Transit Timing Variation(TTV)of hot Jupiters provides direct observational evidence of planet tidal *** tidal dissipation through TTV needs high precision transit timings and long timing *** this work,we predict and discuss the potential scientific contribution of the SiTian survey in detecting and analyzing exoplanet *** develop a tidal dissipation detection pipeline for the SiTian survey that aims at time-domain astronomy with 721 m optical *** pipeline includes the modules of light curve deblending,transit timing acquisition and TTV *** is capable of detecting more than 25,000 exoplanets among which we expect~50 sources to show evidence of tidal *** present detection and analysis of tidal dissipating targets,based on simulated SiTian light curves of XO-3b and WASP-161 *** transit light curve modeling gives consistent results within 1σto input values of simulated light ***,the parameter uncertainties predicted by Markov Chain Monte Carlo are consistent with the distribution obtained from simulating and modeling the light curve 1000 *** timing precision of SiTian observations is~0.5 minutes with one transit *** show that differences between TTV origins,e.g.,tidal dissipation,apsidal precession and multiple planets,would be significant,considering the timing precision and *** detection rate of tidal dissipating hot Jupiters would answer a crucial question of whether the planet migrates at an early formation stage or random stages due to perturbations,e.g.,planet scattering or secular *** identified targets would be constructive given that the sample would extend tenfold.

Optoelectronic memristors have emerged as promising hardware platforms for highly efficient image perception owing to their low crosstalk, fast response, and low power consumption. However, the development of optoelectronic memristors with multi-wavelength recognition capabilities remains constrained by the limitations of their inherent bandgap. In this work, a multi-wavelength-modulated optoelectronic memristor that operates based on the localized surface plasmon resonance effect is developed using silver（Ag）-titanium dioxide（TiO2）/polymethyl methacrylate（PMMA） nanocomposites. The SET voltage can be gradually reduced by modulating the optical wavelength of visible irradiation. On this basis, reconfigurable IMP and False logic operations have been implemented in the memristive logic circuit. The neuromorphic visual preprocessing and recognition function for mixed-color patterns is demonstrated based on wavelength-dependent resistive switching behaviors. The proposed optoelectronic memristor enables high-density storage and in-memory computing.

The quest for enrichment model of continental shale oil in the Zhanhua Sag of the JiyangDepression in the Bohai Bay Basin to provide reference for exploration and development requires acomprehensive approach. Therefore, this study employs rock pyrolysis, Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM), X-Ray diffraction analysis (XRD), Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), and other experiments toanalyze the conditions for shale oil enrichment and establish its patterns. The results show that favorablehydrocarbon generation potential and appropriate thermal maturation degree control “in situ enrichment”;while the storage capacity and the mobility of shale oil determine “migration enrichment.” In the process,the TOC governs the oil-generating capacity of shale with medium to large pores and microfractures servingas the main enrichment spaces and migration pathways for shale oil. Based on the deposition model, thestudy area can be divided into five lithofacies stages (I-algal limestone, II-laminated marl, III-laminatedrecrystallized limestone, IV-laminated mudstones, and IV-blocky calcareous mudstones). Integrating thegeochemical parameters into the sedimentary patterns makes it clear that the study area underwent two phasesof hydrocarbon expulsion during the thermal evolution of source rocks (Stage II: 3 060–3 120 m and StageIV: 3 020–3 040 m). However, judging by the observed TOC (2% to 5.6%), thermal maturity (Ro>0.8%),S1 (>2 mg/g) and OSI (>100 mg/g) as well as moderate basin size, climate, and quantity of terrestrial input,the blocky calcareous mudstones (Stage IV) have better oil-prone characteristics and potential to generate asubstantial quantity of hydrocarbons at this stage. More so, with a brittleness index exceeding 60%, it exhibitsfavorable fracturability accounting for the main controlling factors and enrichment patterns of shale oil in thearea. BACKGROUND Gastric cancer is a growing clinical challenge,particularly due to the increased risk of postoperative gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)following surgical *** Chinese medicine(TCM),including acupuncture and herbal medicine,has been proposed as an adjunctive therapy to promote gastrointestinal recovery and alleviate GERD *** To retrospectively study the clinical efficacy of modified Lou Bei Er Chen decoction combined with acupuncture in treating patients with GERD after radical gastrectomy due to gastric *** A retrospective study was conducted,including patients with gastric cancer or malignant tumors of the stomach from January 2019 to December 2023 in the Affiliated Taizhou People’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical *** with a TCM diagnosis of qi depression and phlegm obstruction(n=128)were selected on the basis of prescription and treatment *** were then divided into a control group(n=61)and an observation group(n=67).The control group received treatment with Western medicine *** observation group were treated with Lou Bei Er Chen decoction orally,with acupuncture at specific REsuLTS The observation group showed significantly shorter times for first flatus,defecation,bowel sound recovery,and initiation of nasogastric enteral nutrition than the control group(P<0.05).Upon treatment,the two groups demonstrated a significant reduction in gastrointestinal dysfunction scores,with a more significant reduction in the observation group(P<0.001).The GERD-Q scores significantly decreased after 8 weeks of treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),with a significant reduction in the observation group(P<0.05),compared with *** TCM syndrome scores significantly decreased after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),with a significant reduction in the observation group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group after 8 weeks of treatment was significantly higher than t

目的:研究氯化锂(lithium chloride,LiCl)对体外培养的人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞(human Tenon's capsule fibroblasts,HTFs)转化生长因子β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)及结缔组织生长因子(connective tissue growth factor,CTGF)表达的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法:体外培养HTFs并通过vimentin免疫荧光染色技术及细胞形态特征观察鉴定细胞;将HTFs分为实验组(80mmol/L LiCl处理48h)和对照组(未用药)。用实时荧光定量PCR(Real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction,Real time-qPCR)检测两组细胞内TGF-β及CTGF基因的表达,Western blot检测两组细胞内TGF-β及CTGF蛋白的表达。结果:体外培养的HTFs能够表达TGF-β及CTGF。与对照组比较,实验组中TGF-β、CTGF基因表达下降,差异均具有统计学意义(t=20.042、14.995,P<0.05);与对照组比较,实验组中TGF-β、CTGF蛋白表达下降,差异均具有统计学意义(t=46.058、12.452,P<0.05)。结论:体外培养的HTFs在基因和蛋白水平表达TGF-β及CTGF,LiCl能够抑制该过程,其可能通过该机制抑制HTFs增殖。
