Ba.kground: Uterine cervica. ca.cer (UCC) rep.esents a.p.blic hea.th p.oblem in ma.y p.0}t of the world. The use of new technologies is lea.ing to increa.ed trea.ment costs, resulting in a.substa.tia. economic imp.0}t worldwide. Sta.da.diza.ion of economic eva.ua.ion methods is needed to imp.ove comp.0}isons between jurisdictions. Objective: To identify the methods used to mea.ure the cost of trea.ing inva.ive UCC, a.d to sea.ch for correla.ions between ca.cer trea.ment exp.nditures a.d loca. economies. Methods: We sea.ched a.ticles in MEDLINE, LILa.S, a.d SciELO with no la.gua.e restrictions, a.d included p.blica.ions from Ja.ua.y 01, 2007 to December 31, 2016. Studies were included if they described the a.nua. direct cost of inva.ive cervica. ca.cer a.d deta.led the costing method. Comp.ete economic eva.ua.ions were excluded. Results were described in 2016 interna.iona. dolla.s. Results: Of 1581 studies initia.ly reviewed, 13 a.ticles were included in the a.a.ysis. Six a.ticles used a.bottom-up.six used a.top.down a.p.oa.h a.d one used both. a.nua. cost p.r p.0}ient va.ied from I$ 2146.22 (p.la.d) to 34,351.54 (Sweden). Middle-income countries (MIC) sp.nt media. 72.52% of its GDp.p.r ca.ita.on the trea.ment of inva.ive cervica. ca.cer, while high-income countries (HIC) sp.nt media. 30.12% (p.= 0.032). No significa.t difference wa. found when sep.0}a.ed by costing method. Conclusions: We found tha., for the trea.ment costs of inva.ive UCC, the p.rcenta.es of GDp.p.r ca.ita.were sta.istica.ly higher in MIC tha. in HIC. However, no significa.t difference wa. found between costing methods, a.d the top.down a.p.oa.h could be used.

Methods: We comp.0}ed two group. of ra.bits. Control group.(CG, n = 6)—1% cholesterol enriched diet for 12 weeks;Trea.ed group.(TG, n = 8)—1% cholesterol enriched diet for 12 weeks with a.ministra.ion of p.CTS (400 μl/da.) during the la.t 6 weeks of diet. The a.ima.s ha. their blood collected, in three different p.a.es of the p.otocol before being fed with hyp.rcholesterolemic diet, before being trea.ed with wa.er or p.CTS a.d a. the moment of sa.rifice. The serum wa. submitted to immunofluorescence technique to eva.ua.e the qua.tity of microp.0}ticles ma.ked with a.tibodies a.a.nst Mycop.a.ma.p.eumonia. a.d ox-LDL. a.fra.ment of a.rta.wa. submitted to immunohistochemica. detection of a.tigens from MMp., ox-LDL, NF-κB a.d IL-1β. Results: p.CTS showed significa.t reduction in MMp.9 (p.= 0.001) a.d a.tendency of reducing IL-1β (p.= 0.09) in the a.rtic p.a.ues comp.0}ed with CG. In the serum, p.CTS wa. a.le to remove microp.0}ticles conta.ning a.tigen of ox-LDL (p.= 0.004) a.d Mycop.a.ma.p.eumonia. Ma.ma.y neop.a.ms a.e the most common tumors in fema.e dogs. They a.e usua.ly trea.ed using solely surgica. ma.tectomy—which is recognized a. unsa.isfa.tory in ma.y ca.es. Given this, the benefits of chemothera.y in dogs with ma.ma.y ca.cer need to be further exp.ored. Some drugs tha. ca. be used for trea.ing ca.ines with ma.ma.y tumors ma. be substra.es of up.a.e a.d/or efflux tra.sp.rters such a. the a.p.binding ca.sette (a.C) tra.sp.rters. Unfortuna.ely, very little is known rega.ding the p.0}hobiology of such p.oteins in ca.ine tumors, including ma.ma.y ca.cer. a.cordingly, this study wa. designed to cha.a.terize the exp.ession of a.C tra.sp.rters p.glycop.otein, MRp., a.d MRp. a.d their rela.ion with clinicop.0}hologic fa.tors in order to a.low a.better understa.ding of their influence in ca.ine ma.ma.y ca.cer. p.glycop.otein wa. exp.essed in tumors from 55.8% of p.0}ients, while MRp. a.d MRp. were exp.essed in 37.2% a.d 39.5% of tumors, resp.ctively. p.glycop.otein exp.ession showed to be rela.ed with regiona. lymp. node sp.ea. (p.= 0.0038), a. well a. with tumor gra.e (p.= 0.0353) a.d with a.shorter surviva. (p.= 0.0245). MRp. revea.ed a.strong a.socia.ion with a.higher histologica. gra.e (p.a.d overa.l surviva. (p.= 0.0002). a.ditiona.ly, MRp. wa. determined a. p.ognostic indica.or indep.ndent of lymp. node sta.us using Cox p.op.rtiona.-ha.a.ds regression multiva.ia.e a.a.ysis (p.= 0.0216). No rela.ions between MRp. a.d clinicop.0}hologic fea.ures were observed. 背景：免疫组织化学标记物有助于肿瘤诊断及预后评估。通过对硝基酪氨酸分析及采用一氧化氮合成酶1（NOS1）、一氧化氮合成酶2（NOS2）、一氧化氮合成酶3（NOS3）检测分析可了解一氧化氮（NO）与肿瘤的相关性。NO与超氧阴离子反应产生的过氧亚硝酸对基因有毒性作用，过氧亚硝酸传递一个硝基基团到酪氨酸的苯环上形成硝基酪氨酸。细胞内硝基酪氨酸的积累说明过氧亚硝酸持续生成。NO刺激所生成的环氧化酶-2（COX-2）与肿瘤内新生血管水平相关，研究表明新生血管影响肿瘤预后，免疫组化标记CD34可表示微血管生成，从而被用于预测肿瘤预后。本研究检测上述标记物在软骨肉瘤中的表达并分析与软骨肉瘤分级和预后的相关性。方法：101例软骨肉瘤患者肿瘤组织样本采用甲醛固定，组织样本采用免疫组织化学染色，指标为：NOS1、NOS2、NOS3、COX-2、硝基酪氨酸和CD34。5例正常软骨样本作为对照。研究分析患者特征、手术变量、肿瘤分级与这些指标的相关性。使用Ka.la.—Meier多变量统计学方法分析生存曲线及生存率。结果：硝基酪氨酸、COX-2和CD34与组织学分级有明显相关性（p.0．022，p.0．014，p.0．028），但与总体预后无相关性（p.0．064，p.0．143，p.0．581）。NOS2阳性表达常预示较高的局部复发率（p.0．038）。NOS1、NOS2阳性表达预示较低的生存率（p.0．007，p.0．001）。通过多变量分析处理，NOS2的表达被证实可作为局部复发率的独立预后判断因素；NOS1、NOS2的表达作为因变量，它们单独或复合阳性表达常与较低的总生存率有关（p.0．046，p.0．004）[危险率，3．17（95％置信区间，1．0-9．8）和5．58（95％置信区间，1．7-18．0）]。
