Imbalanced data classification is the task of classifying datasets where there is a significant disparity in the number of samples between different *** task is prevalent in practical scenarios such as industrial fault diagnosis,network intrusion detection,cancer detection,*** imbalanced classification tasks,the focus is typically on achieving high recognition accuracy for the minority ***,due to the challenges presented by imbalanced multi-class datasets,such as the scarcity of samples in minority classes and complex inter-class relationships with overlapping boundaries,existing methods often do not perform well in multi-class imbalanced data classification tasks,particularly in terms of recognizing minority classes with high ***,this paper proposes a multi-class imbalanced data classification method called CSDSResNet,which is based on a cost-sensitive dualstream residual ***,to address the issue of limited samples in the minority class within imbalanced datasets,a dual-stream residual network backbone structure is designed to enhance the model’s feature extraction ***,considering the complexities arising fromimbalanced inter-class sample quantities and imbalanced inter-class overlapping boundaries in multi-class imbalanced datasets,a unique cost-sensitive loss function is *** loss function places more emphasis on the minority class and the challenging classes with high interclass similarity,thereby improving the model’s classification ***,the effectiveness and generalization of the proposed method,CSDSResNet,are evaluated on two datasets:‘DryBeans’and‘Electric motor Defects’.The experimental results demonstrate that CSDSResNet achieves the best performance on imbalanced datasets,with macro_F1-score values improving by 2.9%and 1.9%on the two datasets compared to current state-of-the-art classification methods,***,it achieves the highest precision in single-class r

Pyramid Separable Channel Attention Network for Single Image Super-Resolution

Single Image Super-Resolution(SISR)technology aims to reconstruct a clear,high-resolution image with more information from an input low-resolution image that is blurry and contains less *** technology has significant research value and is widely used in fields such as medical imaging,satellite image processing,and security *** significant progress in existing research,challenges remain in reconstructing clear and complex texture details,with issues such as edge blurring and artifacts still *** visual perception effect still needs further ***,this study proposes a Pyramid Separable Channel Attention Network(PSCAN)for the SISR *** designs a convolutional backbone network composed of Pyramid Separable Channel Attention blocks to effectively extract and fuse multi-scale *** expands the model’s receptive field,reduces resolution loss,and enhances the model’s ability to reconstruct texture ***,an innovative artifact loss function is designed to better distinguish between artifacts and real edge details,reducing artifacts in the reconstructed *** conducted comprehensive ablation and comparative experiments on the Arabidopsis root image dataset and several public *** experimental results show that the proposed PSCAN method achieves the best-known performance in both subjective visual effects and objective evaluation metrics,with improvements of 0.84 in Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR)and 0.017 in Structural Similarity Index(SSIm).This demonstrates that the method can effectively preserve high-frequency texture details,reduce artifacts,and have good generalization performance.

Armoring lithium metal anode with soft±rigid gradient interphase toward high-capacity and long-life all-solid-state battery

Solid polymer electrolytes （SPEs） are highly promising for realizing high-capacity,low-cost,and safe Li metal ***,the Li dendritic growth and side reactions between Li and SPEs also plague these ***,a fluorinated lithium salt coating （FC） with organicinorganic gradient and soft-rigid feature is introduced on Li surface as an artificial protective layer by the in-situ reaction between Li metal and fluorinated carboxylic *** FC layer can improve the interface stability and wettability between Li and SPEs,assist the transport of Li ions,and guide Li nucleation,contributing to a dendrite-free Li deposition and long-lifespan Li metal *** symmetric cell with FC-Li anodes exhibits a high areal capacity of 1 mah cm-2at 0.5 ma cm-2,and an ultra-long lifespan of 2000 h at a current density of 0.1 m A ***,the full cell paired with the LiFePO4cathode exhibits improved cycling stability,remaining 83.7%capacity after 500 cycles at 1 *** matching with the S cathode,the FC layer can prevent the shuttle effect,contributing to stable and high-capacity Li-S *** work provided a promising way for the construction of stable all-solid-state lithium metal batteries with prolonged lifespan.

Si anode is of paramount importance for advanced energy-dense lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).However,the large volume change as well as stress generates during its lithiation-delithiation process poses a great challenge to the long-term cycling and hindering its *** this work,a composite binder is prepared with a soft component,guar gum(GG),and a rigid linear polymer,anionic polyacrylamide(APAm).Rich hydroxy,carboxyl,and amide groups on the polymer chains not only enable intermolecular crosslinking to form a web-like binder,A2G1,but also realize strong chemical binding as well as physical encapsulating to Si *** resultant electrode shows limited thickness change of merely 9%on lithiation and almost recovers its original thickness on *** demonstrates high reversible capacity of 2104.3 mah g^(-1)after 100 cycles at a current density of 1800 ma g^(-1),and in constant capacity(1000 mah g^(-1))test,it also shows a long life of 392 ***,this soft-hard combining web-like binder illustrates its great potential in the future applications.

Knowledge Distillation via Hierarchical matching for Small Object Detection

Knowledge distillation is often used for model compression and has achieved a great breakthrough in image classification,but there still remains scope for improvement in object detection,especially for knowledge extraction of small *** main problem is the features of small objects are often polluted by background noise and not prominent due to down-sampling of convolutional neural network(CNN),resulting in the insufficient refinement of small object features during *** this paper,we propose Hierarchical matching Knowledge Distillation Network(HmKD)that operates on the pyramid level P2 to pyramid level P4 of the feature pyramid network(FPN),aiming to intervene on small object features before *** employ an encoder-decoder network to encapsulate low-resolution,highly semantic information,akin to eliciting insights from profound strata within a teacher network,and then match the encapsulated information with high-resolution feature values of small objects from shallow layers as the *** this period,we use an attention mechanism to measure the relevance of the inquiry to the feature *** in the process of decoding,knowledge is distilled to the *** addition,we introduce a supplementary distillation module to mitigate the effects of background *** show that our method achieves excellent improvements for both one-stage and twostage object ***,applying the proposed method on Faster R-CNN achieves 41.7%maP on COCO2017(ResNet50 as the backbone),which is 3.8%higher than that of the baseline.

Full-Scale Isogeometric Topology Optimization of Cellular Structures Based on Kirchhoff-Love Shells

High entropy materials (HEms) have developed rapidly in the field of electrocatalytic water-electrolysis for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) and hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) due to their unique properties. In particular, HEm catalysts are composed of many elements. Therefore, they have rich active sites and enhanced entropy stability relative to single atoms. In this paper, the preparation strategies and applications of HEm catalysts in electrochemical water-electrolysis are reviewed to explore the stabilization of HEms and their catalytic mechanisms as well as their application in support green hydrogen production. First, the concept and four characteristics of HEms are introduced based on entropy and composition. Then, synthetic strategies of HEm catalysts are systematically reviewed in terms of the categories of bottom-up and top-down. The application of HEms as catalysts for electrochemical water-electrolysis in recent years is emphatically discussed, and the mechanisms of improving the performance of electrocatalysis is expounded by combining theoretical calculation technology and ex-situ/in situ characterization experiments. Finally, the application prospect of HEms is proposed to conquer the challenges in HEm catalyst fabrications and applications.

Efficient electroreduction of nitrate via enriched active phases on copper-cobalt oxides

Electrochemical conversion of nitrate(NO_(3)~-) to ammonia(NH_(3)) can target two birds with one stone well, in NO_(3)^(-)-containing sewage remediation and sustainable NH_(3) production. However, single metalbased catalysts are difficult to drive high-efficient NO_(3)~- removal due to the multi-electron transfer ***, we present a tandem catalyst with simple structure, Cu-Co binary metal oxides(Cu-Co-O), by engineering intermediate phases as catalytic active species for NO_(3)~- conversion. Electrochemical evaluation,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and in situ Raman spectra together suggest that the newly-generated Cu-based phases was prone to NO_(3)~- to NO_(2)~- conversion, then NO_(2)~- was reduced to NH_(3) on Co-based species. At an applied potential of -1.1 V vs. saturated calomel electrode, the Cu-Co-O catalyst achieved NO_(3)~- -N removal of 90% and NH_(3) faradaic efficiency of 81% for 120 min in 100 m L of 50 mg/L NO_(3)~- -N,consuming only 0.69 k Wh/mol in a two-electrode system. This study provides a facile and efficient engineering strategy for developing high-performance catalysts for electrocatalytic nitrate conversion.
