Decentralized Resilient H_∞Load Frequency Control for Cyber-Physical Power Systems Under DoS Attacks

This paper designs a decentralized resilient H_(∞)load frequency control(LFC)scheme for multi-area cyber-physical power systems(CPPSs).Under the network-based control framework,the sampled measurements are transmitted through the communication networks,which may be attacked by energylimited denial-of-service(DoS)attacks with a characterization of the maximum count of continuous data losses(resilience index).Each area is controlled in a decentralized mode,and the impacts on one area from other areas via their interconnections are regarded as the additional load disturbance of this ***,the closed-loop LFC system of each area under DoS attacks is modeled as an aperiodic sampled-data control system with external *** this modeling,a decentralized resilient H_(∞)scheme is presented to design the state-feedback controllers with guaranteed H∞performance and resilience index based on a novel transmission interval-dependent loop functional *** given the controllers,the proposed scheme can obtain a less conservative H_(∞)performance and resilience index that the LFC system can *** effectiveness of the proposed LFC scheme is evaluated on a one-area CPPS and two three-area CPPSs under DoS attacks.

近年来无人机技术及市场发展迅速,年复合增速达60%呈井喷式增长,导致各行业对无人机技术人才产生巨大需求。针对无人机技术人才短缺的困境,提出一种“一论二仿三实践”的无人机新教学体系,探索新工科背景下四旋翼无人机综合性实践人才培养机制。通过以四旋翼无人机应用的理论知识为基础,学生自主搭建无人机数字仿真平台,小组形式实操四旋翼无人机飞行等教学活动,形成一套“1+1+1>3”的新教学模式。

With the development of integrated energy systems（IES） and smart home systems（SHS）, it is very important to effectively grasp the energy consumption behavior and habits of thermal users for the optimal allocation and utilization of energy. However, The energy consumption behavior has the characteristics of randomness and autonomy. Traditional game methods and optimization methods assume that players are rational, which is contrary to the actual situation. To this end, this paper presents a dynamic analysis model to analyze comprehensive energy consumption behavior of residential users based on the evolutionary game theory（EGT）, and classifies the terminal user loads according to their energy demand and energy carrier units characteristics, and constructs a cost/payoff model. In the proposed model, the user updates the energy consumption strategy continuously through the revision protocol, and the dynamic process of the user energy consumption strategies is studied by solving the mean dynamic function. And we propose an algorithm based on EGT. The simulation results show the feasibility of the proposed method.

A predictable distributed algorithm is proposed to solve the stochastic energy management problem of a microgrid system with renewable energy under real-time price schemes. System uncertainties, including wind power and load, are modeled as two-dimension policy-based structure to response from the deviation of the realized and expectation value. Due to the randomness of the uncertainties, a chance constraint on energy balance is considered which allows the mismatch of supply and demand to fluctuate in an acceptable range. The numerical experiments are provided and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is analyzed. According to the simulation results, the probabilistic energy balance is guaranteed and the proposed algorithm with two-dimension model has better economic performance or shorter operation time comparing to other algorithms.

An on-line intelligent optimization method based on an artificial neural network is proposed for the parameter adjustment of the active disturbance rejection controller. And a cascaded ADRC controller including the artificial neural network attitude ADRC is investigated for trajectory tracking of the six-rotor UAV. First, establish the kinematics and dynamics model of the six-rotor, and design a cascaded active disturbance rejection controller for the six-rotor to deal with the non-linear disturbance problem in flight. Secondly, an artificial neural network is designed to optimize the parameters of the attitude ADRC controller on-line, and the particle swarm algorithm is used to set the initial value of the artificial neural network. Finally, the simulation results demonstrated that ADRC based on the artificial neural network can effectively resist the disturbances and enhance the robustness of the attitude controller and the cascade ADRC controller based on the artificial neural network can track the reference trajectory quickly and accurately.

Connection fittings are widely used in the transmission lines. However, the missing of cotter pins usually happens to the bolts of connection fittings due to the complex environment and aging. Cotter pins missing detection is one of the most time-consuming and labor-intensive parts of manual judgment. It belongs to the small target detection because the cotter pins with less features in the images are much smaller than other components on transmission lines. This paper designs a three-stage cotter pin missing detecting method based on pictures taken by UAVs. The first stage utilizes YOLOv4 to detect insulators and locate the connection fittings by extending the predicted bounding box of the insulator in the original pictures. The second stage is a small object detection model based on an object network called Faster R-CNN with Res Net-101 *** network of this stage detects the bolts on the connection fittings and divides these bolts into two categories. The third stage utilizes the Dense Net121 classification network to identify the integrity or missing of the cotter pins. The experimental dataset consists of a public dataset and pictures captured by the UAVs from state grid. The result shows the accuracy of the bolts detection exceeds90%, and the accuracy of front pins missing detector exceeds 85%. However, the lower accuracy of lateral pins detector due to the samples of dataset.

With the development of the Plug-in Electric Vehicles（PEVs）, it has become a significant part of electric load. The optimal PEVs’ charging and discharging scheduling is a vital problem when PEVs connect into the smart grid. In most literatures,the charging and discharging procedure is assumed idealized. In reality, many uncertainties are exist during the procedure, such as the conversion efficiency, temperature and other aspects, but they are not easy to be expressed as a fixed term. In this paper,we use a random but bounded uncertainties to describe the uncertainties. Meanwhile, based on robust model predictive control（RMPC） method, we introduce the disturbance invariant set to solve the PEVs scheduling problem with uncertainties and design a feedback control law to guarantee the feasibility of it. A distributed method to reduce the computation complexity of the uncertain problem. At last, some simulations demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed centralized and distributed methods.

This paper investigates sampled-data-based dissipative load frequency control(LFC) for multi-area power systems with transmission delays. Firstly, a decentralized delay-dependent LFC model for each area of a power system via sampleddata control is established. Secondly, under a strict(Q, S, R)-dissipative framework, a stability condition dependent on the transmission delay and sampling period is proposed. Then, a exponential decay rate is introduced to guide LFC design for improving the frequency response dynamic performance. Thirdly, a strict(Q, S, R)-dissipative LFC scheme is first presented,which includes the H∞, passive, mixed H∞ and passive LFC schemes. Finally, single-area and three-area power systems are employed to show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

The imbalance of generation and load demand leads to frequency deviation, and this problem may become more serious when intermittent wind power employed in grids. In recent years, the number of electric vehicles connected to power grids has increased rapidly. Electric Vehicles(EVs) can be used as distributed energy storages and controllable loads based on V2G technical, thereby, they have the potential for frequency regulation services, thus they are considered in the system. The LFC system in this study includes controller, governor, turbine generator, EVs, intermittent wind power and load. For controller design convenience, an EV aggregator model is proposed to represent all EVs in the system for reducing the system order. For further improvement of the system performance, we propose a fuzzy-logic-based adaptive two degree of freedom(TDF) internal model control(IMC) design method for load frequency control(LFC) in this paper. The controller parameters are tuned through designed fuzzy rules to achieve a better closed-loop response. Time domain simulations demonstrate that the proposed controller can improve the dynamic response as compared with other TDF IMC controller.
