茶多酚对大豆分离蛋白乳液性质及界面蛋白胆盐置换的影响

通过添加不同含量的茶多酚提取物修饰大豆分离蛋白制备水包油乳液,考察大豆分离蛋白乳液的界面张力、蛋白吸附比例、乳液粒径以及Zeta电位等性质变化,探究茶多酚对大豆分离蛋白乳液性质和界面蛋白置换的影响。实验结果表明:添加茶多酚后,大豆分离蛋白的界面张力升高;大豆分离蛋白溶液(1%,质量分数)按照9∶1(质量比)与大豆油混合后,经过高速剪切和超声制备成水包油乳液,添加茶多酚制备的乳液稳定性提高,与空白对照组相比,当茶多酚添加量为0.04%时,乳液平均粒径从1.702μm显著下降至1.203μm(P<0.05),乳液的蛋白吸附比例从9.22%显著上升至20.68%(P<0.05),Zeta电位绝对值从25.7 mV显著上升至27.1 mV(P<0.05);大豆分离蛋白在油-水界面上具有抗胆盐置换的特性,由茶多酚修饰的大豆分离蛋白更加难以被胆盐置换,这可能是添加茶多酚后大豆分离蛋白具有较强的静电相互作用以及较厚的界面层导致的。肠道中的脂质消化是界面过程,探究脂滴界面上蛋白与胆盐的置换反应对研究脂质代谢和食品精准设计具有指导作用。

Analytical method for the distributions of axial-load and stress is based on elastic assumption, but the threaded connections are often in plastic deformation stage in practice. Meanwhile the strain in the threaded connection is difficult to measure. So it is necessary to study the reliable numerical method. At present neither the convergence analysis of the computational results nor the elastic-plastic analysis in the loading-unloading process are studied. In this paper, von Mises plasticity and kinematic hardening model is used to describe the material response. A new convergence criterion for nonlinear finite element analysis of the loading-unloading process is proposed. An axisymmetric finite element model according to the proposed convergence criterion is developed and used to analyze the distributions of axial-load and stress. It can be conclude that the stress distribution analysis is more dependent on the mesh density than the axial-load distribution analysis. The stress distribution result indicates that with increasing of applied load, the engaged threads close to the nut-bearing surface become plastic firstly. The axial-load distribution result reveals that the load percentage carried by single thread depends on the position of thread and load intensity. When the load is relatively small, the applied load is mainly carried by the engaged threads near the nut-bearing surface, when the load is larger, the differences of percentages for all threads become small. The proposed convergence analyzing procedure is applicable for other nonlinear analyses. The obtained distributions of axial-load and stress can be a reference of engineering application.

Antioxidant peptides have been widely ***,only a few reports have been published examining the antioxidant peptides derived from Chinese *** this study,6 novel peptides derived from Chinese baijiu were identified successfully using high-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupoletime-of-flight mass spectrometry(HPLC-QTOF-MS)with a concentration of 0.835–24.540μg/*** underlying molecular mechanisms were investigated,and their cytoprotective effects were examined against 2,2’-azobis(2-methylpropanimidamidine)dihydrochloride(AAPH)-induced oxidative stress in Hep G2 *** results showed that these peptides exerted protective effects by suppressing reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation,preventing malondialdehyde(MDA)formation,and upregulating cellular antioxidant enzyme activities(SOD,CAT,and GSH-Px)in a dose-dependent *** experiments proved that these peptides exerted antioxidant effects via Nrf2/ARE-mediated signaling pathway by promoting Nrf2 nuclear translocation,inhibiting ubiquitination,and enhancing transcription capacity of Nrf2 in Hep G2 *** findings provide the molecular basis for the effects of antioxidant peptides derived from Chinese baijiu,which is important for a deeper understanding of the relationship between human health and moderate drinking.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of Busuishengxue granules on non-severe aplastic anemia(NSAA)and investigate its effect on the mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated kinase(MAPK/ERK)***:Sixty NSAA patients were divided equally into two *** in the experimental group were treated with Busuishengxue granules,and the control group with Zaizaoshengxue *** treatment course was 6 months and cu-rative efficacy was compared between the two groups as well as with 10 healthy *** cytometry(FCM)was used to detect the intracellular concentration of Ca2+([Ca2+]i).Western blotting was employed to detect the expression of enzymes in the MAPK/ERK ***:The efficacy of Busuishengxue granules was significantly better than that of Zaizaoshengxue tablets(P<0.05).Before treatment,expression of JNK,phospho-ERK 1/2 and p-JNK was higher,and[Ca2+]i higher,than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment with Busuishengxue granules,expression of all enzymes related to signal transduction pathways in the blood cells of NSSA patients were altered to different ***:Busuishengxue granules had a better effect with regard to improving symptom scores,increasing the number of blood leukocytes,and increasing hemoglobin levels than Zaizaoshengxue tablets,and they differed slightly in terms of increasing the number of platelets.

The time series of accumulation in recent 300 years correlated well with solar activity in Dasuopu ice core. Results of spectrum analysis on the accumulation time series of the Dasuopu ice core shows that there are some periods that coincide with the periods of solar activity. By comparing the long-time change trend of the accumulation in the Dasuopu ice core with various kinds of indexes of solar activity intensity, a negative correlation is found between the trend and solar activity.

CBTC区域控制器切换场景的建模与验证

区域控制器(Zone Controller,ZC)通过与联锁系统(Computer Interlocking,CI)、车载控制器(Vehicle On Board Controller,VOBC)和列车自动监督系统(Automatic Train Supervision,ATS)等其他子系统信息交互来为列车计算移动授权,是基于通信的列车运行控制系统(Communication Based Train Control,CBTC)重要的地面安全设备。研究区域控制器的功能需求,构建满足边界切换实时性、安全性特点的模型有助于保证列车在线路上高效、安全的运行。在现有建模方式的基础上,采用统一建模语言(Unified Modeling Language,UML)和层次时间有色Petri网(Hierarchical Timed Colored Petri Net,HTCPN)相结合的方法对ZC边界切换场景下的区域控制器和车载子系统之间的信息交互过程进行分析。从车载VOBC状态变化的角度构建用于验证切换场景安全性的UML模型和HTCPN模型,并以CPN Tools作为仿真平台对其进行验证。根据CPN Tools状态空间报告可知,转换后HTCPN模型的各种动态属性正常且模型不存在死锁和活锁。仿真结果表明:采用UML向HTCPN转换的方法构建的模型既能清晰描述整个ZC切换的过程,又保证了模型在数学上的严谨性。转换后的HTCPN模型符合ZC切换功能的需求,证明了该集成建模方法的可行性,为CBTC系统其他功能或场景的建模与验证提供了思路。
