An attempt is made to examine the effect of hybrid nanocoolant in microchannel heat sink for computer cooling.Two-hybrid coolants with g.aphene as one of the prime components are synthesized and imag.s of the particles are shown using.scanning.electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Heat transfer properties like thermal conductivity of the hybrid fluid,specific heat,density,and viscosity are evaluated experimentally and theoretically.The heat transfer characteristics are also studied in heat sink channels of micro level in the processors of personal computers.The parameters like internal heat transfer coefficient,thermal resistances and base temperature representing.the processor temperature are examined for the applied heater power of 325 W.The coolant dilution was varied in the rang. of 0.05 vol%,0.075 vol%and 0.1 vol%and the base temperature is noted.The recorded lowest base temperature is 310.01 K for the concentration of 0.1 vol%g.aphene-iron oxide(g.O)system for 0.5 mm fin spacing.for the g.aphene-iron oxide hybrid coolant and for g.aphene oxide–iron oxide(g.FO)hybrid coolant it is 311.24 K for the same operating.conditions.

通过基于广义梯度近似密度泛函理论的第一性原理研究过渡金属氢化物TMH(TM=Mo、TC、RU)的显微组织、电子特性和力学性能。在被研究的5个晶体结构中,立方结构比六方晶结构更稳定。预测了不同过渡金属氢化物在高压下的相结构转变,如:MoH中从ZB结构到WC结构的转变、在TcH中从NaCl结构到NiAs结构的转变以及在RuH中从NaCl结构到ZB结构再到NiAs结构的转变。弹性常数的计算表明:三种氢化物的力学性能在环境压力下是稳定的。

Thermal entang.ement of a two-qubit Ising.chain subjected to an external mag.etic field and Dzyaloshinsky–Moriya(DM)interaction is examined.The effect of mag.etic field,streng.h of DM interaction and temperature are analyzed by adopting.neg.tivity of partial transpose as the measure of entang.ement.It is shown that when the DM interaction along.the Ising.axis is considerable,thermal entang.ement can be sustained for a hig.er temperature.The usefulness of long.tudinal DM interaction over the one that is perpendicular to the Ising.axis,in the manipulation and control of entang.ement at a feasible temperature,is illustrated.

A material's electronic properties and technolog.cal utility depend on its band g.p value and the nature of band g.p(i.***.direct or indirect).This nature of band g.ps is notoriously difficult to compute from first principles.In fact it is computationally intense to approximate and also rather time consuming.Hence its prediction represents a challeng.ng.problem.Machine learning.based approach offers a promising.and computationally efficient means to address this problem.Here we predict the nature of band g.p for perovskite oxides(ABO_(3))with elemental composition,ionic radius,ionic character and electroneg.tivity.We do this by training.machine learning.models on computationally g.nerated datasets.Knowing.the nature of the band g.p of the perovskite oxides(whether direct or indirect)plays a pivotal role in determining.whether the perovskite can be used for photovoltaic or photocatalytic applications.A total of 5329 perovskite oxides are considered in this study.Here,we determine the correlation between the nature of band g.p and the composition of the perovskite oxide.A Random Forest alg.rithm is used for predicting.the same since it yielded hig.er accuracy(~91%)compared to the other Machine Learning.models.The approach sug.ested here can be used to predict the nature of bandg.p and can also aid in novel materials discovery within the family of perovskites.This is a robust,quick,and low-cost strateg. to find novel materials for lig.t harvesting.applications in particular.Also we present feature ranking.as it pertains to prediction of nature of bandg.p and also discuss correlation between the features.We also show feature importance g.aphs and SHapley Additive exPlanations(SHAP)as is relevant for prediction of nature of band g.ps.Using.the approach reported,NaPuO_(3) and VPbO_(3) are discovered to be g.od candidates for solar cell materials(direct band g.p~1.5 eV).Novel composition predictions for targ.ted applications are the future and our model is a step ahead in this direction.

An efficient,catalyst-free and eco-friendly ultrasound-assisted novel one-pot pseudo-five-component synthesis of aryl-bis-[1H-pyrazol-5-ol-4yl]methanes,het(aryl)-bis-[1H-pyrazol-5-ol-4yl]methanes and their 1-phenyl derivatives in water is reported.The products were obtained in excellent yield in shorter duration with hig. purity,by simple filtration.This synthetic methodolog. has been optimized and discussed herein.

The structural, electronic, elastic and mag.etic properties of cerium, praseodymium and their hydrides REH x（RE=Ce, Pr and x=2, 3） were investig.ted by the first principles calculations based on density functional theory using.the Vienna ab-initio simulation packag.. At zero pressure all the hydrides were stable in the ferromag.etic state. The calculated lattice parameters were in g.od ag.eement with the experimental results. The bulk modulus decreased with the increase in the hydrog.n content for these hydrides. The electronic structure revealed that di-hydrides were metallic whereas trihydrides were half metallic at zero pressure. A pressure-induced structural phase transition from cubic to hexag.nal phase was predicted in these hydrides. The computed elastic constants indicated that these hydrides were mechanically stable at zero pressure. The calculated Debye temperature values were in g.od ag.eement with experimental and other theoretical results. A half metallic to metallic transition was also observed in REH3 under hig. pressure. Ferromag.etism was quenched in these hydrides at hig. pressures.

Diabetes is associated with many complications that could lead to death.Diabetic retinopathy,a complication of diabetes,is difficult to diag.ose and may lead to vision loss.Visual identification of micro features in fundus imag.s for the diag.osis of DR is a complex and challeng.ng.task for clinicians.Because clinical testing.involves complex procedures and is timeconsuming.an automated system would help ophthalmolog.sts to detect DR and administer treatment in a timelymanner so that blindness can be avoided.Previous research works have focused on imag. processing.alg.rithms,or neural networks,or sig.al processing.techniques alone to detect diabetic retinopathy.Therefore,we aimed to develop a novel integ.ated approach to increase the accuracy of detection.This approach utilized both convolutional neural networks and sig.al processing.techniques.In this proposed method,the biolog.cal electro retinog.am(ERg.sensor network(BSN)and deep convolution neural network(DCNN)were developed to detect and classify DR.In the BSN system,electrodes were used to record ERg.ig.al,which was preprocessed to be noise-free.Processing.was performed in the frequency domain by the application of fast Fourier transform(FFT)and mel frequency cepstral coefficients(MFCCs)were extracted.Artificial neural network(ANN)classifier was used to classify the sig.als of eyes with DR and normal eye.Additionally,fundus imag.s were captured using.a fundus camera,and these were used as the input for DCNN-based analysis.The DCNN consisted of many layers to facilitate the extraction of features and classification of fundus imag.s into normal imag.s,non-proliferative DR(NPDR)or earlystag. DR imag.s,and proliferative DR(PDR)or advanced-stag. DR imag.s.Furthermore,it classifiedNPDRaccording.tomicroaneurysms,hemorrhag.s,cotton wool spots,and exudates,and the presence of new blood vessels indicated PDR.The accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of the ANNclassifier were found to be 94%,95%,and 93%,respectively.Both the accuracy rate and sensitivity rate of theDCN

Keeping.in view of importance of exchang. symmetry aspects in studies on spin squeezing.of multiqubit states,we show that the one-dimensional Ising.Hamiltonian with nearest neig.bor interactions does not retain the exchang. symmetry of initially symmetric multiqubit states.Specifically we show that among.4-qubit states obeying.exchang. symmetry,all states except W class(and their linear combination)lose their symmetry under time evolution with Ising.Hamiltonian.Attributing.the loss of symmetry of the initially symmetric states to rotational asymmetry of the one-dimensional Ising.Hamiltonian with more than 3 qubits,we indicate that all N-qubit states(N>5)obeying.permutation symmetry lose their symmetry after time evolution with Ising.Hamiltonian.

Alg.l blooms,the spread of alg.e on the surface of water bodies,have adverse effects not only on aquatic ecosystems but also on human life.The adverse effects of harmful alg.l blooms(HABs)necessitate a convenient solution for detection and monitoring.Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)have recently emerg.d as a tool for alg.l bloom detection,efficiently providing.on-demand imag.s at hig. spatiotemporal resolutions.This study developed an imag. processing.method for alg.l bloom area estimation from the aerial imag.s(obtained from the internet)captured using.UAVs.As a remote sensing.method of HAB detection,analysis,and monitoring.a combination of histog.am and texture analyses was used to efficiently estimate the area of HABs.Statistical features like entropy(using.the Kullback-Leibler method)were emphasized with the aid of a g.ay-level co-occurrence matrix.The results showed that the orthog.nal imag.s demonstrated fewer errors,and the morpholog.cal filter best detected alg.l blooms in real time,with a precision of 80%.This study provided efficient imag. processing.approaches using.on-board UAVs for HAB monitoring.

The substantial vision loss due to Diabetic Retinopathy(DR)mainly damag.s the blood vessels of the retina.These feature chang.s in the blood vessels fail to exist any manifestation in the eye at its initial stag.,if this problem doesn’t exhibit initially,that leads to permanent blindness.So,this type of disorder can be only screened and identified throug. the processing.of fundus imag.s.The different stag.s in DR are Micro aneurysms(Ma),Hemorrhag.s(HE),and Exudates,and the stag.s in lesion show the chance of DR.For the advancement of early detection of DR in the eye we have developed the CNN-based identification approach on the fundus blood lesion imag..The CNN-based automated detection of DR proposes the novel g.aph cutter-built backg.ound and foreg.ound superpixel seg.entation technique and the foremost classification of fundus imag.s feature was done throug. hybrid classifiers as K-Nearest Neig.bor(KNN)classifier,Support Vector Machine(SVM)classifier,and Cascaded Rotation Forest(CRF)classifier.Over this classifier,the feature cross-validation made the classification more accurate and the comparison is made with the previous works of parameters such as specificity,sensitivity,and accuracy shows that the hybrid classifier attains excellent performance and achieves an overall accuracy of 98%.Among.these Cascaded Rotation Forest(CRF)classifier has more accuracy than others.
