Membrane technologies are becoming increasingly versatile and helpful today for sustainable *** Learning(ML),an essential branch of artiﬁcial intelligence(AI),has substantially impacted the research and development norm of new materials for energy and *** review provides an overview and perspectives on ML methodologies and their applications in membrane design and dis-covery.A brief overview of membrane technologies isﬁrst provided with the current bottlenecks and potential *** an appli-cations-based perspective of AI-aided membrane design and discovery,we further show how ML strategies are applied to the membrane discovery cycle(including membrane material design,membrane application,membrane process design,and knowledge extraction),in various membrane systems,ranging from gas,liquid,and fuel cell separation ***,the best practices of integrating ML methods and speciﬁc application targets in membrane design and discovery are presented with an ideal paradigm *** challenges to be addressed and prospects of AI applications in membrane discovery are also highlighted in the end.

BACKGROUND Ulcerative colitis(UC)and systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)are both systemic immunoreactive diseases,and their pathogenesis depends on the interaction between genes and environmental *** are no reports of UC with SLE in China,but six cases of SLE with UC have been reported in *** combination of these two diseases has distinct effects on the pathogenesis of both *** SUMMARY A female patient(30 years old)came to our hospital due to dull umbilical pain,diarrhea and mucous bloody stool in August 2018 and was diagnosed with *** symptoms were relieved after oral administration of mesalazine(1 g po tid)or folic acid(5 mg po qd),and the patient were fed a control *** June 24,2019,the patient was admitted for treatment due to anemia and *** hospitalization,the patient had repeated low-grade fever and a progressively decreased Hb *** tests revealed positive antinuclear antibody test,positive anti-dsDNA antibody,0.24 g/L C3(0.9-1.8 g/L),0.04 g/L C4(0.1-0.4 g/L),32.37 g/L immunoglobulin(8-17 g/L),and 31568.1 mg/24 h total 24-h urine protein(0-150 mg/24 h).The patient was diagnosed with SLE involving the joints,kidneys and blood *** reported cases of SLE were retrieved from PubMed to characterize clinicopathological features and identify prognostic factors for *** The patient was discharged in remission after a series of treatments,such as intravenous methylprednisolone sodium succinate,intravenous human immunoglobulin,cyclophosphamide injection,and plasma *** discharge,the patient took oral prednisone acetate tablets,cyclosporine capsules,hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets and other treatments for symptoms and was followed up regularly for 1 month,after which the patient's condition continued to improve and stabilize.

Isothermal forging process design for spray-formed FGH95 superalloy turbine disk based on numerical simulation

Based on the experimental data from hot compression tests on Gleeble 1500 thermal simulator, the revised constitutive equations of spray-formed FGH95 superalloy considering the effect of strain on the material constants were established. The average absolute relative error （AARE） was employed to verify the validity of the constitutive equation, and the value of AARE is 3.85 %. Subsequently, the revised constitutive equations were successfully used to simulate and analyze the deformation behavior, stress distribution, forming loads and temperature distribution in both dies and billet during the isothermal forging process of turbine disk of large dimension （about 400 mm in diameter） by the means of finite element method （FEM）. Moreover, the optimum process parameters are 1,120 ℃ of forging temperature and 0.01 s^-1 of strain rate for the spray-formed FGH95 superalloy turbine disk.

品种和养分管理影响冬小麦籽粒锌营养

【目的】小麦籽粒中的锌含量对人类锌营养具有重要影响,研究品种特性、磷肥和丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal,AMF)对小麦籽粒锌含量的影响,为通过选择基因型育种和绿色养分管理最大化小麦锌营养提供理论依据。【方法】开展盆栽试验,供试小麦品种包括育成年代为1940s的蚂蚱麦(MZ)、1950s的碧蚂1号(BM)、1960s的丰产3号(FC)和2010s的长旱58号(CH),每个品种设置两个磷肥处理:施磷200 mg/kg(HP)和不施磷(LP);两个接菌处理:接种60 g Rhizophagus intraradices菌剂(A)和未接种(CK),每个品种均包括4个处理。在小麦开花期和成熟期,测定各部位锌含量和植株生物量、产量,分析菌根侵染率,计算菌根生长以及与菌根生长相关联的磷、锌吸收响应值(MGR、MPR、MZnR),以偏最小二乘路径模型分析锌吸收相关指标对籽粒锌含量的效应。【结果】冬小麦不同品种间籽粒产量存在显著差异,随品种的更替籽粒产量显著增加,而籽粒锌浓度随品种的更替呈降低趋势。HP-CK处理冬小麦籽粒产量较LP-CK处理显著增加36.73%~42.16%,籽粒锌浓度显著降低11.57%~27.07%,FC、CH的籽粒锌累积量分别显著增加25.75%、14.44%。LP�A处理下4个冬小麦品种的根系菌根侵染率存在显著差异;施磷显著降低了冬小麦菌根侵染率(13.04%~23.63%)且导致品种间菌根侵染率无显著差异。与LP-CK处理相比,LP-A处理冬小麦籽粒锌浓度增加6.78%~9.37%,累积量显著提高23.75%~29.79%;HP-A处理仅CH的籽粒锌累积量较HP-CK处理显著提高。磷肥施用显著降低了4个冬小麦品种的MPR值(99.29%~140.76%),BM、FC和CH的MGR值(68.22%~71.77%)和MZnR值(56.47%~67.18%)。偏最小二乘路径分析结果显示,品种对籽粒锌浓度变化影响最大(−0.656),其次是磷肥(−0.557)、产量(−0.456)和AMF(0.191)。现代品种CH始终表现出较低的籽粒锌浓度和更高的产量及籽粒锌累积量。【结论】品种的产量潜力和养分管理是影响籽粒锌浓度最重要的因素。相比于育成年代较早的品种,当代品种小麦产量潜力高,对施肥(磷肥)和接种AMF的反应也高于育成年代较早的品种,因而进一步加剧了锌含量的稀释效应。因此,当代小麦品种需特别注意补充锌肥,以缓解稀释效应带来的籽粒低锌营养。

目的:调查分析河南省三级公立医院智慧管理建设现状,为公立医院推动智慧管理建设提供参考。方法:对河南省143所三级公立医院信息管理部门的主管人员和负责管理信息化建设的院领导进行调查。结果:80%的受访医院已开始推进智慧管理建设工作,但仍面临资金和资源不足、技术能力储备不足和业务系统协同困难等挑战。虽然医院智慧管理各业务域的信息化系统建设已有所进展,但在设备设施管理、运营管理、运行保障管理和教学科研管理等方面信息系统建设率相对较低。结论:医院智慧管理建设应实事求是,强化顶层设计与组织管理,进一步提升信息化建设水平,加强数据治理与决策支持。

An AZ31-0.1Ca magnesium alloy produced by Soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting （SEMC） was investigated. The fine homogeneous structure and the precipitated phases were obtained by SEMC. The effects of microalloying of Ca and middle frequency electromagnetic field on AZ31-0.1Ca magnesium alloy were discussed. And the as-cast billets were extruded with different extrusion ratios subsequently. The alloy showed an ultrafine grain size of 2-5 #m due to dynamic recrytallization （DRX） in the course of hot extrusion. The comprehensive properties of the as-extruded alloy are the best at the extrusion ratio of 25, and the hardness, UTS and elongation are 73.9 HB, 356.8 MPa and 16.570, respectively.

To investigate the hot deformation behavior of powder-forged （P/F） Fe-0. 5C：-2Cu steel, the hot compres- sion tests were conducted at temperatures ranging from 900 to 1000 ℃ and strain rates from 0.1 to 10 s-1 using Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator. The true stress-true strain curves at different temperatures and strain rates of P/F steel were obtained. It is found that dynamic recovery only occurs as strain rate is 10 s 1 at 900 ℃, and the dynamic recrystallization is the main softening mechanism. The flow stress increases with decreasing temperature and increas- ing strain rate. The experimental data are employed to develop constitutive equations on the basis of the Arrhenius- type equation by introducing the strain with nonlinear fitting. The flow stresses prediel：ed by the proposed constitu- tive equations are in good agreement with the experimental values, and the correlation coefficient （R2） and the aver- age absolute relative error （AARE） are 0. 995 25 and 3.07% respectively. These results indicate the proposed consti- tutive equations can effectively describe the hot deformation behavior of the material.
