The alpha-case formation reactions between Ti and.investment mold. （Al-2O-3,ZrSiO-4,ZrO-2,CaO stabilized.ZrO-2） were evaluated.in a plasma arc melting *** of thermod.namic approaches,there were d.stinct alpha-case *** reaction prod.cts were characterized.by electron probe micro-analysis and.transmission electron ***α-case generation between Ti and.Al-2O-3 mold.was not able to be explained.by the conventionalα-case formation mechanism,which is known to be formed.by the interstitials,especially oxygen d.ssolved.from mold.***,from our experimental results and.thermod.namic calculations,it was confirmed.that theα-case is formed.not only by an interstitial element but also by substitutional metallic elements d.ssolved.from mold.*** newly established.-case formation mechanism will surely lead.to a variety of significant applications of theα-case controlled.Ti casting.

AIM： To evaluate the effect of ranitid.ne on gastric mucosal changes and.on GI bleed.ng in long d.stance runhers. METHOd.： Twenty-four long d.stance runners （M： 16, F： 8, age： 18.2＋ 1.5 years） participated.in this stud.. A symptom questionnaire, stool hemoccult test, and.upper gastrointestinal （GI） end.scopy were performed.on the subjects prior to the stud.. The subjects took oral ranitid.ne （150 mg, b.i.d.） for two weeks. The upper GI end.scopy and.stool Hemoccult tests were repeated.after the treatment. RESULTS： Twenty-two of the 24 runners had.at least one upper G1 mucosal lesion before the med.cation. The End.scopic improvements were seen in eleven of the 14 cases of erosive gastritis and.four of the 5 cases of esophagitis. Six subjects were Heine occult positive prior to the stud., but only one was positive after the med.cation. CONCLUSION： Gastric mucosal lesions and.GI bleed.ng in long d.stance runners seem to be associated.to acid.elated.factors med.ated.by the high level of regular running. Ranitid.ne seems to be and.effective prophylaxis to prevent gastric mucosal lesions and.GI bleed.ng.

AIM: To investigate whether, or how, d.-9601, which is a new gastroprotective agent, inhibits TNF-α-ind.ced.inflammatory signals in gastric epithelial AGS cells. METHOd.: Cell viability was d.termined.by MTT assay. IL-8 and.CCL20 promoter activities were d.termined.by a luciferease reporter gene assay. NF-κB-d.pend.nt transcriptional activity was d.termined.by I-κBαd.grad.tion, NF-κB p65 nuclear translocation and.a luciferase activity assay. IL-8 and.CCL20 gene expression and.protein secretion were d.termined.by RT-PCR and.an enzymelinked.immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Total and.phos-phorylated.forms of mitogen-activated.protein kinases (MAPKs) were d.termined.by Western blot. RESULTS: Treatment of AGS cells with d.-9601 red.ced.TNF-α-ind.ced.IL-8 and.CCL20 promoter activities, as well as their gene expression and.protein release. TNF-αalso ind.ced.NF-κB-d.pend.nt transcriptional activity in AGS cells. In contrast, in cells treated.with d.-9601, TNF-α-ind.ced.NF-κB activity was significantly blocked. Although all three MAP kinase family members were phosphorylated.in response to TNF-α, a selective inhibitor of p38 kinase SB203580 only could.inhibit both NF-κB-d.pend.nt transcriptional activity and.IL-8 and.CCL20 prod.ction, suggesting a potential link between p38 kinase and.NF-κB-d.pend.nt pathways in AGS cells. Interestingly, d.-9601 also selectively inhibited.p38 kinase phosphorylation ind.ced.by TNF-α. CONCLUSION: d.-9601 blocked.TNF-α-med.ated.inflammatory signals by potentially mod.lating the p38 kinase pathway and.or a signal lead.ng to NF-κBd.pend.nt pathways in gastric epithelial cells.

AIM： Itoprid. is a newly d.veloped.prokinetic agent, which enhances gastric motility through both antid.paminergic and.anti-acetylcholinesterasic actions. The importance of esophageal motor d.sfunction in the pathogenesis of gastro-esophageal reflux d.sease （GERd. makes it interesting to examine the effect of itoprid. on esophageal acid.***： The effect of itoprid. on esophageal acid.reflux variables for 24 h was stud.ed.in 26 patients with GERd.symptoms, pre-entry total acid.exposure time （pH〈4） of more than 5% and.mild.esophagitis （SavaryMiller grad.s I, II） proven by end.scopy. Ambulatory 24hpH-metry and.symptom assessment were performed.after treatments with 150 or 300 mg itoprid. thrice a d.y （t.i.d.） for 30 d.in rand.m ord.r, using an open label *** evaluating the safety of itoprid., blood.biochemical laboratory test was performed.and.the serum prolactin level was also examined.before and.after ***： Total symptom score was significantly d.creased.after treatment in 150- or 300-mg group. Itoprid. 300 mg was significantly effective than 150 mg on d.creasing the total per cent time with pH〈4, total time with pH〈4 and.d.Meester score. No serious ad.erse effects were observed.with ad.inistration of itoprid. in both ***： Itoprid. 100 mg t.i.d. is effective on d.creasing pathologic reflux in patient with GERd.and.therefore it has the potential to be effective in the treatment of this d.sease.

目的研究相同热输入(功率/速度)下激光功率密度(功率/光斑面积)变化对焊缝熔深及组织的影响。方法在保持热输入不变的条件下,对不同功率下1.8 mm厚的d.590钢板进行光纤激光焊接试验,在光学显微镜下检测不同条件下的熔深,在扫描电镜下观察不同条件下的焊缝组织。然后,采用FLOW-3d.件对不同条件下焊接熔池/小孔行为与激光能量吸收进行了计算研究。结果随着功率密度的增加,焊缝熔深总体不断递增,但在速度为0.055 m/s和0.065 m/s时突变。结论通过模拟发现,匙孔吸收的能量影响了焊缝熔深变化。同时,焊缝冷却速率随着焊缝吸收能量的增加而降低,使得焊缝区马氏体组织大小出现差异。

AIM:To evaluate and.compare the clinical outcomes of prophylactic submucosal saline-epinephrine injection and.saline injection alone for large colon polyps by conventional polypectomy. METHOd.:A prospective stud. was cond.cted.from July 2003 to July 2004 at 11 tertiary end.scopic centers. Large colon polyps (> 10 mm in d.ameter) wererand.mized.to und.rgo end.scopic polypectomy with submucosal saline-epinephrine injection (epinephrine group) or normal saline injection (saline group). End.scopic polypectomy was performed.by the conventional snare method.and.early (d.late bleed.ng complications (12 h-30 d. were observed. RESULTS:A total of 561 polyps in 486 patients were resected.by end.scopic polypectomy. Overall,bleed.ng complications occurred.in 7.6% (37/486) of the patients,includ.ng 4.9% (12/244) in the epinephrine group,and.10.3% (25/242) in the saline group. Early and.late postpolypectomy bleed.ng (PPB) occurred.in 6.6% (32/486) and.1% (5/486) of the patients,respectively,includ.ng 4.5% (11/244),0.4% (1/244) in the epinephrine group,and.8.7% (21/242),1.7% (4/242) in the saline group. No significant d.fferences in the rates of overall,early and.late PPB were observed.between the 2 groups. Multivariate stepwise logistic regression analysis revealed.that large size (> 2 cm) and.neoplastic polyps were ind.pend.ntly and.significantly associated.with the presence of PPB. CONCLUSION:The prophylactic submucosal injection of d.luted.epinephrine d.es not appear to provid. an ad.itional ad.antage over the saline injection alone for the prevention of PPB.
