bACKGrOUND Immunization is a key component of primary health care and an indisputable human *** are critical to the prevention and control of infectious disease *** coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic and associated disruptions over the past two years have strained the health systems,with many children missing out on essential childhood *** To evaluate the immunization coverage among 12-23-month-old children in the rural areas of Community Health Centre(CHC)Dighal and to determine the factors influencing the existing immunization *** A coverage evaluation survey was conducted according to the 30-cluster sampling technique,which is the standard methodology for such surveys devised by World Health Organization.A total of 300 children aged 12-23 months were included,whose immunization details were noted from their immunization *** Full immunization rate was noted in 86.7%of the children,with partial and non-immunized children accounting for 9%and 4.3%*** full immunization dropout rate was 4.2%.The common reasons for partial or non-immunization were family problem including illness of mother,vaccine not being available and child being *** of birth(P=0.014)and availability of immunization card(Pre significant predictors of the immunization *** the study was conducted in 2020/2021,health services were disrupted due to the COVID-19 *** Due to the coverage being higher than the national average,it was concluded that the immunization coverage was optimal and not affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

In this article, we study the flows of curves in the Galilean 3-space and its equiform geometry without any constraints. We find that the Frenet equations and the intrinsic quantities of the inelastic flows of curves are independent of time. We show that the motion of curves in the Galilean 3-space and its equiform geometry are described by the inviscid and viscous burgers＇ equations.

The fabrication of boron carbide reinforced aluminum matrix composites(Al-b_(4)C)with various contents of b_(4)C(1wt%,6wt%,15wt%,and 30wt%)was performed by powder metallurgy,and the influence of the content of b_(4)C on their mechanical and tribological behavior was *** Al-30b_(4)C composites recorded the highest density(~2.54 g/cm^(3)),lowest porosity(4%),maximum Vickers hardness(HV~75),lowest weight loss(0.4 mg),and lowest specific wear rate(0.00042 mm^(3)/(N·m))under a load of 7 N,with an enhancement of 167%in hardness,a decrease of 75.8%in weight loss,and a decrease of 76.7%in the specific wear rate compared with pure *** addition,the scanning electron microscope images of the worn surface revealed that the Al-b_(4)C composite has the narrowest wear groove of 0.85 mm at a load of 7 N,and the main wear mechanism was observed as an abrasive wear *** to the friction analysis,the coefficient of friction between surfaces increased with increasing boron carbide content and with decreasing applied *** conclusion,b_(4)C is an effective reinforcement material in terms of tribological and mechanical performance of the Al-b_(4)C composites.

The Mesoproterozoic(1.11 Ga)Umkondo large igneous province(LIP)in southern Africa and Antarctica was emplaced inr and is dominated by low-Ti tholeiitic doleritic-gabbroic *** is of particular interest because it is the least studied LIP in southern Africa with both sublithospheric and lithospheric mantle sources proposed and it coincides with the early assembly of rodinia,so it has importance in understanding the nature of magmatism and tectonics in and around the Kalahari craton during the *** this study,we compiled a large database of existing(~750)and new(~100)major and trace element data for the Umkondo province,as well as 42 new Sr-Nd isotopic measurements,to provide constraints on its magma sources and geochemical *** element compositional variations in the low-Ti tholeiites are explained by low-pressure(1 kbar)three-phase fractional crystallisation(olivine,clinopyroxene and plagioclase)of a parent magma with~10 wt.%MgO in oxidising conditions(QFM+1).Inverse models show that the low-Ti tholeiitic magmas were derived as residual melts after the crystallization of 12%-33%olivine from primary komatiitic-basaltic magmas(up to~20 wt.%MgO)in equilibrium with mantle olivine(Fo90).Low Sm/Yb and TiO2/Yb-Nb/Yb indicate that the primary magmas were derived by 2%-20%shallow(40-50 km)partial melting of spinel *** Sm/Yb is restricted to dyke swarms and may imply limited magma production from deeper(up to~70 km)garnet lherzolite-like *** low-Ti tholeiites of the Umkondo province are enriched in large ion lithophile elements(rb-Sr-Cs-K)and depleted in high-field strength elements(Zr-Hf-Nb-Ta),indicating the involvement of crustal material and/or the subcontinental lithospheric *** is supported by covariations in Th/Nb,Nb/Yb,Nb/La and Ce/Sm with generally negativeΔ***-Nd isotopes lend support to the notion that the Umkondo magmas were derived from depleted and/or enriched sublithospheric mantle sources and subs

Generalized Weighted Morrey Estimates for Marcinkiewicz Integrals with rough Kernel Associated with Schrodinger Operator and Their Commutators

Let L =-△+V(x) be a Schrodinger operator, where △ is the Laplacian on r^n,while nonnegative potential V(x) belonging to the reverse Holder class. The aim of this paper is to give generalized weighted Morrey estimates for the boundedness of Marcinkiewicz integrals with rough kernel associated with Schrodinger operator and their ***, the boundedness of the commutator operators formed by bMO functions and Marcinkiewicz integrals with rough kernel associated with Schrodinger operators is discussed on the generalized weighted Morrey spaces. As its special cases, the corresponding results of Marcinkiewicz integrals with rough kernel associated with Schrodinger operator and their commutators have been deduced, respectively. Also, Marcinkiewicz integral operators, rough Hardy-Littlewood(H-L for short) maximal operators, bochner-riesz means and parametric Marcinkiewicz integral operators which satisfy the conditions of our main results can be considered as some examples.

bACKGrOUND Polymorphisms of human leukocyte antigen(HLA)genes are suggested to increase the risk of gastric cancer(GC).AIM To investigate the HLA allele frequencies of patients with GC relative to a control group in terms of CagA+multiple(≥2)EPIYA-C *** The patient group comprised 94 patients[44 GC and 50 duodenal ulcer(DU)patients],and the control group comprised 86 individuals[(50 non-ulcer dyspepsia patients and 36 people with asymptomatic Helicobacter pylori(***)].Polymerase chain reaction was performed for the amplification of the *** cagA gene and typing of EPIYA *** sequence-specific oligonucleotide(SSO)typing was performed using Lifecodes SSO typing kits(HLA-A,HLA-b HLA-C,HLA-Drb1,and HLA-DQA1-b1 kits).rESULTS The comparison of GC cases in terms of CagA+multiple(≥2)EPIYA-C repeats showed that only the HLA-DQb1*06 allele[odds ratio(Or):0.37,P=0.036]was significantly lower,but significance was lost after correction(Pc=0.1845).The HLA-DQA1*01 allele had a high ratio in GC cases with multiple EPIYA-C repeats,but this was not significant in the univariate *** compared allele frequencies in the DU cases alone and in GC and DU cases together using the same criterion,and none of the HLA alleles were significantly associated with GC or ***,none of the alleles were detected as independent risk factors after the multivariate *** the other hand,in a multivariate logistic regression with no discriminative criterion,HLA-DQA1*01(Or=1.848),HLA-DQb1*06(Or=1.821)and HLA-A*02(Or=1.579)alleles were detected as independent risk factors for GC and *** None of the HLA alleles were detected as independent risk factors in terms of CagA+multiple EPIYA-C ***,HLA-DQA1*01,HLA-DQb1*0601,and HLA-A*2 were independent risk factors with no criterion in the multivariate *** suggest that the association of these alleles with gastric malignancies is not specifically related to cagA and multiple EPIYA C repeats.

Left Atrial Mechanical Function and Aortic Stiffness in Middle-aged Patients with the First Episode of Atrial Fibrillation

background： In the early stages of atrial remodeling, aortic stiffness might be an indication of an atrial myopathy, in particular, atrial fibrosis. This study aimed to investigate the association between left atrial （LA） mechanical function, assessed by two-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography, and aortic stiffness in middle-aged patients with tile first episode of nonvalvular atrial fibrillation （AF）. Methods： This prospective study included 34 consecutive patients with the first episode of AF, who were admitted to Kartal Kos.;uyolu research and Training Hospital between May 2013 and October 2015, and 31 age- and gender-matched healthy controls. During the 1^st month （mostly in the first 2 weeks） following their first admission, 34 patients underwent the first pulse wave measurements. Then, 21 patients were recalled for their second pulse wave measurement at 11.8 ± 6.0 months following their initial admission. Echocardiographic and pulse wave findings were compared between these 34 patients and 31 healthy controls. We also compared the pulse wave and echocardiographic findings between the first and second measurements in 21 patients. results： Pulse wave analysis showed no significant differences between tile AF patients and healthy controls with respect to PWV （ 10.2 ± 2.5 m/s vs. 9.7 ± 2.1 m/s： P = 0.370）, augmentation pressure （9.6 ± 7.4 mmHg vs. 9. 1± 5.7 mmHg; P = 0.740）, and aortic pulse pressure （AoPP; 40.4 ± 14.0 mmHg vs. 42. 1 ±7.6 mmHg, P = 0.550）. The first LA positive peak of strain was inversely related to the augmentation pressure （r 0.30; P = 0.02） and aortic systolic pressure （r - 0.26, P - 0.04）. Comparison between the two consecutive pulse wave measurements in 21 patients showed similar results, except for AoPP. In 21 patients, the AoPP at the second measurement （45.1± 14.1 mmHg） showed a significant increase compared with AoPP at the first measurement （39.0 ±10.6 mmHg, P = 0.028）, which was also higher than that of healthy controls （42.1
