Antibody-drug conjugates(ADCs)are a new type of targeting antibodies that conjugate with highly toxic anticancer drugs via chemical linkers to exert high specificity and efficient killing of tumor cells,thereby attracting considerable attention in precise oncology ***(Cet)is a typical antibody that offers the benefits of good targeting and safety for individuals with advanced and inoperable cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(cSCC);however,its anti-tumor activity is limited to a single ***(CisPt)shows good curative effects;however,its adverse effects and non-tumor-targeting ability are major *** this study,we designed and developed a new ADC based on a new cytotoxic platinum(IV)prodrug(C8Pt(IV))and *** so-called antibody-platinum(IV)prodrugs conjugates,named Cet-C8Pt(IV),showed excellent tumor targeting in ***,it accurately delivered C8Pt(IV)into tumor cells to exert the combined anti-tumor effect of Cet and ***,metabolomic analysis showed that Cet-C8Pt(IV)promoted cellular apoptosis and increased DNA damage in cSCC cells by affecting the vitamin B6 metabolic pathway in tumor cells,thereby further enhancing the tumor-killing ability and providing a new strategy for clinical cancer treatment using antibody-platinum(IV)prodrugs conjugates.

The estimation of fish mass is one of the most basic and important tasks in *** the mass of fish at different growth stages is of great significance for feeding,monitoring the health status of fish,and making breeding plans to increase *** existing estimation methods for fish mass often stay in the 2D plane,and it is difficult to obtain the 3D information on fish,which will lead to the *** solve this problem,a multi-view method was proposed to obtain the 3D information of fish and predict the mass of fish through a two-stage neural network with an edge-sensitive *** the first stage,the side-and downward-view images of the fish and some 3D information,such as side area,top area,length,deflection angle,and pitch angle,were captured to estimate the size of the fish through two vertically placed *** the area of the fish at different views was estimated accurately through the pre-trained image segmentation neural network with an edgesensitive *** the second stage,a fully connected neural network was constructed to regress the fish mass based on the 3D information obtained in the previous *** experimental results indicate that the proposed method can accurately estimate the fish mass and outperform the existing estimation methods.

Fungal alkylresorcinols are a class of polyketides,which are commonly synthesized by the hybridization of highly reducing polyketide synthase(hrPKS)with non-reducing polyketide synthase(nrPKS).In this study,we identified and demonstrated a new assembly model for synthesizing alkylresorcinol(scirpilin A,1),which was accomplished by collaboration of a hrPKS(FscA)and a typeⅢPKS(FscB).Furthermore,three post-tailoring enzymes(FscC,FscD,and FscE)act iteratively on 1 skeleton,including successive 14e-oxidation of inert carbons,di-halogenation,and di-methylation,to form highly oxidized and multisubstituted *** work presents an unusual synthesis manner of alkylresorcinols,sheds light on the collaborative mechanism between hrPKS and typeⅢPKS and provides three valuable enzymatic catalysts for the tailoring of alkylresorcinol family natural products in future.

This paper presents a topology optimization approach for the surface flows on variable design *** this approach,the matching between the pattern of a surface flow and the 2-manifold used to define the pattern can be optimized,where the 2-manifold is implicitly defined on another fixed 2-manifold named as the base *** fiber bundle topology optimization approach is developed based on the description of the topological structure of the surface flow by using the differential geometry concept of the fiber *** material distribution method is used to achieve the evolution of the pattern of the surface *** evolution of the implicit 2-manifold is realized via a homeomorphous *** design variable of the pattern of the surface flow and that of the implicit 2-manifold are regularized by two sequentially implemented surface-PDE *** two surface-PDE filters are coupled,because they are defined on the implicit 2-manifold and base manifold,*** surface Navier-Stokes equations,defined on the implicit 2-manifold,are used to describe the surface *** fiber bundle topology optimization problem is analyzed using the continuous adjoint method implemented on the first-order Sobolev *** numerical examples have been provided to demonstrate this approach,where the combination of the viscous dissipation and pressure drop is used as the design objective.

为了研究回收轮胎聚合物纤维(RTPF)和高温作用对混凝土损伤超声特性的影响,对不同温度(20℃、105℃、250℃、400℃、600℃)作用后不同掺量(0 kg/m^(3)、0.6 kg/m^(3)、1.2 kg/m^(3)、2.4 kg/m^(3)、4.8 kg/m^(3))的RTPF混凝土试件进行... 详细信息

为了研究回收轮胎聚合物纤维(RTPF)和高温作用对混凝土损伤超声特性的影响,对不同温度(20℃、105℃、250℃、400℃、600℃)作用后不同掺量(0 kg/m^(3)、0.6 kg/m^(3)、1.2 kg/m^(3)、2.4 kg/m^(3)、4.8 kg/m^(3))的RTPF混凝土试件进行超声检测,分析超声波通过混凝土试件的声速、波形、频谱及其能量分布的变化规律。结果表明:高温作用后混凝土中超声波声速降低,波形发生畸变,主频幅值降低,超声波能量向低频段聚集;RTPF混凝土抗压强度的变化趋势和超声特性反映的混凝土损伤演化趋势相同;温度达到RTPF熔点后,掺量为1.2 kg/m^(3)的RTPF混凝土的抗压强度最大,声速最大,低频段的超声波能量占比最小;SEM测试表明高温后RTPF发生软化和熔化,提高了混凝土的透气能力,减小了孔隙蒸气压力,减小了混凝土高温爆裂损伤。研究成果可为RTPF混凝土高温损伤机理研究提供参考。

本文基于2005-2016年中国272个地级及以上城市面板数据,构建中国城市普惠金融指标体系并进行测度。在此基础上,采用探索性空间数据分析的方法考察中国城市普惠金融发展的时空格局演变及空间集聚特征,并建立空间计量模型对普惠金融发展的影响因素进行实证考察。结果发现:(1)我国城市普惠金融发展态势良好,不同区域的普惠金融发展存在异质性。(2)从全域来看,我国城市普惠金融发展存在显著的正向空间相关性;从局域来看,我国城市普惠金融发展主要表现为高高集聚和高低集聚。(3)经济发展水平、收入水平、产业结构优化水平和交通便利水平均为普惠金融的正向影响因素,且不同区域的影响因素存在异质性。最后,依据实证结论提出相关政策启示。

“互联网+”与传统业务模式的有效结合是新常态下行业发展的必然选择,作为现代经济增长核心驱动力的金融业更是如此。基于此背景下,从金融资源配置效率视角,以“互联网+”为切入点,选取中国2005~2015年31个省、自治区、直辖市(限于数据所得,数据不包括港澳台地区)的面板数据,采用SYS-GMM计量分析方法,探讨“互联网+”对金融资源配置效率的影响作用。研究结果表明:无论从全国还是从地区来看,“互联网+”对金融资源配置效率都具有显著的正向促进作用,并且会因地区的发展水平不同而导致促进效果的差异性;其中,中部地区促进效果较大,东部地区促进效果适中,而西部地区促进效果较小。最后,依据实证结论提出政策启示。
