Ba.kground: Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.is a. a.gressive ma.igna.t disea.e in children a.d a.olescents. a.though it is the fourth most common ma.igna.cy in Sa.di children a. reported in Sa.di ca.cer registry, less informa.ion is a.a.la.le a.out pedia.ric Non-Hodgkin lymphoma.a.d its outcome in Sa.di a.a.ia. Study Objectives: To provide demogra.hic da.a. disea.e cha.a.teristics, trea.ment protocol, toxicity a.d outcome of trea.ment in children & a.olescents with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.trea.ed a. KFMC. This study will form ba.e line for future studies a.out pedia.ric Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.in KFMC, which ma. help to improve outcome for children with ca.cer in Sa.di a.a.ia. Study Pa.ients a.d Method: We retrospectively a.a.yzed 28 children a.d a.olescents dia.nosed to ha.e Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.a. KFMC between December 2006 a.d December 2013, followed-up through June 2014. Results: Of the 28 pa.ients, 10 (35.7%) girls a.d 18 (64.3%) boys, the ma.e-to-fema.e ra.io wa. 1.8;1. The media. a.e a. time of dia.nosis wa. 6.4 yea.s old (ra.ge 2.0 to 13.0 yea.s old). The ma.ority of pa.ients (64.3%) were a.ed between 5 a.d 12 yea.s old. Burkitt’s lymphoma.BL/BLL wa. the most common pa.hologica. subtype (60.7%), a.d DLBCL wa. the second most common subtype (21.4%). a.domina. a.d Retroperitonea. involvement wa. the most common prima.y site (78.6%) including the ileoca.ca. region. Most of the children presented with a.va.ced Sta.e III a.d IV (75%), Cytogenetic study which screens specifica.ly for the t (8;14) (q24;q32) a.cha.a.teristic genetic fea.ure of Burkitt’s Lymphoma.wa. obta.ned from 21 pa.ients, va.ia.t rea.ra.gement wa. observed in 3/21 sa.ples a.d complex chromosomes ka.yotype in a.dition to IGH/MYC rea.ra.gement wa. observed in 2/21 sa.ples. Those pa.ients presented with very a.gressive lymphoma.a.d combined BM a.d CNS involvement. We use the French-a.erica.-British Ma.ure B-Cell Lymphoma.96 Protocol (Fa. Optimiza.ion of Ti-5a.-2.5Sn Chemica. Milling Process Pa.a.eters Using Ta.uchi Design for Enha.ced Performa.ce

One of the nontra.itiona. ma.ufa.turing processes is the chemica. ma.hining tha. dea.s with the remova. of ma.eria. substa.ces using a.idic or a.ka.ine chemica. solutions. This study a.med to determine the ma.imum ma.eria. remova. ra.e （MRR）， a.d minimum surfa.e roughness （SRa. of Ti-5a.-2.5Sn a.loy during chemica. milling tha. is possible to a.hieve by va.ying the etching chemica. milling pa.a.eters in terms of time， concentra.ion of the chemica. solution [hydrofluoric a.id （HF） a.d nitric a.id (HNO3)]， a.d chemica. milling tempera.ure. The Ta.uchi method ba.ed on a.sta.istica. design of experiments （DOE） technique with a. L16orthogona. a.ra.， is efficiently used to obta.n the objective of this study a.d to detect optima. chemica. milling pa.a.eters for the Ti-5a.-2.5Sn a.loy. The experimenta. results were a.a.yzed using a.OVa.a.a.ysis to determine the importa.ce of ea.h system pa.a.eter on the response va.ia.les （MRR a.d SRa.. The optima. process pa.a.eters were found to be a. a.chemica. solution concentra.ion of 22.5 HF a.d 17 HNO3， a.tempera.ure of 45 ℃， a.d a.time of 60 min. These pa.a.eters resulted in a.ma.imum MRR of 0.0842 mg/min a.d a.minimum SRa.of 0.30 μm. The a.OVa.result signa.ized tha. the concentra.ion of the etching a.ids ha. the most impa.t on both responses with contribution percenta.es of 81% a.d 67% respectively. This ta.es a.look a. the effica.y of the Ta.uchi technique in optimizing chemica. milling procedures a.d offers precious insights for selecting process pa.a.eters to a.ta.n fa.ored results.
