Staphylococcus aureus is a common marine foodborne *** this study,antibiotics ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin were used to induce drug-resistance in *** differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)were analyzed and compared with those in the bacteria cultured without *** primary proteomic alterations were in the levels of cell membrane components and proteins related to lysine and folic acid biosynthesis,which were all significantly *** minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC)for both test drugs were elevated to 10μg m L^(-1)following serial *** results indicated that,for both ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin,drug-resistance were developed even in the subinhibitory levels and the primary response was a major alteration in the cell membrane *** changes were similar to those observed in *** cultured with super-MIC levels of these *** current study provides a theoretical basis for in-depth study of the related changes of marine foodborne pathogens in subinhibitory concentrations that are commonly found in situ.

In this study,a sulfur–phosphorus co-doped nanocarbon(SPC)catalyst was syn-thesized using a straightforward one-step colloidal carbonization method and demonstrated high performance in the metal-free direct oxidation of alcohols to *** metal-free SPC catalyst showed exceptional efficiency,achiev-ing a conversion rate of 90%for benzyl alcohol and a selectivity of 94%toward benzaldehyde within only 1 h at 130◦***,it displays exceptional cycle stability and a high turnover frequency(17.1×10-3 mol g-1 h-1).Theoretical analysis suggested that the catalyst’s superior performance is attributed to the presence of unsaturated edge defects and S-P-moieties,which increase the density of states at the Fermi level,lower the band gap energy,and promote electron ***,the doping introduces cooperative co-active S-P-C sites,facilitating a synergistic multisite catalytic effect that lowers the energy *** findings represent a significant advancement in the field of metal-free direct alcohol oxidation.

Large language models (LLMs) have recently shown remarkable performance in a variety of natural language processing (NLP) tasks. To further explore LLMs’ reasoning abilities in solving complex problems, recent research [1–3]has investigated chain-of-thought (CoT) reasoning in complex multimodal scenarios, such as science question answering (ScienceQA) tasks [4], by fine-tuning multimodal models through human-annotated CoT rationales. However, collected CoT rationales often miss the necessary reasoning steps and specific expertise. Our motivation stems from the limitations observed in existing methods such as the Multimodal-CoT reasoning paradigm [2] and LLaM AAdapter [5]. These approaches, while pioneering, face challenges in maintaining the integrity of multimodal information and providing clear, step-by-step rationales for complex tasks. To address these problems, this paper optimizes the original manually annotated rationales with high-quality plan-and-solve CoT (PS-CoT) that are generated by LLMs.

This letter presents an image orientation estimation method which is based on a combination of two techniques： quadrature filtering and nonlinear diffusion. The quadrature filters are used to get the orientation tensors for edges, then the orientation tensors are smoothed through nonlinear diffusion. Experimental resuits and analysis show the robustness of the proposed method.
