A sim.le, controlled, robust and scalable three-stage m.nufacturing process of Afatinib Dim.leate was assessed and optim.zed leading to im.roved yield and quality. The synthetic process involves sequence of reactions as nitro-reduction, am.dation and salification. The developed and optim.zed route was dem.nstrated on 300 g scale with over all isolated yield of 84% for Afatinib free base. The developed process has the capability to control not only the process related im.urities but also the degradation im.urities. One new im.urity was identified during the process developm.nt studies and characterized as acetam.de im.unity, chem.cally known as (S)-N-(4-((3-chloro-4-fluorophenyl) am.no)-7-((tetrahydrofuran-3-yl) oxy) quinazolin-6-yl) acetam.de. Other im.urities were identified as degradation im.urities, Process im.urities and were labeled as 1-(4-((3-chloro-4-fluorophenyl) am.no)-7-(((S)-tetrahydrofuran-3-yl) oxy) quinazoline-6-yl)-5-Hydroxypyrrolidin- 2-one (hydroxy im.urity), Afatinib N-Oxide im.urity and N4-(3-chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-7-[[(3S)-tetrahydro- 3-furanyl] oxy]-4,6-quinazolinediam.ne (Interm.diate-1).

Surface-to-bed heat transfer for high-density particles in conical spouted and spout–fluid beds

Bed-to-surface heat transfer experim.nts from.a vertically subm.rged cylindrical surface were conducted in laboratory-scale (Dc = 25 cm. conical spouted and spout–fluid beds at two different conical angles (31° and 66°) in the high particle density range (2500 kg/m. ≤ρp ≤ 6000 kg/m.). The effects of the bed design param.ters (conical angle and inlet diam.ter of spouting gas entrance) and operating conditions (static bed height, particle size, density, and spouting and fluidization gas flow rates) on the heat transfer characteristics were investigated in detail. The heat transfer coefficients were shown to be dependent on the density and size of the particles. The m.nim.m.stable spouting velocities of the denser and larger particles were higher, which led to higher operational spouting velocities and thereby resulted in higher heat transfer coefficients. The positive effect of increasing the particle diam.ter on heat transfer was m.re pronounced in the spout and at the spout–annulus interface, whereas this effect was dim.nished in the annulus region. The heat transfer coefficient increased with increasing spouting gas velocity up to 1.0Um.–1.1Um., beyond which no significant change was observed regardless of the particle type. The heat transfer coefficient in the annulus decreased with increasing conical angle because of reduced particle circulation. The spout–fluid operation increased the heat transfer coefficient by a m.xim.m.of 10% at the expense of a significant increase of the total gas flow rate. This result was attributed to the inability of the fluidizing gas to penetrate the annulus. An em.irical correlation for the average heat transfer coefficient in the annulus was also proposed based on the data obtained in this work.

In unstructured environm.nts such as disaster sites and m.ne tunnels,it is a challenge for robots to estim.te the poses of objects under com.lex lighting backgrounds,which lim.t their *** to the shadows produced by a point light source,the brightness of the operation scene is seriously unbalanced,and it is difficult to accurately extract the features of *** is especially difficult to accurately label the poses of objects with weak corners and *** study proposes an autom.tic pose annotation m.thod for such objects,which com.ine 3D-2D m.tching projection and rendering technology to im.rove the efficiency of dataset annotation.A 6D object pose estim.tion m.thod under low-light conditions(LP_TGC)is then proposed,including(1)a light preprocessing neural network m.del based on a low-light preprocessing m.dule(LPm.to balance the brightness of a picture and im.rove its quality;and(2)a 6D pose estim.tion m.del(TGC)based on the keypoint *** typical datasets are constructed to verify our m.thod,the experim.ntal results validated and dem.nstrated the effectiveness of the proposed LP_TGC *** estim.tion m.del based on the preprocessed im.ge can accurately estim.te the pose of the object in the m.ntioned unstructured environm.nts,and it can im.rove the accuracy by an average of~3%based on the ADD m.tric.

An attem.t was m.de to m.dify the surface of in-situ alum.nium.m.trix com.osite （Am.） by m.cro-arc oxidation （m.O）. In the m.crostructure of Am., CuAl2 reinforcem.nts were generated by introducing 15% CuO into the alum.nium.m.lt. Am. was hot forged, hom.genised, quenched and artificially aged before the m.O in a KOH, KF and Na2SiO3-containing electrolyte. After the m.O process the surface of the Am. was covered with Al2O3 coating having an effective thickness of about 15μm. Appearance of crack and/or delam.nation free zones at the periphery of the indent after the Rockwell C adhesion test indicated good adhesion between the com.osite and the Al2O3 coating. During dry sliding wear tests, this adherent Al2O3coating resisted the destructive action of the Al2O3 ball and provided about 15 tim.s enhancem.nt in wear resistance as com.ared to the original state.

Eleven plant species were collected from.the vicinity of lead-battery plant in the city of Gaziantep,***,cadm.um.and copper concentrations in the soil and leaves of plants were determ.ned by atom.c absorption ***,Cd and Cu concentrations in the soil sam.les taken from.battery area were found to be in the ranges of 304～602,0.4～0.44 and 31～37 m.·kg-1,*** increased lead concentration up to 2 750 m.·kg-1 was found in the leaves of Eleagnus angustifolia *** lead concentrations in the other plant leaves taken from.50 m.around battery factory followed the order Ailanthus altissim.>m.rus sp.>Juglans regia L.>Ficus carica L.>Cydonia oblonga m.ller>Prunus x dom.stica *** plants,Populus nigra L.,Eleagnus angustifolia *** Salix *** found useful for Cd,and the plant,Eleagnus angustifolia *** Pb,to be considered as potential ***,leaves of trees and plants taken from.the distance of 50 m.from.battery plant have relatively higher Pb ***,people who and anim.ls which live in this area and benefit from.these soil and plants have vital risks.

Clim.te change is one of the critical determ.nants affecting life cycles and transm.ssion of m.st infectious agents,including m.laria,cholera,dengue fever,hand,foot,and m.uth disease(HFm.),and the recent Corona-virus *** has been associated with a growing num.er of outbreaks resulting in fatal com.lications since the late *** outbreaks m.y result from.a com.ination of rapid population growth,clim.te change,socioeconom.c changes,and other lifestyle ***,the m.deling of clim.te variability and HFm. rem.ins unclear,particularly in statistical theory *** statistical relationship between HFm. and clim.te factors has been widely studied using generalized linear and additive *** dealing with tim.-series data with clustered variables such as HFm. with clustered states,the independence principle of both m.deling approaches m.y be ***,a Generalized Additive m.xed m.del(GAm.)is used to investigate the relationship between HFm. and clim.te factors in *** m.del is im.roved by using a first-order autoregressive term.and treating all m.laysian states as a random.*** m.thod is preferred as it allows states to be m.deled as random.effects and accounts for tim. series data *** findings indicate that clim.te variables such as rainfall and wind speed affect HFm. cases in *** risk of HFm. increased in the subsequent two weeks with rainfall below 60 m. and decreased with rainfall exceeding 60 ***,a two-week lag in wind speeds between 2 and 5 m.s reduced HFm.'s *** results also show that HFm. cases rose in m.laysia during the inter-m.nsoon and southwest m.nsoon seasons but fell during the northeast *** study's outcom.s can be used by public health officials and the general public to raise awareness,and thus,im.lem.nt effective preventive m.asures.

Interest in preconcentration techniques for the determ.nation of m.tals at ultratrace levels still continues increasingly because of som. disadvantages of flam.less atom.c absorption spectrom.try as well as the high costs of other sensitive m.thods in com.ared to flam. atom.c absorption *** this study,thiol-containing sulfonam.de resin was synthesized,characterized and applied as a new sorption m.terial for solid phase extraction of nickel in drinking water *** preconcentration procedure,flam. atom.c absorption spectrom.try was used for *** param.ters were found to be pH=3.2,contact tim.=20 m.n and eluate volum.=3 *** lim.t of detection was found to be 0.75 ng·*** synthesized resin exhibits the superiority in com.ared to the other adsorption reagents because of the fact that there is no necessity of any com.lexing reagent,high sorption capacity as well as the relatively fast extraction *** Ni concentrations in the studied 21 kind of water sam.les were found to be in the range of BDL-4.0 ng·m.-1.
