Dear Editor,We have presented the unusual case of periorbital necrotizing fasciitis(NF) coexisting with sinusitis and intracranial epidural abscess in a healthy young patient that was successfully managed with medical and surgical treatments. Due to the development of 5G communication,many aspects of information technology(IT)services are *** the development of communication technologies such as 5G,it has become possible to provide IT services that were difficult to provide in the *** of the services made possible through this change is cloud-based *** order to support secure collaboration over cloud,encryption technology to securely manage dynamic data is ***,since the existing encryption technology is not suitable for encryption of dynamic data,a new technology that can provide encryption for dynamic data is required for secure cloudbased *** this paper,we propose a new encryption technology to support secure collaboration for dynamic data in the ***,we propose an encryption operation mode which can support data updates such as modification,addition,and deletion of encrypted data in an encrypted *** support the dynamic update of encrypted data,we invent a new mode of operation technique named linked-block cipher(LBC).Basic idea of our work is to use an updatable random value so-called link to link two encrypted *** to the use of updatable random link values,we can modify,insert,and delete an encrypted data without decrypt it.

AIM: To investigate changes in fundus excyclotorsion after inferior oblique myectomy or myotomy. METHODS: The records of 21 patients undergoing strabismus surgery by a single surgeon between 2009 and 2012 were examined. Only patients who had undergone an inferior oblique myectomy or myotomy,with or without horizontal rectus muscle surgery, were evaluated. Digital fundus photographs were obtained,and the angle formed by a horizontal line passing through the optic disc center and a reference line connecting the foveola and optic disc center was measured. Associated clinical factors examined include age at the time of surgery, presence or absence of a head tilt, degree of preoperative vertical deviation,torsional angle, inferior oblique muscle overaction/superior oblique muscle underaction, and surgery laterality. Whether the procedure was performed alone or in combination with a horizontal rectus muscle surgery was also examined. REsuLTS: Mean preoperative torsional angle was12. 0 ± 6. 4 °, which decreased to 6. 9 ± 5. 7 ° after surgery(P surgery independently and significantly affected postoperative torsional ***: Mean torsional angle decreased after inferior oblique myectomy. Degree of preoperative torsional angle, inferior oblique overaction, and age at surgery influence postoperative torsional angle.

Lymphangioma usually occurs in children and usually involves the skin. Mesenteric lymphangioma is extremely rare in adults. Typically, lymphangioma appears on computed tomography (CT) as a lower attenuation of a cystic mass, however, some cases appear to be a solid mass. We describe the CT and 18F-FDG positron emission tomography/CT appearance in a case of jejunal and mesenteric cavernous lymphangi-omatosis mimicking metastasis in an adult patient with rectal cancer.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of obesity and high-intensity acute exercise on oxidant-antioxidant status,neurotrophic factor expression, and blood-brain barrier(BBB) ***: Twenty-four healthy, untrained men(12 non-obese(mean 14.9% body fat) and 12 obese subjects(mean 29.8% body fat)) performed20 min of continuous submaximal aerobic exercise at 85% maximal oxygen consumption. Blood sampling was performed to examine the oxidant-antioxidant status(reactive oxygen species(ROS) and superoxide dismutase(SOD)), neurotrophic factors(brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) and nerve growth factor(NGF)), and BBB disruption(S100β and neuron-specific enolase) before and after acute ***: The obese group showed significantly higher pre-exercise serum ROS levels and significantly lower pre-exercise serum SOD levels than the non-obese group(p suggests that episodic vigorous exercise can increase oxidative stress and blood neurotrophic factor levels and induce disruption of the BBB. Moreover, high levels of neurotrophic factor in the blood after exercise in the obese group may be due to BBB disruption,and it is assumed that oxidative stress was the main cause of this BBB disruption.

High-strength bainitic steels have created a lot of interest in recent times because of their excellent combination of strength,ductility,toughness,and high ballistic mass *** steels have great potential in the fabrication of steel armor *** various approaches and methods have been conducted to utilize the retained austenite(RA)in the bainitic matrix to control mechanical properties,very few attempts have been conducted to improve ballistic performance utilizing transformationinduced plasticity(TRIP)*** this study,high-strength bainitic steels were designed by controlling the time of austempering process to have various volume fractions and stability of RA while maintaining high *** dynamic compressive and ballistic impact tests were conducted,and the relation between the effects of TRIP on ballistic performance and the adiabatic shear band(ASB)formation was *** results show for the first time that an active TRIP mechanism achieved from a large quantity of metastable RA can significantly enhance the ballistic performance of high-strength bainitic steels because of the improved resistance to ASB ***,the ballistic performance can be effectively improved by a very short austempering time,which suggests that the utilization of active TRIP behavior via tuning RA acts as a primary mechanism for significantly enhancing the ballistic performance of high-strength bainitic steels.

Purpose：The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of flui replacement by water or sports drinks on serum heat shock protein 70（HSP70） levels and DNA damage during exercise at a high ambient ***：Ten male college athletes with an athletic career ranging from 6 to 11 years were recruited from Yonsei *** subjects ran on a treadmill at 75% of heart rate reserve during 4 different trials：thermoneutral temperature at 18℃（T）,high ambient temperature at 32℃ without flui replacement（H）,high ambient temperature at 32℃ with water replacement（HW）,and high ambient temperature at 32℃ with sports drink replacement（HS）.During each condition,blood samples were collected at the pre-exercise baseline（PEB）,immediately after exercise（IAE）,and60 min ***：Skin temperature significant y increased during exercise and was significant y higher in H compared to T and HS at ***,serum HSP70 was significant y increased in all conditions at IAE compared to PEB and was higher in H compared to T at the former time *** y increased lymphocyte DNA damage（DNA in the tail,tail length,tail moment） was observed in all trials at IAE compared to PEB,and attenuated DNA damage（tail moment） was observed in HS compared to H at ***：Acute exercise elevates serum HSP70 and induces lymphocyte DNA *** replacement by sports drink during exercise at high ambient temperature can attenuate HSP response and DNA damage by preventing dehydration and reducing thermal stress.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the possible antinociceptive effects of Salvia(S.)miltiorrhiza Bunge and its single components in monosodium urate(Msu)-induced pain model in mice and lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced inflammation model in RAW264.7 ***:Pretreatment of *** Bunge extract(from 1 to 50μg/mL)concentration-dependently attenuated LPS-induced nitric oxide(NO)*** extract of *** Bunge(50 or 100 mg/kg)also caused reversals of decreased threshold for pain in the Msu-treated group as measured by Von-Frey ***,we assessed the antinociceptive and anti-inflammatory properties of the active single components from *** Bunge such as 15,16-dihydrotanshinoneⅠ,tanshinoneⅠ,cryptotanshinone,miltirone,tanshinoneⅡA,and salvianolic acid *** of them showed an anti-inflammatory effect in LPS-induced NO release model and an antinociceptive effect in Msu-treated pain ***:Our results suggest that *** Bunge extract may exert anti-inflammatory effect by reducing LPS-induced NO release and an antinociceptive property in Msu-treated pain ***,tanshinoneⅡA,miltirone,cryptotanshinone,and 15,16-dihydrotanshinoneⅠ,not only appear to be responsible for LPS-induced NO release induced by *** Bunge,but also in the production of *** Bunge extract-induced antinociception in Msu-treated pain ***:Therefore,the analgesic and anti-inflammatory property of *** Bunge indicate it as a therapeutic potential candidate for the treatment of pain and inflammation.

AIM:To determine the long-term outcomes regarding reinfection with Helicobacter pylori(***)and endoscopic changes after successful *** eradication. METHODS:From June 1994 to January 2007,186 patients(M:F=98:88;mean age 50.0±11.4 years), in whom *** had been successfully eradicated, were *** mean duration of follow up was 41.2±24.0 mo. REsuLTS:*** reinfection occurred in 58 patients (31.2%).The average annual reinfection rate was 9.1% per patient *** recurrence of peptic ulcer was detected at the follow up *** were no significant differences between the *** eradication regimens for the reinfection rate and no significant differences in endoscopic findings between the *** group and the ***-cured ***:The reinfection rate in Korea is 9.1% which represents a decreasing *** was no relationship between *** infection status and changes in endoscopic *** was also no recurrence or aggravation of ulcers.
