An indoor trajectory is the path of an object moving through corridors and stairs inside a *** are various types of technologies that can be used to reconstruct the path of a moving object and detect its *** has been used for reconstruction in outdoor environments,but for indoor environments,mobile devices with embedded sensors are *** accelerometer sensor and a magnetometer sensor are used to detect human movement and reconstruct the trajectory on a single *** an indoor environment,there are many activities that will create the trajectory similar to an outdoor environment,such as passing along the corridor,going from one room to another,and other *** need to analyse trajectories to obtain the movement patterns,understand themost frequently visited places or paths used aswell as the least frequented ***,we can utilize movement patterns to obtain a better building design and *** latest studies focus on reconstructing the trajectory on a single ***,actual indoor environments are comprised of multi-floors and *** purpose of this paper is to reconstruct a trajectory in an indoor multi-floor *** have conducted extensive experiments to evaluate the performance of our proposed algorithms in a campus *** result of our experiment shows that the height of the building can be detected using a barometer sensor that gives an atmospheric pressure reading which is then transformed by setting the range value according to the number of floors,enabling the sensors to detect activity in a multi-floor *** readings obtained from the magnetometer sensor can be used to reconstruct the trajectory similar to the real path based on the direction and degree of *** system accuracy in recognizing steps in a multi-floor building is about 84%.

Using the vortex filament model with the full Biot-Savart law, we show that non-straight bundles of quantized vortex lines in HeII are structurally robust and can reconnect with each other maintaining their identity. We discuss vortex stretching in superfluid turbulence in many cases. We show that, during the bundle reconnection process, Kelvin waves of large amplitude are generated, in agreement with previous work and with the finding that helicity is produced by nearly singular vortex interactions in classical Euler flows. The reconnection events lead to changes in velocities, radius, number of points and total length. The existence of reconnections was confirmed by other authors using the model of nonlinear Schr?dinger equation (NLSE). Our results are agreed with the finding of other authors and extension to our numerical experiments.

X-ray-computed tomography (CT) has become one of the most important investigation procedures worldwide. The study aimed to assess image quality parameters, mainly noise, and radiation doses during abdominal examination. This study examined the diagnostic parameters (kilo voltage, tube current time product, slice thickness, and pitch) and their effects on image quality as well as the radiation doses received from computed tomography scanners using phantom. The study carried out in four CT centers in Sudan. The study applied prospective and experimental methods. The study demonstrated there was a linear correlation between diagnostic parameters and image noise. The reduction in milli-ampere second and peak kilo voltage increased the image noise. Moreover increasing the pitch led to an increase in the image noise, whereas increasing the slice thickness, reduced the image noise. There was also a linear relationship between kilo voltage and radiation dose at Elnileen diagnostic center characterized by an increase kilo voltages values which led to an increase in the radiation dose by 92% and a reduction in the image noise by 83%. However, at Antalya medical center, increasing in kilo voltage values led to an increase in the radiation dose by 35% and a reduction in the image noise by 26%. Also increasing in milli-ampere second values led to an increase in the radiation dose by 49% and a reduction in the image noise by 46% in a phantom compared with an increase in radiation dose by 82% and a reduction in the image noise by 51% in patients .The study found that an optimal protocol for adult abdominal scan at Antalya medical center was 4.22HU for image noise and 10.45 mGy for radiation dose when using 120 kVp, 300 mAs, 5 mm slice thickness and pitch of 0.8. At Elnileen diagnostic center, however, the optimal protocol was 5.4 HU for image noise and 5.4 mGy for radiation dose using 130 kVp, 50 mAs, 10 mm slice thickness and pitch of 2. Background: Job satisfaction can affect workers’ behaviour, thereby influencing organisational performance. Workers with low levels of job satisfaction have negative attitudes toward their jobs and may cause depression and anxiety. Purpose: The main aim of this study is to measure the overall job satisfaction among radiographers in Taif city. Methods: This study used the Minnesota Scoring Questionnaire to measure job satisfaction. The data collection was conducted between September 2018 and April 2019 in all major hospitals in Taif. Results: This study revealed that the overall job satisfaction of radiographers was moderate. It is, however, higher among radiographers in armed forces hospitals compared with their counterparts in the Ministry of Health hospitals. The job satisfaction of male radiographers was greater than their female peers. Finally, job satisfaction was high in those who work in advanced modality departments. Conclusion: Job satisfaction is critical for healthcare workers. This study indicated that job satisfaction is moderate for radiographers in Taif hospitals. Factors affecting their satisfaction include the feel of independence and recognition.

Cancer is a leading cause of death worldwide, with breast cancer being the most common (2.26 million new cases and 685,000 deaths). In Saudi Arabia, breast cancer ranked the first among females in 2014, accounting for 15.9% of all cancers reported among Saudi nationals and 28.7% of all cancers reported among females of all ages. Early detection of breast cancer could decrease the risks, have a better prognosis, and have better outcomes/more successful treatments. Prevalence of breast cancer reached more than 25% of all diagnosed cancer in the kingdom among women. Aim: This study aims to assess the knowledge and performance of women attending primary care centers about breast self-examination and mammogram screening for prevention and early detection of breast cancer in Abha city primary healthcare centers, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Research Method: cross sectional design was conducted by using questionnaire, which was distributed to primary care center nurses. The collected data was statistically analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences, version 25. Results: The study found that participants had poor awareness and knowledge about breast self-examination, risk factors for breast cancer, and trends and practices in early diagnosis of breast cancer. Conclusion and Recommendations: It recommends increasing awareness campaigns and providing educational programs to improve knowledge and practices.

The study was sought to enhance the synthesis of thermal stableβ-cyclodextrin glycosyltransferase(β-CGTase)using potato wastewater as a low-cost medium and assess the degree to which it is efficient for industrial production ofβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD)from raw potato *** bacteria producingβ-CGTase was isolated from Saudi Arabia and the promising strain was identified as Bacillus licheniformis using phylogenetic analysis of the 16S rRNA ***-encapsulated cultures exhibited twice-fold ofβ-CGTase production more than free *** electron microscopy(SEM)of polymeric capsules indicated the potential for a longer shelf-life,which promotes the restoration of activity in bacterial cells across semi-continuous fermentation ofβ-CGTase production for 252 *** optimal conditions forβ-CGTase synthesis using potato wastewater medium were at 36 h,pH of 8.0,and 50°C with 0.4%potato starch and 0.6%yeast extract as carbon and nitrogen sources,*** purified enzyme showed a specific activity of 63.90 U/mg with a molecular weight of∼84.6 kDa as determined by SDS-PAGE *** high enzyme activity was observed up to 60°C,and complete stability was achieved at 75°*** levels of activity and stability were shown at pH 8.0,and the pH range from 7.0–10.0,*** enzyme has an appreciable affinity for raw potato starch with a Km of 5.7×10−6 M and a Vmax of 87.71μmoL/mL/min.β-CD production was effective against 25 U/g of raw potato *** outcomes demonstrated its feasibility to develop a fermentation process by integrating the cost-effective production ofβ-CGTase having distinctive properties forβ-CD production with ecofriendly utilization of potato wastewater.

Background: Breast diseases cover several conditions. The majority of breast diseases are noncancerous. Some of these lesions are clinically unremarkable, which needed minimal intervention. However, some symptoms may be of clinical value and attract the attention of both the patient and the attending physician, especially when they become persistent. The study aimed to assess the prevalence, pattern, types, and clinical profile of breast diseases among females in the South-western region, during the period from 2018-2020. Methods: A retrospective record-based descriptive approach was used through reviewing medical records of all cases with breast disease attended King Khalid Hospital during the period from January 2018 to January 2020. Data extracted throng pre-structured questionnaire. Results: The study included 211 cases whose ages ranged from 18 to 58 years old with a mean age of 28.9 ± 12.8 years. Breast mass was the most recorded complaint (95.1%) followed with breast pain (32%), skin changes. Benign findings based on the final pathology report were recorded for more than two thirds of the cases, with the most common finding were fibroadenoma. Excisional biopsy and modified radical mastectomy were the most reported surgical interventions. Conclusions: In conclusion, the study revealed that the majority of the cases had benign breast disease (BBD), where fibroadenoma was the most frequent.
