuel cells is a feasible way to reduce global energy shortages and environmental ***,the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)at the cathode has sluggish kinetics,which limits the development of fuel *** is significant to develop catalysts with high catalytic activity of *** single-atom catalysts(SACs)of Pt supported on heteroatom-doped graphene are potential candidates for *** we studied the SACs of Pt with different heteroatoms doping and screened out Pt-C_(4) and Pt-C_(3.O_(1) structures with only 0.13.V overpotential for ***,it is found that B atoms doping could weaken the adsorption capacity of Pt,while N or O atoms doping could enhance *** regularity was verified on Fe *** the electronic interaction analysis between Pt and adsorbate,we explained the mechanism of this regularity and further proposed a new descriptor named corrected d-band center(ε_(d-corr))to describe *** descriptor is an appropriate reflection of the number of free electrons of the SACs,which could evaluate its adsorption *** work provides a purposeful regulatory strategy for the design of ORR catalysts.

Gaining an understanding of the growth mechanism from single atoms to clusters and bulk materials continues to present a ***,it is important to explore the evolving trends of clusters in the structure and properties during the size *** this work,we report the synthesis and characterization of two medium-sized chain-like polyarsenic anions.[As_(21)]^(3.)represents a trimeric example of polyarsenic anion assembled through oxidative coupling of As_(7)^(3.)*** anion As_(18)^(4-)included in[As_(18)MO_(2)(CO)_(8)]^(4-)is regarded as formed by two realgar-type As_(8)subunits connected by a dinuclear AsAs *** As_(18)cluster was previously predicted by theory,and this is the first time successfully synthesized using wet chemistry ***,small-sized polyarsenides As_(2)^(2-)and As_(10)^(2-)were found in compound[K(18-crown-6)]_(3.[As_(10)]_(0.5)[As_(4){Mo(CO)_(3.}_(2)]_(0.5)·*** these,the former exhibits coordination with metal ***-crystal X-ray diffraction combined with quantum chemical calculations revealed the formation of double bonded As_(2)^(2-)stabilized by metal carbonyl *** work demonstrates a novel synthetic approach for the preparation of new polyarsenides and highlights their intriguing bonding characteristics,laying the foundation for the synthesis of such compounds and paving the way for their potential applications.

Paddy fields play an important role in global carbon(C) cycling and are an important source of methane(CH_(4)) emissions. Insights into the processes influencing the dynamics of soil organic C(SOC) in paddy fields are essential for maintaining global soil C stocks and mitigating climate change. Periphytic biofilms composed of microalgae, bacteria, and other microorganisms are ubiquitous in paddy fields, where they directly mediate the transfer of elements at the soil-water interface. However, their contributions to C turnover and exchange have been largely neglected. Periphytic biofilms affect and participate in soil C dynamics by altering both abiotic(e.g., pH and redox potential) and biotic conditions(e.g., microbial community composition and metabolism). This review summarizes the contributions of periphytic biofilms to soil C cycling processes, including carbon dioxide fixation, SOC mineralization, and CH_(4) emissions. Future research should be focused on: i) the mechanisms underlying periphytic biofilm-induced C fixation and turnover and ii) quantifying the contributions of periphytic biofilms to soil C uptake, stabilization, and sequestration in paddy fields.

Natural convection of air is numerically simulated in a 3.dimensional rectangular cavity heated from below using SIMPLE algorithm with a QUICK *** results suggest that when all lateral walls are adiabatic,the fluid rolls occur along the long *** the Rayleigh number is smaller,the flow is of 2-dimensional character,and the rolls shapes are *** average Nusselt numbers in the central part of the cavity are *** average Nusselt numbers in the part near by the cavity are *** to the comparison of 3.dimensional results with 2-dimensional results,the flow patterns and heat transfer in the central part of the cavity can be assumed as a 2-dimensional flow,While those in the part near by the cavity can *** increasing Rayleigh number,the flow is 3.dimensional *** 3.dimensional result accords with the experimental *** all lateral walls are adiabatic,the ten rolls occur along the long *** when lateral walls are heated or cooled,the rolls disappear along the long axis and two rolls occur along the short *** rotation direction of the rolls is *** Rayleigh number is over some critical value,flow and heat transfer will be asymmetry,indicating unsteady oscillation *** nonlinear analyses,it is shown that with increasing Rayleigh number,flow and heat transfer will change from steady state to unsteady state through HOPF bifurcation,and transition to chaos will occur through multi-periodical oscillation.

Based on the unified Hauser–Feshbach and exciton model,which can describe the particle emission processes between discrete energy levels with energy,angular momentum,and parity conservations,a statistical theory of light nucleus reaction(STLN)is developed to calculate the double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing neutron and light charged particles for the proton-induced^(6) Li reaction.A significant difference is observed between the p+^(6) Li and p+^(7) Li reactions owing to the discrepancies in the energy-level structures of the *** reaction channels,including sequential and simultaneous emission processes,are analyzed in *** the double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing proton as an example,the influence of contaminations(such as^(1) H,^(7)Li,^(12)C,and^(16)O)on the target is identified in terms of the kinetic energy of the first emitted *** optical potential parameters of the proton are obtained by fitting the elastic scattering differential *** calculated total double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing proton and deuteron at E_(p)=14 MeV agree well with the experimental data for different outgoing ***,the mixed double differential cross-sections of^(3. He andαare in good agreement with the *** agreement between the measured data and calculated results indicates that the two-body and three-body breakup reactions need to be considered,and the pre-equilibrium reaction mechanism dominates the reaction *** on the STLN model,a PLUNF code for the p+^(6) Li reaction is developed to obtain an ENDF-6-formatted file of the double-differential cross-sections of the nucleon and light composite charged particles.

Spinel oxide(NiCo_(2)O_(4))has demonstrated great potential to replace noble metal catalysts for the oxidation reaction of air *** further boost the oxidation ability of such catalysts,in this study,a facile surface-engineering strategy wherein NiCo_(2)O_(4) was treated with different alkali solvents was *** obtained catalyst(NiCo_(2)O_(4)-OH)showed a higher surface alkalinity and more surface defects compared to the pristine spinel oxide,including enhanced structural distortion as well as promoted oxygen *** propane oxidation ability of NiCo_(2)O_(4)-OH was greatly enhanced,with a propane conversion rate that was approximately 6.4 times higher than that of pristine NiCo_(2)O_(4) at a reaction temperature 193..This work sets a valuable paradigm for the surface modulation of spinel oxide via alkali treatment to ensure a high-performance oxidation catalyst.
