蒙陕接壤区煤层顶板涌水水源智能判别方法

蒙陕接壤区煤炭高强度开采诱发的煤层顶板水害问题日益凸显,高效智能地判别煤层顶板涌水水源是顶板水害防治的关键。以蒙陕接壤区3个典型矿井为研究对象,将无机指标K^(+)+Na^(+)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Cl^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)、HCO_(3)^(-)、TDS和有机指标UV_(254)、TOC、溶解性有机质(DOM)的荧光光谱作为判别指标,利用主成分分析法(PCA)对80组地下水水样数据进行主成分提取,提出一种人工鱼群算法(AFSA)改进随机森林(RF)的PCA-AFSA-RF顶板涌水水源智能判别方法。首先,建立PCA-RF判别模型,其准确率(A_(c))、精确率(P_(r))、召回率(R_(c))和F-measure指数(f_(1))分别达到了83.00%、83.17%、80.42%和79.57%;其次,通过AFSA对PCA-RF判别模型中决策树数目、树深和内部节点分裂所需的最小样本数进行寻优,在AFSA中引入遗传机制以避免陷入局部最优,建立基于PCA-AFSA-RF的煤层顶板涌水水源智能判别模型,该模型A_(c)、P_(r)、R_(c)、f_(1)分别达到92.18%、91.11%、87.58%和88.82%,较PCA-RF分别提高9.18%、7.94%、7.16%和9.25%,回代准确率达到97.50%;最后,利用该模型对12个矿井水水样进行判别,结果与现场实际相一致,表明AFSA改进后的PCA-RF模型具有更好的准确性和泛化能力。研究结果可为煤层顶板涌水水源的准确判别提供新方法。

As the international container multi-modal transport has become the important bridge of international trade,routing optimization and carrier selection has been already attracted extensive attention.Besides economy and timeliness,the transport reliability under uncertainty environment is considered and a cooperative optimization model for container multi-modal transport based on multi-agent is also proposed.To deal with the coordination between the agents,the negotiation mechanism based on multi-attribute auction is further designed.With the bidding and the winning strategy of the carriers and the multi-modal transport operator proposed respectively,a mechanism based on three-dimensional network and non-linear compensation function for updating the scheduling plan is designed.And the simulation experiments which use the instances from China to Australia verify the feasibility of the model and the method proposed.

Based on laser induced breakdown spectroscopy（LIBS） technique, the content of the main elements in the liquid steel of steel alloy can be detected in real time during melting process. In order to improve the detecting accuracy, the quantitative analysis method of laser induced breakdown spectroscopy（LIBS） for the melting alloy steels has been investigated. In this paper,the clustering method combined with the partial least squares method is applied in the metallurgical industry to determine the the element concentration of the steels. The experimental results show that the relative standard error is less than 1.316% and the average absolute error is 0.869%. The accuracy of the method is better than that of traditional partial least squares method, and the relative standard error of measurement is obviously reduced.

This paper studies the issue of manpower planning in an employee leasing center and optimizing the size of the contract employees. The center considered in this paper not only leases the contract employees to the firms but also acts as an agent for temporary employees outside the center in the manpower market. Between the two types of employees, one type with mixed skills can be substituted for the other type to work. The demand for the employees from the firms needing workforce and the supply of temporary employees outside the center are both stochastic. Firstly, based on the rule of maximizing the overall profit of the center and under substituting strategies, we present a discrete stochastic optimization model to maximize the sizes of two types of employees. Then we prove the existence and necessary conditions of the optimal solution by using the marginal analysis method and we also develop an optimal algorithm to calculate the optimal solution. Because of the high time complexity of the optimal algorithm, we develop an efficient approximate algorithm based on computer simulation approach. The simulating experiments show that the approximate algorithm greatly reduces computing time, and the approximate optimal solutions found by the approximate algorithm has strong approximate effectiveness and robustness.

The Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy（LIBS） technology can be used to detect the elements in the alloy steel in real time. Quantitative analysis method of the traditional LIBS technology mainly has the calibration method and calibration free method, but there are two shortcomings: low prediction accuracy and over fitting. Random Forest Regression（RFR） algorithm can be used for classification and regression, can effectively avoid "overfitting" phenomenon. Therefore, in this paper, we combine the random forest regression algorithm with laser induced breakdown spectroscopy applied to the detection of the concentration of alloy steel elements in the metallurgy industry. At the same time, compared with partial least squares method based on the LIBS, the results show that the random forest algorithm combined with the LIBS technology has the higher prediction accuracy, lower root mean square error and better robustness.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)infection disrupts the epithelial barrier and triggers airway inflammation.The envelope(E)protein,a core virulence structural component of coronaviruses,may play a role in this process.Pathogens could interfere with transepithelial Cl^(-)transport via impairment of the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator(CFTR),which modulates nuclear factor kB(NF-kB)signaling.However,the pathological effects of SARS-CoV-2 E protein on airway epithelial barrier function,Cl^(-)transport and the robust inflammatory response remain to be elucidated.Here,we have demonstrated that E protein down-regulated the expression of tight junctional proteins,leading to the disruption of the airway epithelial barrier.In addition,E protein triggered the activation of Toll-like receptor(TLR)2/4 and downstream c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)signaling,resulting in an increased intracellular Cl^(-)concentration([Cl^(-)]_(i))via up-regulating phosphodiesterase 4D(PDE4D)expression in airway epithelial cells.This elevated[Cl^(-)]_(i);contributed to the heightened airway inflammation through promoting the phosphorylation of serum/glucocorticoid regulated kinase 1(SGK1).Moreover,blockade of SGK1 or PDE4 alleviated the robust inflammatory response induced by E protein.Overall,these findings provide novel insights into the pathogenic role of SARS-CoV-2 E protein in airway epithelial damage and the ongoing airway inflammation during SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Alphaviruses are a group of important viruses that cause significant diseases in humans.Among them,Semliki Forest vi-rus(SFV)not only causes symptoms such as joint pain but also infects neuron cells and induces encephalitis in rodents.Recently,the very-low-density lipoprotein receptor(VLDLR)was identified as the cellular receptor for SFV entry.In this study,we present the cryo-electron microscopy structure of SFV bound to human VLDLR.VLDLR targets E1-DIII region of SFV using its membrane-distal LDLR class A(LA)repeats.Structural and functional analyses emphasize the synergistic role of multiple VLDLR repeats in the SFV entry.Remarkably,VLDLR’s binding mode to SFV closely mirrors that of minor group human rhinoviruses but differs significantly from other alphaviruses’interactions with receptors in the canyon re-gion of the E protein.We also assessed SFV binding to VLDLR or apolipoprotein E receptor 2(ApoER2)proteins in horses and mosquitoes and revealed their use of multiple but different LA repeats for binding.Our findings illuminate SFV’s cross-species infectivity,offering insights into potential antiviral strategies against alphavirus infections.

Personalized Emotion Space for Video Affective Content Representation

A personalized emotion space is proposed to bridge the ＂affective gap＂ in video affective content understanding. In order to unify the discrete and dimensional emotion model, fuzzy C-mean （FCM） clustering algorithm is adopted to divide the emotion space. Gaussian mixture model （GMM） is used to determine the membership functions of typical affective subspaces. At every step of modeling the space, the inputs rely completely on the affective experiences recorded by the audiences. The advantages of the improved V-A （Velance-Arousal） emotion model are the per- sonalization, the ability to define typical affective state areas in the V-A emotion space, and the convenience to explicitly express the intensity of each affective state. The experimental results validate the model and show it can be used as a personalized emotion space for video affective content representation.

为明确大倾角特厚煤层半煤岩巷道失稳机制,提高巷道稳定性,以新疆乌东煤矿大倾角特厚煤层分段开采条件下半煤岩巷道为工程背景,利用地质动力区划、统计分析和数值模拟等方法,对乌东煤矿特厚煤层半煤岩巷道地质动力环境及其对巷道稳定性影响进行了研究,并对现有巷道支护方案进行了优化。结果表明:乌东井田主要受清水河子断裂、碗窑沟断裂、白杨南沟断裂等活动断裂影响;对乌东井田内地震活动时序特征和震源深度的统计分析表明,乌东井田尤其是其浅部地质动力活跃度逐年增强,浅部煤岩体能量不断积聚;井下地应力实测表明,巷道走向与最大主应力方向垂直,不利于巷道的稳定性控制。数值分析表明,同煤层上分层开采使巷道围岩应力升高,同水平邻近煤层开采使巷道围岩应力降低;受高水平应力、围岩岩性及煤岩交界弱面的影响,巷道顶底板破坏范围较大,且顶板锚杆和部分锚索处于塑性区内,导致锚固作用不能充分发挥;巷道顶板积聚大量弹性能,易诱发顶板动力灾害。在此基础上,针对巷道支护现状,提出了增加锚杆长度、提高锚杆预应力、采用全长锚固、调整锚索角度、改进护表材料以及采用全长锚固锚杆对巷道底板和底角进行加固等方法和措施,以期提高巷道稳定性,为类似条件巷道的支护提供有益借鉴。
