This study aims to uncover the hormetic process of luteolin， a common dietary flavone， in neuronal cells through its role in inducing mitochondrial stress. In rat pheochromocytoma PC12 cells， luteolin at low concentrations caused a mild and reversible loss of mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP)， while high concentrations of luteolin triggered intense and sustained depolarization of MMP. The MMP disturbance was shown to have a close association with the trophic and/or toxic effects triggered by luteolin; because the common mitochondrial uncouplers shared similar bi-phase dose-response on cell viability， as that of luteolin. Along with the induced MMP pertubation， luteolin triggered the development of autophagy and mitophagy， as determined by mCherry-GFP-LC3B tandem protein， and by the co-localization of mitochondrial/lysosomal staining. Subsequent application of autophagy inhibitors in the cultures blocked the luteolin-induced neurotrophic activities and sensitized the cells to be less resistant to luteolin-mediated cytotoxicity. Other flavonoids also displayed similar properties in the cultures， indicating that these compounds act as hormetic pharmacological inducers that stimulate cells to become more resilient and adapt to threats. This study provides a unifying mechanistic explanation for the neuro-beneficial effects of luteolin and other flavonoids.

陆相优质烃源岩主要在盆地中心深湖-半深湖等深水环境发育,但大量页岩气勘探证实,富有机质页岩更靠近湖盆边缘,因此有必要深入剖析陆相湖盆有机质富集的规律.采用类比法对比页岩油气、煤的成矿条件,结合湖泊的初级生产力、固碳速率、化石发育,采用古地貌及埋藏史恢复手段,提出了页岩发育于浅水局限环境的六大证据.研究发现,页岩油气和煤具有相似的成矿模式;与浅水环境的煤、蒸发盐岩等具有共生关系;浅水环境下固碳速率远大于深水环境.结论是,页岩油气富集于浅水湖湾、间湾等封闭-半封闭环境;最大湖泛期凝缩段应为贫有机质段.最后以松南等地区进行验证,说明本结论具有普适性,可更好地指导陆相页岩油气勘探.

针对1550 nm波段铟镓砷探测器小光敏面无法有效接收MEMS较大扫描视场回波的问题,设计了一种适用于近程宽视场的接收装置。接收端光学系统利用像方远心结构作为接收天线,通过仿真在1 mm的光敏面下实现了36°的接收视场,整体相对照度超过95%,集光性能和通光性能较好。同时,接收电路采用T型网络放大结构,结合时刻鉴别电路,利用TDC7200实现高精度时间测量。实验结果表明,飞行时间测量精度在200 ns量程下小于120 ps,在8 m范围内测距精度优于2 ns,能够满足近程探测的需要。

目的探寻年龄相关性黄斑变性(age-related macular degeneration,AMD)能量代谢的关键基因和潜在调控的中药化合物。方法从GEO数据库获取AMD相关Bulk RNA测序数据集GSE135092,利用R语言筛选差异表达基因,并与GSEA数据库下载的能量代谢相关基因(energy metabolism-related genes,EMRGs)映射取交集,获取AMD差异表达EMRGs,通过Cytoscape软件构建蛋白质相互作用(protein-protein interaction,PPI)、转录因子(transcription factor,TF)、微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)网络。使用LASSO回归在差异表达EMRGs中筛选AMD标志物,构建风险评分。同时,将AMD相关Single-cell RNA测序数据集GSE188280进行主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)及统一流形逼近与投影(uniform manifold approximation and projection,UMAP)分析以聚类降维,并进行细胞类型注释,进一步评估AMD关键差异表达EMRGs在不同细胞类型间的表达水平。将关键差异表达EMRGs导入Coremine Medical数据库中进行相关中药活性成分预测及分子对接、分子动力学验证。结果筛选出6个AMD关键差异表达EMRGs:FOXO3、GSK3B、MEF2A、NCOA1、HDAC1、PPARG,并构建相应PPI、TF-mRNA、mRNA-miRNA网络。LASSO回归得出NCOA1、MEF2A、FOXO3、GSK3B表达与AMD发生呈正相关,HDAC1表达与AMD发生呈负相关。分析AMD相关Single-cell RNA测序将32714个细胞分类为19个簇,使用marker基因将细胞簇鉴定为9种细胞类型,进一步得到HDAC1、MEF2A、FOXO3及NCOA1在内皮细胞中高表达。根据关键基因HDAC1、MEF2A、FOXO3筛选到9味中药及其285种活性成分,经分子对接及分子动力学模拟,其中丹参醇B治疗AMD潜力最大。结论HDAC1和丹参醇B为AMD能量代谢的潜在关键基因及作用化合物。

Temporal and spatial evolution of coastline and subaqueous geomorphology in muddy coast of the Yellow River Delta

Based on measured data of coastline and bathometry, processed by softwares of Surfer and Mapinfo, and combined with sediment loads in different phases at Lijin gauging station, temporal and spatial evolution of coastline and subaqueous geomorphology in muddy coast of the Yellow River Delta is analyzed. The results show that ~68% of sediments were delivered by the Yellow River deposited around the river mouth and in the littoral area from 1953 to 2000. Coastline in different coasts had distinctive changes in response to shifts of river course. Coastline was stable in the west of the Diaokou river mouth. Coastline from the east of the Diaokou river mouth to the north of the Gudong oilfield had experienced siltation, then serious erosion, and finally kept stable with sea walls conservation. Generally, coastline of the survived river mouth of the Qingshuigou river course stretched seaward, whereas the south side of sand spit at the Qingshuigou old river mouth was eroded after the Yellow River inpouring near the position at the Qing 8. The subaqueous geomorphology off the survived river mouth exhibited siltation from 1976 to 1996, with flat topset beds and steeper foreset beds. From 1996 to 2005, the subaqueous geomorphology off the Qingshuigou old river mouth was eroded in the topset and foreset beds, but silted in the bottomset beds. The subaqueous geomorphology off the new river mouth sequentially performed siltation with small degree compared to that of 1976-1996.

China is the largest producer and consumer of HFC-134a(1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane)in the ***-based route is mainly adopted to produce HFC-134a,which suffers from large waste and CO_(2) *** gas is a low-carbon and clean energy resource,and no research has been found on the environment and economy of producing HFC-134a from natural *** this study,CML 2001 method was used to carry out the life cycle assessment of natural gas(partial oxidation)-based and natural gas(plasma cracking)-based routes(abbreviated as gas(O)-based and gas(P)-based routes,respectively),and their environmental performances were compared with coal-based and oil-based ***,considering that China is vigorously promoting the transformation of energy structure,and the application of electric heating equipment to replace fossil-based heating equipment in industrial field,which has a great impact on the environmental performance of the production processes,the authors conducted a scenario *** results showed that the gas(O)-based route had the most favourable environmental ***,the gas(P)-based route had the highest potential for reducing environmental burdens,and its environmental benefit was the most favourable in scenario ***,the economic performance of the gas(P)-based route was significantly better than that of gas(O)-based and coal-based routes.

The structure and composition of coal determine its fast pyrolysis characteristics,and the study of the relationship between them can play an important role in the efficient and clean utilization of ***,in this work,hydrothermal pretreatment was used to artificially change the structure and composition of Sheng Li(SL)lignite,which was used to investigate the influence of structural changes on *** physicochemical structure and composition of samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,specific surface area and porosity analyzer,solid-state 13C nuclear magnetic resonance,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and elemental *** experiments were carried out in a powderparticle fluidized bed reactor,and the distribution and composition of the pyrolysis products were *** gasification activity of char was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis with a CO_(2) *** results show that hydrothermal pretreatment(HTP)can destroy the cross-linking structure of SL lignite,and affect its aromaticity,pore structure,functional group,and carbon structure to change the distribution and composition of pyrolysis products of SL lignite,especially the composition of ***,the structure–activity relationship between the structure,composition,and pyrolysis characteristics of coal was comprehensively studied.

Adaptation to salinity in mangroves:Implication on the evolution of salt-tolerance

A plant's adaptation to its environment is one of the most important issues in evolutionary biology. Mangroves are trees that inhabit the intertidal zones with high salinity, while salt tolerance competence of different species varies. Even congeneric species usually occupy distinct positions of intertidal zones due to differential ability of salt tolerance. Some species have different ecotypes that adapt well to littoral and terrestrial environments, respectively. These characteristics of mangroves make them ideal ecological models to study adaptation of mangroves to salinity. Here, we briefly depict adaptive traits of salt tolerance in mangroves with respect to anatomy, physiology and biochemistry, and review the major advances recently made on both the genetic and genomic levels. Results from studies on individual genes or whole genomes of mangroves have confirmed conclusions drawn from studies on anatomy, physiology and biochemistry, and have further indicated that specific patterns of gene ex-pression might contribute to adaptive evolution of mangroves under high salinity. By integrating all information from mangroves and performing comparisons among species of mangroves and non-mangroves, we could give a general picture of adaptation of mangroves to salinity, thus providing a new avenue for further studies on a molecular basis of adaptive evolution of mangroves.
