为改进教学质量,培养学生的计算思维能力,在教学实践中对融入OBE理念的计算机程序设计基础(C语言)课程的线上线下混合教学模式开展一系列探究。计算机基础课程教学团队首先对线下课堂教学模式进行深入探索;然后开展线上教学资源建设,提出一种引导学生高效线上学习的方法,并初步探索了课前课后两阶段线上教学模式;最后针对混合教学模式中线下与线上教学的有效结合提出初步的、符合学校实际的4个导向原则。经过3个学年的改革,学生的学习成绩、知识运用以及竞技水平均大幅提升;教学团队在本科教学质量工程建设方面成果显著,发表多篇与混合教学模式相关的教研论文。教改成果表明混合教学模式富有成效,可为程序设计基础类课程教学改革提供具有较高价值的实践范式。

Arabidopsis thallana CERK1 is an essential receptor-like kinase in the chitin signal transduction pathway. The juxtamembrane (JM) domain of CERK1 regulates the kinase activity of this receptor. Here we demonstrate that the JM domains of LysM RLKs, CERK1,and OsCERK1 play a functionally conserved role in the activation of chitin signaling in Arabidopsis. The Ctrmini of the JM domains of both CERK1 and OsCERK1 are indispensable for their function. Moreover, after replacing the JM domain of CERK1 with that of the non-homologous RLK, BAK1 (CJBa) or FL52 (CJFI), the chimeric CERK1 receptors maintained their ability to *** chitin signaling in Arabidopsis. Interestingly, theheterologous expression of CJBa and CJFI did not induce cell death in Nicotiand benthamiand leaves. These results suggest that the JM domains of CERK1, BAK1, and FLS2 play a conserved role in chitin signaling via a mechanism not related to sequence homology.

Summary In Arabidopsis, both the membrane-anchored receptor-like kinase （RLK） BAK1 and the receptor-like cytoplasmic kinase （RLCK） BIK1 are important mediators of transmembrane signal transduction that regulate plant development and immunity. However, little attention has been paid to their genetic association. This study found the bak1 bik1 double mutant of Arabidopsis displayed a severe dwarfism phenotype due to constitutive immunity and cell death in developing plants. These data suggest that BIK1 cooperates with BAK1 to regulate constitutive immunity and cell death.

Motivational Orientation and Brand Familiarity： Positive Emotions and Skepticism toward Online Advertising Using the English Language

Online video advertising using the English language is a trend in international marketing. While previous studies have pointed out that individuals＇ motivational orientation in the context of advertising plays a key role in ad preference and effectiveness, few studies have been carried out to investigate the effect of online English advertising on international consumers with different motivational orientations in non-English speaking populations Accordingly, this article examines the effects of motivational orientation and brand familiarity on positive emotions and skepticism in international consumers＇ responses to online video English advertising. The results imply that participants＇ positive emotions can be influenced more by their motivational orientation than by their familiarity with the brand, while their skepticism can be affected more by brand familiarity than by motivational orientation toward the ad. Moreover, participants high in English promotion orientation displayed higher positive emotions toward unfamiliar brand online advertising than did the English prevention-orientated participants toward a familiar brand ad. Prevention orientation exhibits a higher level of skepticism towards an unfamiliar brand online video advertisement. The effects are more explicit in motivational orientation in English than general motivational orientation. This research suggests that generating positive emotions and reducing the skepticism of non-English-speaking individuals is essential to build brand image in online marketing.

Polymer shells with high sphericity and uniform wall thickness are always needed in the inertial confined fusion(ICF)*** by the need to control the shape of water-in-oil(W1/O)compound droplets,the effects of the density matching level,the interfacial tension and the rotation speed of the continuing fluid field on the sphericity and wall thickness uniformity of the resulting polymer shells were investigated and the spherical and concentric mechanisms were also *** centering of W1/O compound droplets,the location and movement of W1/O compound droplets in the external phase(W2)were significantly affected by the density matching level of the key stage and the rotation speed of the continuing fluid ***,by optimizing the density matching level and rotation speed,the batch yield of polystyrene(PS)shells with high sphericity and uniform wall thickness ***,the sphericity also increased by raising the oil/water(O/W2)interfacial tension,which drove a droplet to be *** experimental results show that the spherical driving force is from the interfacial tension affected by the two relative phases,while the concentric driving force,as a resultant force,is not only affected by the three phases,but also by the continuing fluid *** understanding of spherical and concentric mechanism can provide some guidance for preparing polymer shells with high sphericity and uniform wall thickness.

To improve the quality of deuterated polystyrene(DPS)shells,the synthesis and purification of DPS as well as the fabrication of DPS shells are *** molecular weight and molecular weight distribution,measured by GPC-MALLS,are about 350 kg mol^(-1) and less than 2.0,*** results of TG and GC-MS indicate that the residual solvent is almost completely *** shells with;300 mm–2500 mmdiameter and;10 mm–100mmwall thickness are successfully prepared by a microfluidic *** monodispersity of the diameter ismuchbetter than that of the wall thickness in a batch *** vacuoles can be suppressed by both reducing hydrophilic residues in DPS and adding some salts into the outer water phase(W2).The defects appearing during the drying process decrease by heat treatment,ethanol exchange,and lowered drying *** results presented in this work not only provide guidelines for the preparation of DPS shells of better quality,but also indicate challenges for the future.

在返回抑制范式下,利用线索-靶子模式和辨别作业进行了两个实验,探讨辨别作业难度对返回抑制的影响。以大学生为被试。实验-对辨别作业难度采用组间设计;实验二采用组内设计。结果发现,无论是组间比较(实验一),还是组内比较(实验二),复杂辨别作业条件下返回抑制出现时间均比简单辨别作业晚,表明作业难度对返回抑制的时间进程有显著影响。该结果对返回抑制的机制研究有一定的意义。

增量式学习模型是挖掘大规模文本流数据的一种有效的数据处理技术。无偏协方差无关增量主成分分析(Candid Covariance-free Incremental Principal Component Analysis,CCIPCA)是一种增量主成分分析模型,具有收敛速度快和降维效果好的特点。但是,CCIPCA模型要求训练数据是已经中心化或中心向量固定的。在实际的应用中,CCIPCA往往采用一种近似的中心化算法对新样本进行处理,而不会对历史数据进行中心化修正。针对这一问题,该文提出了一种中心修正增量主成分分析模型(Centred Incremental Principal Component Analysis,CIPCA)。CIPCA算法不仅对新样本进行中心化处理,而且会对历史数据进行准确的中心化修正。在文本流数据上的实验结果表明,CIPCA算法的收敛速度和分类性能明显优于CCIPCA算法,特别是在原始数据的内在模型不稳定的情况下,新算法的优势更为明显。
