脑瘫患儿照顾者负担量表的汉化及信效度检验

目的:汉化脑瘫患儿照顾者负担量表（Caregiver Difficulties Scale,CDS），并检验中文版CDS的心理测量学属性。方法:遵循Beaton跨文化调试指南进行汉化形成中文版CDS。选取成都市3所三级甲等医院儿童康复科就诊的194名脑瘫患儿照顾者为研究对象，检验中文版CDS的信效度。结果:中文版CDS包括对儿童的担忧、对自我的影响、照顾支持、社会经济压力4个维度、25个条目。总量表Cronbach's α系数为0.840，折半信度为0.733，重测信度为0.843。中文版CDS总分与照顾者负担问卷（CBI）总分呈正相关（r=0.764,P<0.001）。验证性因子分析结果显示，中文版CDS拟合较好。结论:中文版CDS具有良好的信效度，可作为我国测量脑瘫患儿照顾者负担的评估工具。

本研究通过Meta分析系统回顾已有文献,研究HBOT是否可以作为SSnHL患者单一治疗手段或补充疗法。研究对2000年1月到2020年4月期间的10个国际数据库进行系统回顾,检索词包括:高压氧、突发性听力损失、感音神经性听力损失以及相关缩写词。研究纳入了将HBOT作为单一或联合疗法并与其他疗法(例如激素口服、静脉输注以及鼓室内给药或使用安慰剂)进行比较的文章,并排除非英语及无法获得全文的文章。提取的主要指标包括:听力损失的严重程度,HBOT的次数和持续时间,其他治疗细节(即药物类型、给药方法、剂量和治疗开始时间),治疗前后PTA,患者听力恢复比例,治疗相关的不良反应。共检索到826篇文献,除去358篇重复文献以及468篇文献不符合纳入标准,最后有3篇文献共150例SSnHL患者进行了评估。Cho等纳入60例≥70 dB HL的SSnHL患者,对照组(30例)采用激素口服和鼓室内给药的方式,联合治疗组(30例)在此基础上加上HBOT[持续10 d,每天在2.5个绝对大气压(ATA)下进行60 min]。Kraj ovi ová等纳入了68例中度听力损失(41~60 dB HL)的SSnHL患者,对照组(21例)采用激素静脉给药和口服、口服扩血管药物的方式,联合治疗组(47例)在此基础上加上HBOT(持续10 d,每天在2个ATA下进行90 min)。Khater等招募22例SSnHL患者(未描述听力损失程度),对照组(11例)采用激素口服和鼓室内给药、口服抗病毒药物的方式,联合治疗组(11例)在此基础上加上HBOT(持续20 d,每天在2个ATA下进行60 min)。

Deconvolution is a challenging inverse problem,particularly in techniques that employ complex engineered pointspread functions,such as microscopy with propagation-invariant ***,we present a deep-learning method for deconvolution that,in lieu of end-to-end training with ground truths,is trained using known physics of the imaging ***,we train a generative adversarial network with images generated with the known point-spread function of the system,and combine this with unpaired experimental data that preserve perceptual *** method rapidly and robustly deconvolves and super-resolves microscopy images,demonstrating a two-fold improvement in image contrast to conventional deconvolution *** contrast to common end-to-end networks that often require 1000-10,000s paired images,our method is experimentally unsupervised and can be trained solely on a few hundred regions of *** demonstrate its performance on light-sheet microscopy with propagation-invariant Airy beams in oocytes,preimplantation embryos and excised brain tissue,as well as illustrate its utility for Bessel-beam *** method aims to democratise learned methods for deconvolution,as it does not require data acquisition outwith the conventional imaging protocol.

Concerns for biodiversity loss, wildlife conservation, and habitat destruction have dominated the policy agenda worldwide for decades. Unsustainable human-induced development and negative interaction between humans and wildlife have emerged as predominant issues globally. The present study deals with human and elephant conflicts (HEC) in the Polpitigama Divisional Secretariat, Sri Lanka, which is located in the Kahalla-Pallekele elephant corridor and connects Wilpattu and Kaudulla wildlife sanctuaries. The research objectives are identifying spatial patterns of elephant habitat suitability and probable risk zones for HEC. The elephant habitat suitability and HEC risk zones were identified on spatial and temporal scales using Geographic Information System integrating Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis. Different factors, including habitat suitability, distance to roads, distance to croplands, distance to forests and protected areas, settlements, and population density, were considered to determine HEC risk zones in the area. Topography, water, and vegetation criteria are considered when determining elephant habitat suitability. The results of the Analytic Hierarchy Process run the spatially explicit model. The results revealed that of the total area, 15.3% is very highly suitable for elephant habitats, while the least suitable areas contribute only 4%. About 33.8% of the area is moderately suitable for elephants. The risk map indicates that 23.7% of the total area is under very high risk for HEC, and the least risk areas only account for 5.4%. About 26.2% of the area falls under the moderate risk zone for HEC. Since the model considered three aspects of HEC, it will help policymakers in wildlife conservation to avoid and minimize the HEC.

Binder jet printing(BJP)is a state-of-the-art additive manufacturing technique for producing porous magnesium *** MgZn-Zr based BJP samples were assessed for corrosion performance in simulated body fluids by electrochemical and hydrogen evolution *** corrosion rates of the BJP specimens were significantly higher than solid controls,even after accounting for their larger surface areas,suggesting that the BJP microstructure is detrimental to corrosion performance.X-ray computed tomography revealed nonuniform corrosion within the porous structure,with corrosion products forming on the pore *** the pores with hydroxyapatite or polymers greatly improved the corrosion resistance of the BJP samples.

Optimization of the catch bench design using a genetic algorithm

Rockfalls are one of the hazards that may be associated with open pit mining. The majority of rockfalls occur due to the existing conditions of slopes, such as back break, fractures and joints. Constructing a berm on the catch bench is a popular method for the mitigation of rockfall hazards in open pit *** width of the catch bench and the height of the berm play a major role in the open pit bench ***, there is no systematic method currently available to optimize the size of these parameters. This study proposes a novel methodology which calculates the optimum catch bench width by integrating the rockfall simulation model and genetic algorithm into a Simulation-Optimization Model. The proposed methodology is useful when used to determine the minimum catch bench width, or the maximum overall slope angle, insuring that a sufficient factor of safety of the slope is included while maximizing the overall profitability of the open pit mine.

The global diversity of fungi has been estimated using several different *** is somewhere between 2–11 million estimated species,but the number of formally described taxa is around 150,000,a tiny fraction of the *** this paper,we examine 12 ascomycete genera as case studies to establish trends in fungal species descriptions,and introduce new species in each *** highlight the importance of traditional morpho-molecular methods in publishing new species,we introduce novel taxa in 12 genera that are considered to have low species *** discuss whether the species are likely to be rare or due to a lack of extensive sampling and *** genera are Apiospora,Bambusicola,Beltrania,Capronia,Distoseptispora,Endocalyx,neocatenulostroma,neodeightonia,Paraconiothyrium,Peroneutypa,Phaeoacremonium and *** discuss host-specificity in selected genera and compare the number of species epithets in each genus with the number of ITS(barcode)sequences deposited in GenBank and *** furthermore discuss the relationship between the divergence times of these genera with those of their *** hypothesize whether there might be more species in these genera and discuss hosts and habitats that should be investigated for novel species discovery.
