Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma(Sanqi in Chinese)is a precious traditional Chinese herbal *** has the effect of dispersing blood stasis and stopp.ng bleeding,reducing swelling and fixing ***,it tends to contaminate with harmful fungi during storage,which may make it much less *** order to understand the fungal contamination of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma and master its composition of the exogenous *** surface fungi of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma samples collected from six Chinese provinces and districts were investigated by using dilution plate *** of aflatoxins by UpLC-MS/*** results showed that penicillium citrinum was dominantly isolated from Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma samples from No.1 to *** flavus,which produces aflatoxin,was dominantly isolated from Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma samples from No.5 and *** addition,kinds of mycotoxin were assayed which were produced by three of those identified *** three fungi strains produced aflatoxin B1(AFB1)and one strain HBSQ1-5 additionally produced other three kinds of mycotoxin,AFB2,AFG1 and *** is the results implied that it will be very important to take serious cautions when using Notoginseng Radix et *** well as,understanding the composition of the exogenous fungi of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma and the strains of toxin-producing fungi,which can play an important role in guiding the storage of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma.

Metal complexes of bipyridine-functionalized covalent organic frameworks as efficient electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction

Electrocatalytic water splitting is considered a clean and practic al method for producing *** this study,COF-Bpy,a bipyridine-functionalized covalent organic framework(COF),was prepared via post-synthetic modification,after which electrocatalysts for the oxygen evolution reactions(OER)were formed through coordination to single-or double-transition metals(Fe,Co,Ni,FeCo,FeNi or CoNi).COF-Bpy@FeNi delivered the best OER performance among the studied electrocatalysts,with an overpotential of 399 mV at 10 mA·cm^(-2)in an alkaline electrolyte(1.0 mol·L^(-1)KOH aqueous).Notably,the electrocatalytic performance of COF-Bpy@FeNi showed slight degradation during durability testing,which is ascribable to its irreversible benzoquinoline structure and strong metal *** expected,COF-Bpy@FeNi exhibited a low overpotential of 347 mV at a turnover frequency(TOF)of 0.1 s^(-1),which suggests that COF-Bpy@FeNi possesses excellent intrinsic electroc atalytic OER ***,density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that the Ni site plays a major role,while the Fe site adjusts the electronic structure of the Ni ions,which rationalizes the excellent OER properties of COF-Bpy@*** study not only provides a simple and efficient method for complexing COFs with transition metals,but also offers a novel strategy for designing porous organic polymer electrocatalysts.

Although neuroelectrochemical sensing technology offers unique benefits for neuroscience research,its application is limited by substantial interference in complex brain environments while ensuring biosafety *** this study,we introduced poly(3-hexylthiophene)(p3HT)and nitrogen-doped multiwalled carbon nanotubes(N-MWCNTs)to construct a composite membrane-modified carbon fiber microelectrode(CFME/p3HT-N-MWCNTs)for ascorbic acid(AA)*** microelectrode presented good linearity,selectivity,stability,antifouling,and biocompatibility and exhibited great performance for application in neuroelectrochemical ***,we applied CFME/p3HT-N-MWCNTs to monitor AA release from in vitro nerve cells,ex vivo brain slices,and in vivo living rat brains and determined that glutamate can induce cell edema and AA *** also found that glutamate activated the N-methyl-d-aspartic acid receptor,which enhanced Na^(+) and Cl^(−) inflow to induce osmotic stress,resulting in cytotoxic edema and ultimately AA *** study is the first to observe the process of glutamate-induced brain cytotoxic edema with AA release and to reveal the *** work can benefit the application of p3HT in in vivo implant microelectrode construction to monitor neurochemicals,understand the molecular basis of nervous system diseases,and discover certain biomarkers of brain diseases.

Experimental study of the effects of a multistage pore-throat structure on the seepage characteristics of sandstones in the Beibuwan Basin:Insights into the flooding mode

To investigate the relationship between grain sizes, seepage capacity, and oil-displacement efficiency in the Liushagang Formation of the Beibuwan Basin, this study identifies the multistage pore-throat structure as a crucial factor through a comparison of oil displacement in microscopic pore-throat experiments. The two-phase flow evaluation method based on the Li-Horne model is utilized to effectively characterize and quantify the seepage characteristics of different reservoirs, closely relating them to the distribution of microscopic pores and throats. It is observed that conglomerate sandstones at different stages exhibit significant heterogeneity and noticeable differences in seepage capacity, highlighting the crucial role played by certain large pore throats in determining seepage capacity and oil displacement efficiency. Furthermore, it was found that the displacement effects of conglomeratic sandstones with strong heterogeneity were inferior to those of conventional homogeneous sandstone, as evidenced by multiple displacement experiments conducted on core samples with varying granularities and flooding systems. Subsequently, core-based experiments on associated gas flooding after water flooding were conducted to address the challenge of achieving satisfactory results in a single displacement mode for reservoirs with significant heterogeneity. The results indicate that the oil recovery rates for associated gas flooding after water flooding increased by 7.3%-16.4% compared with water flooding alone at a gas-oil ratio of approximately 7000 m^(3)/m^(3). Therefore, considering the advantages of gas flooding in terms of seepage capacity, oil exchange ratio, and the potential for two-phase production, gas flooding is recommended as an energy supplement mode for homogeneous reservoirs in the presence of sufficient gas source and appropriate tectonic angle. A practical predefined-Time Stability Criterion and Its Application to Uncertain Nonlinear Systems

In this paper, the singularity-free predefined-time fuzzy adaptive tracking control problem is studied for non-strict feedback(NSF) nonlinear systems considering mismatched external disturbances. An innovative practical predefined-time stability(ppTS) criterion is proposed to provide the theoretical basis for subsequent control design. Compared to the existing predefined-time stability(pTS) criterion, this criterion has a broader application range and can solve the control design issues of nonlinear systems with system uncertainties. Fuzzy logic systems(FLSs) are employed to identify unknown nonlinear functions. Based on the backstepp.ng control technology, a singularity-free predefined-time control(pTC) design method is proposed, in which the hyperbolic tangent function is utilized to avoid the singular problem, and the nature of fuzzy basis function is adopted to resolve the algebraic loop problem. The ppTS of the closed-loop NSF nonlinear system is proven with the Lyapunov theory and the proposed ppTS criterion. Ultimately, the efficiency of the presented pTC design method is verified by several sets of simulations on a single link manipulator system.
