BACKGROUND Gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)are the most common mesenchymal tumors of the gastrointestinal(GI)tract,and cases of GISTs tend to be of the disseminated type,with a global incidence of 10 to 15 cases/million each *** rarer familial GISTs,which often represent a population,differ in screening,diagnosis,and *** GISTs include primary familial GISTs with predominantly KIT/PDGFRA mutations and wild-type ***,whether the same genetic family has different phenotypes has not been *** suMMARY We report two cases of rare GISTs in the same family:A male patient with the V561D mutation in exon 12 of the PDGFRA gene,who has been taking the targeted drug imatinib since undergoing surgery,and a female patient diagnosed with wild-type GIST,who has been taking imatinib for 3 years since undergoing *** favorable prognosis of these patients during the 7-year follow-up period validates the accuracy of our treatment strategy,and we have refined the entire process of diagnosis and treatment of familial GISTs in order to better manage this rare familial *** Different mutation types of familial GISTs in the same family are very rare,thus it is very important to make the correct diagnosis and treatment strategies according to the results of molecular detection for the management of familial GISTs.

The morphological development of rice(Oryza sativa L.)leaves is closely related to plant architecture,physiological activities,and ***,it is unclear whether there is a co-regulatory relationship between the morphological development of leaves and adaptation to drought *** this study,a drought-sensitive,roll-enhanced,and narrow-leaf mutant(renl1)was induced from a semi-rolled leaf mutant(srl1)by ethyl methane sulfonate(EMS),which was obtained from Nipponbare(NPB)through ***-based cloning and functional validation showed that RENL1 encodes a cellulose synthase,allelic to NRL1/*** RENL1 mutation resulted in reduced vascular bundles,vesicular cells,cellulose,and hemicellulose contents in cell walls,diminishing the water-holding capacity of *** addition,the root system of the renl1 mutant was poorly developed and its ability to scavenge reactive oxygen species(ROS)was decreased,leading to an increase in ROS after drought ***,genetic results showed that RENL1 and SRL1 synergistically regulated cell wall *** results revealed a theoretical basis for further elucidating the molecular regulation mechanism of cellulose on rice drought tolerance,and provided a new genetic resource for enhancing the synergistic regulation network of plant type and stress resistance,thereby realizing simultaneous improvement of multiple traits in rice.

Coca-Cola consumption vs fragmentation in the management of patients with phytobezoars:A prospective randomized controlled trial

BACKGROUND Gastric phytobezoars(GPBs)are very common in northern *** therapy involving carbonated beverage consumption and endoscopic lithotripsy has been shown to be effective and *** studies on this subject are often case reports highlighting the successful dissolution of phytobezoars through Coca-Cola ***,large-scale prospective investigations in this domain remain ***,we conducted a randomized controlled trial to examine the effects of Coca-Cola consumption on *** To evaluate the impact of Coca-Cola on GPBs,including the dissolution rate,medical expenses,ulcer rate,and operation *** A total of 160 consecutive patients diagnosed with GPBs were allocated into two groups(a control group and an intervention group)through computer-generated *** in the intervention group received a Coca-Cola-based regimen(Coca-Cola 2000-4000 mL per day for 7 d),while those in the control group underwent emergency *** Complete dissolution of GPBs was achieved in 100% of the patients in the intervention *** disparity in expenses between the control group and intervention group(t=25.791,P=0.000)was statistically significant,and the difference in gastric ulcer occurrence between the control group and intervention group(χ^(2)=6.181,P=0.013)was also statistically *** Timely ingestion of Coca-Cola yields significant benefits,including a complete dissolution rate of 100%,a low incidence of gastric ulcers,no need for fragmentation and reduced expenses.

BACKGROUND Pituitary stalk interruption syndrome(PSIS)is a rare anatomical defect of the pituitary gland falling under the spectrum of holoprosencephaly *** is characterized by a deficiency in anterior pituitary hormones,such as growth hormone,gonadotropins,and thyroid *** to the syndrome's rarity and nonspecific manifestations,there is a lack of standardized treatment ***,early diagnosis through imaging and on-time intervention are crucial for improving patients’*** suMMARY A 30-year-old man presented with absent secondary sexual characteristics and *** evaluation revealed a deficiency in gonadotropins,while thyroid function was mostly within normal *** resonance imaging of the pituitary gland showed pituitary stalk agenesis,hypoplasia of the anterior pituitary,and ectopic posterior pituitary,leading to the diagnosis of ***,the patient underwent 6 mo of gonadotropin therapy without significant changes in hormone levels and secondary sexual *** gonadotropin-releasing hormone therapy was then administered,resulting in the detection of sperm in the semen analysis within 3 *** 6 mo,routine semen tests showed normal semen *** couple faced challenges in conceiving due to abstinence and underwent three cycles of artificial insemination,which was *** also attempted in vitro fertilization,but unfortunately,the woman experienced a miscarriage 10 wk after the embryo *** Early detection,accurate diagnosis,and timely treatment are crucial in improving the quality of life and fertility of PSIS patients.

文章基于地缘政治风险冲击视角,采用2017年1月1日至2022年12月18日十八种市值领先的传统加密货币的非平衡面板数据构建面板平滑转换回归模型,探讨了稳定币是充当传统加密货币的“转换中介”还是“投资替代”这一问题。研究发现:随着稳定币发展水平的提升,稳定币作为传统加密货币“投资替代”的功能显现,地缘政治风险对传统加密货币价格波动的刺激效应会得到抑制。异质性检验证实,对于发行时间不同、遵循BEP-20标准与否的传统加密货币来说,稳定币都可以起到“投资替代”的作用。机制检验及调节效应分析表明,无论稳定币发展水平低还是高,地缘政治风险都可以通过影响传统加密货币收益率来影响其价格波动;在不同的稳定币发展水平下,美元流动性对地缘政治风险与传统加密货币价格波动之间关系的调节效应均显著。

在国际贸易补贴规制面临变革的情况下,各国在小多边和单边层面提出了改革方案。国际贸易中的补贴行为与补贴规则随着时代变迁有所发展,维护市场秩序、阻止降低社会总福利的补贴行为是补贴规则的根本目的,但随着新型补贴而来的反补贴新规在维持市场经济方面效果存疑。以欧美日方案、《外国补贴条例》和美国“汇率补贴新规”为代表的欧美日新型反补贴规则对传统规则进行了逻辑转向和规则升级,具体体现在拓展规制范围、引入竞争法规则和细化补贴专向性认定等方面。欧美国家的言行不一,折射其以反补贴规则限制他国发展相关产业、融入国际贸易体系的实质目的,中国需要经由国际法与国内法层面的不同路径消除欧美反补贴新规的不利影响。

《对外关系法》第三十八条规定了我国对外国组织进行管理的权力和外国实体遵守法律、不得危害中国国家安全的义务。外国代理人管理制度是这一规定的实现规则,有待落地实施。美国《外国代理人登记法》要求代理人就代理的相关信息进行登记,对代理关系中的关键内容做出界定,并就信息披露的内容和持续性提出要求。相关制度的执行总体具有较明确的法律指引,并设置了相应的违法惩处机制,该制度的执行在近年更趋主动化、严格化。该制度曾因对日本实体游说的执法效果不佳而有所加强,目前对于涉华实体的监管也日趋强硬,相关案例具有借鉴意义。我国可参考域外立法经验建立外国代理人管理制度。
