Sustainable cement-based concrete materials are primarily used for construction,among which vermiculite as lightweight fine aggregate gains more future development ***,a bacterial solution was sprayed over vermiculite and wrapped using calcium sulphoaluminate(CSA)cement to replace with fine aggregate in ***,based on a preliminary test on compressive strength results,10%of Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag(GGBS)and a healing solution proportion of 9:1 was selected for preparing self-healing *** fine aggregate was replaced in concrete using vermiculite in 0%,5%,10%and 15%and the findings suggest that bacterial vermiculite replacement should be at most 5%to achieve better results in strength and durable *** strength enhancement observed for compressive strength,strength regain,split tensile strength,flexural strength,and ultrasonic pulse velocity were 29.22%,45.5%,34.02%,28.03%and 41.4%*** crack healing at 7,14 and 28 days of BIVC was 38.23%,58.82%and 79.41%,which is 3–4%lower than internal crack *** analysis by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),X-Ray Diffractometer(XRD),and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy(EDS)reveals the existence of calcite,and it was formed due to the bio-mineral action of bacteria with available nutrients in sustainable concrete.

Food Waste(FW)is a pressing environmental concern that affects every country *** one-third of the food that is produced ends up as waste,contributing to the carbon ***,the FW must be properly treated to reduce environmental *** study evaluates a few available Food Waste Treatment(FWT)technologies,such as anaerobic digestion,composting,landfill,and incineration,which are widely used.A Bipolar Picture Fuzzy Set(BPFS)is proposed to deal with the ambiguity and uncertainty that arise when converting a real-world problem to a mathematical model.A novel Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation-Stable Preference Ordering Towards Ideal Solution(CRITIC-SPOTIS)approach is developed to objectively analyze FWT selection based on thirteen criteria covering the industry’s technical,environmental,and entrepreneurial *** CRITIC method is used for the objective analysis of the importance of each criterion in FWT *** SPOTIS method is adopted to rank the alternative hassle-free,following the *** proposed model offers a rank reversal-free model,i.e.,the rank of the alternatives remains unaffected even after the addition or removal of an *** addition,comparative and sensitivity analyses are performed to ensure the reliability and robustness of the proposed model and to validate the proposed result.

Gestational Diabetes Mellitus(GDM)is an illness that represents a certain degree of glucose intolerance with onset or first recognition during *** the past few decades,numerous investigations were conducted upon early identification of *** Learning(ML)methods are found to be efficient prediction techniques with significant advantage over statistical *** this view,the current research paper presents an ensemble of ML-based GDM prediction and classification *** presented model involves three steps such as preprocessing,classification,and ensemble voting *** first,the input medical data is preprocessed in four levels namely,format conversion,class labeling,replacement of missing values,and ***,four ML models such as Logistic Regression(LR),k-Nearest Neighbor(KNN),Support Vector Machine(SVM),and Random Forest(RF)are used for *** addition to the above,RF,LR,KNN and SVM classifiers are integrated to perform the final classification in which a voting classifier is also *** order to investigate the proficiency of the proposed model,the authors conducted extensive set of simulations and the results were examined under distinct ***,the ensemble model has outperformed the classical ML models with a precision of 94%,recall of 94%,accuracy of 94.24%,and F-score of 94%.

Objective:To explore the effect of alcoholic extract of Bacopa monniera(AEBM) on high cholesterol diet-induced ***:The shade-dried and coarsely powdered whole plant material(Bacopa monniera) was extracted with 90%ethanol,finally filtered and dried in vacuum *** experimental rats were divided into 4 groups:control(group-Ⅰ),Rats fed with hvpercholesterolemic diet(HCD) for 45 days[4%cholesterol(w/w) and 1%cholic acid].Rats fed with HCD for 45 days+AEBM(40mg/kg,body weight/day orally) for last 30 days(group-Ⅲ) and AEBM alone(group-IV).Blood and tissues(Aorta) were removed to ice cold containers for various biochemical and histological ***:AEBM treatment significantly decreased the levels of TC,TG,PL,LDL,VLDL,atherogenic index,LDL/HDL ratio,and TC/HDL ratio but significantly increased the level of HDL when compared to HCD induced *** on liver antioxidant status(SOD,CAT,CPx,CR,GST) were significantly raised with concomitant reduction in the level of LPO were obtained in AEBM treated rats when compared to HCD *** with AEBM significantly lowered the activity of SCOT,LDH and *** of aorta of cholesterol fed rat showed intimal thickening and foam cell deposition were ***: These results suggests that AEBM extended protection against various biochemical changes and aortic pathology in hypercholesterolemic *** the plant may therefore be useful for therapeutic treatment of clinical conditions associated hypercholesterolemia.

A hybrid time-frequency method known as Gabor-Wigner transform (GWT) is introduced in this paper for examining the time-frequency patterns of earthquake damaged buildings. GWT is developed by combining the Gabor transform (GT) and Wigner-Ville distribution (WVD). GT and WVD have been used separately on synthetic and recorded earthquake data to identify frequency shifting due to earthquake damages, but GT is prone to windowing effect and WVD involves ambiguity function. Hence to obtain better clarity and to remove the cross terms (frequency interference), GT and WVD are judiciously combined and the resultant GWT used to identify frequency shifting. Synthetic seismic response of an instrumented building and real-time earthquake data recorded on the building were investigated using GWT. It is found that GWT offers good accuracy for even slow variations in frequency, good time-frequency resolution, and localized response. Presented results confirm the efficacy of GWT when compared with GT and WVD used separately. Simulation results were quantified by the Renyi entropy measures and GWT shown to be an adequate technique in identifying localized response for structural damage detection.

Gestational Diabetes Mellitus(GDM)is one of the commonly occurring diseases among women during *** Glucose Tolerance Test(OGTT)is followed universally in the diagnosis of GDM diagnosis at early pregnancy which is costly and ***,there is a need to design an effective and automated GDM diagnosis and classification *** recent developments in the field of Deep Learning(DL)are useful in diagnosing different *** this view,the current research article presents a new outlier detection with deep-stacked Autoencoder(OD-DSAE)model for GDM diagnosis and *** goal of the proposed OD-DSAE model is to find out those mothers with high risks and make them undergo earlier diagnosis,monitoring,and treatment compared to low-risk *** presented ODDSAE model involves three major processes namely,preprocessing,outlier detection,and *** the first step i.e.,data preprocessing,there exists three stages namely,format conversion,class labelling,and missing value replacement using k-nearest neighbors(KNN)*** are superior values which considerably varies from other data ***,it might represent the variability in measurement,experimental errors or novelty ***,Hierarchical Clustering(HC)-based outlier detection technique is incorporated in OD-DSAE model,and thereby classification performance can be *** proposed model was simulated using Python 3.6.5 on a dataset collected by the researcher themselves.A series of experiments was conducted and the results were investigated under different *** experimental outcomes inferred that the OD-DSAE model has outperformed the compared methods and achieved high precision of 96.17%,recall of 98.69%,specificity of 89.50%,accuracy of 96.18%,and F-score of 97.41%.

Preventive Regulation of Jelly Seed Disorder in ‘Amrapali' Mango (Mangifera indica) by Preharvest Spray

Jelly seed, a physiological disorder in ‘Amrapali' mango fruit, is characterized by the excessive softening of pulp around the stone in ripe fruits. The disorder is caused by the onset of germination associated events in the seed of developing fruit due to decreased level of very-longchain fatty acids(VLCFAs) in seed. Field trials involving preharvest application of spray formulations on developing fruits, between 50% and 60%maturity, showed that formulation V(10 g·L^(-1) NaCl, 25 g·L^(-1) CaCl_2, 0.5 g·L^(-1) KCl, 0.01 g·L^(-1) H_3 BO_3, 0.01 g·L^(-1) Cu SO_4, 0.01 g·L^(-1) Zn SO_4,0.01 g·L^(-1) FeSO_4, 0.01 g·L^(-1) MnSO_4, and 0.002 g·L^(-1) EDTA) was the most effective in preventing the jelly seed disorder. Further studies to understand the mode of action of the formulation in controlling jelly seed development, revealed increased synthesis of VLCFAs in seed followed by the rapid production of ABA and germination-inhibiting phenolic acids, besides increased accumulation of calcium in seed. These factors acting in unison delayed seed germination and decreased the activities of pectinolytic enzymes in pulp to produce healthy fruits, free from jelly seed *** was an increase of mineral nutrient content in pulp of treated healthy fruits. Thus, the study helped to develop a remedy to prevent jelly seed besides revealing the biochemical mechanism by which formulation V acted to produce ‘Amrapali' mango fruits free of jelly seed with improved nutritional quality.

Evaluation of antigenotoxic effects of carotenoids from green algae Chlorococcum humicola using human lymphocytes

Objective:To identify the available phytochemicals and carotenoids in the selected green algae and evaluate the potential genotoxic/antigenotoxic effect using ***:Organic,solvent extracts of Chlorococcum humicola(***)were used for the phytochemical *** available carotenoids were assessed by HPLC,and LC-MS *** genotoxicity was induced by the benzo(a)pyrene in the lymphocyte culture,the genotoxic and antigenotoxic effects of algal carotenoids with and without genotoxic inducer were evaluated by chromosomal aberration(CA),sister chromatid exchange(SCE)and micronucleus assay(MN).Results:The results of the analysis showed that the algae were rich in carotenoids and fatty *** the total carotenoids lutein,β-carotene andα-carotene were found to be present in higher *** frequency of CA and SCE increased by benzo(a)pyrene were significantly decreased by the carotenoids(P<0.05 for CA,P<0.001 for SCE).The MN frequencies of the cells were significantly decreased by the treatment with carotenoids when compared with the positive controls(P<0.05).Conclusions:The findings of the present study demonstrate that,the green algae *** is a rich source of bioactive compounds especially carotenoids which effectively fight against environmental genotoxic agents,the carotenoids itself is not a genotoxic substance and should be further considered for its beneficial effects.
