目的总结PCDH19基因单错义变异导致女性癫间患儿的临床表型特点。方法收集2018年1月至2023年3月河北省儿童医院就诊的3例携带PCDH19基因单错义变异致癫间女性患儿的临床资料;检索并筛选存在PCDH19基因单错义变异女性癫间患儿相关文献,结合临床表型特点进行总结分析。结果3例PCDH19基因单错义变异致女性癫间患儿起病年龄分布于8月龄^(+10d)至1岁+2月龄^(+23d);癫间发作类型多样,口服左乙拉西坦抗癫间治疗效果均佳;发育为正常至重度迟缓;脑电图均为棘波、棘慢波发放。突变位点分别为c.1835G>***612His、c.418G>A/***140Lys、c.1142A>***381Ser。检索数据库文献符合要求的相关病例与本研究3例患儿共计160例。起病年龄:出生后1 d至8岁;癫间发作形式多样;癫间发作前发育异常8/18例。癫间发作前诱因:热敏性63/97例;智力发育异常(70/113例)、自闭症(27/63例)、语言落后(23/42例)、行为异常(22/34例)。有精神疾病(10/13例)。脑电图检查:35/43例异常,其中尖波发放10例,7例有棘波、棘慢波发放特点。头颅MRI检查:以大脑发育不良最多、脑萎缩7例。治疗:使用>3种抗癫间药物82/129例。结论PCDH19基因单错义变异所致女性癫间患儿起病年龄跨度大,1 d至学龄期均可发病,部分癫间发作前发育可异常;大多有热敏性诱因,以局灶性发作常见,发病后大多出现智力和语言能力下降,可出现自闭、行为异常、精神疾病等;头颅MRI多为脑发育不良、萎缩,脑电图多为大脑单侧放电,可见尖波、棘波、棘慢波发放特点;耐药者多见。

The diverse climates,distribution of snow and glaciers,and geographic locations directly affect the runoff response to climate change in the upper basins of the Third *** present,a comprehensive analysis of runoff variations and their distinct responses to climate change in the westerlies-and monsoon-dominated upper basins is still *** study comprehensively analyzed annual runoff variations in westerlies-dominated basins(the upper basins of the Aksu(UAKS),Syr Darya(USRD),Yarkant(UYK),Hotan(UHT),Amu Darya(UAMD),and Indus(UI))and monsoon-dominated basins(the upper basins of the Yangtze(UYA),Yellow(UYE),Lancang(ULC),Nujiang(UNJ),and Yarlung Zangbo(UYZ))of the Third Pole from 1961 *** multi-source meteorological data and large-scale circulation factors,this study investigated the divergent responses of runoff in the upper basins to climate change,and explored the large-scale circulation mechanisms underlying runoff variations in these upper *** results showed that:(1)The annual runoff in the majority of upper basins(except for the UYE and UYZ)exhibited an increasing trend,and the annual runoff in the UAKS,UYK,and UI showed a significant increasing trend from1961 to *** annual runoff in the upper basins of the Third Pole changed abruptly from decreasing to increasing between the 1980s and 2000s,with the exception of the UYE.(2)The runoff in the monsoon-dominated upper basins has been controlled primarily by changes in precipitation over the past 55 *** contrast,the runoff in the westerlies-dominated upper basins exhibited three distinct long-term responses to climate change:temperature-dominated(UYK and UHT),precipitation-dominated(USRD and UAMD),and the combined influence of precipitation and temperature(UAKS and UI).Since the 1960s,the sensitivity of runoff to warm season temperature changes in the most westerlies-dominated upper basins has decreased,while the response of runoff to precipitation changes has intensified.(3)The stud

In the field of organic phototransistor, achieving both broad-spectral and high photosensitivity has always been a big challenge. The innovation of device structure has previously proven to be a possible solution to this problem. Here in this study, a novel organic phototransistor based on a high mobility n-type small molecule as the conducting layer and an isolated bulk heterojunction light-absorbing layer as the floating gate has been demonstrated in this study. With the special designed device structure, the phototransistor shows extremely high sensitivity to broad spectral and weak light irradiation, and the photoresponsivity and photocurrent/dark-current ratio of the device can reach up to 4840 mA/W and 1.8×10~5 *** conclusion, this study suggests a potential way to obtain high-performance phototransistors at room temperature, which will further promote the commercial application of organic phototransistors.

为探究不同形状及尺寸的拼接陶瓷板在爆炸载荷下的膨胀破碎行为及飞散特性,对不同类型陶瓷平板药室的爆轰驱动过程进行了仿真,研究了陶瓷破片的粒径分布规律及陶瓷板不同位置处的破片速度和飞散角变化规律。结果表明:不同类型拼接陶瓷平板的膨胀破碎过程大致相同。拼接陶瓷片数目对陶瓷平板形成的破片数目及质量分布有较大影响,大部分破片对软目标杀伤能力小;陶瓷破片均满足Rosin-Rammler分布且拼接陶瓷片尺寸及形状影响破片的平均特征尺寸系数λ和幂指数系数k。不同类型陶瓷板水平轴向和垂直轴向破片速度变化趋势差异较大,而边缘横向及边缘纵向破片速度变化趋势相同;陶瓷平板不同位置处的破片飞散角均在-1.75~1.75°内变化,因此其杀伤区域有限。

BACKGROUND Mutations in the beta1,3-N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase 2(B3GALNT2)gene can lead to impaired glycosylation ofα-dystroglycan,which,in turn,causes congenital muscular dystrophy(CMD).The clinical phenotypes of CMD are broad,and there are only a few reports of CMD *** suMMARY This report describes the cases of two children with CMD caused by B3GALNT2 gene *** main manifestations of the two cases were abnormal walking posture,language development delay,and abnormal development of the white *** 2 also had unreported symptoms of meningocele and giant arachnoid *** cases had compound heterozygous mutations of the B3GALNT2 gene,each containing a truncated mutation and a missense mutation,and three of the four loci had not been *** patients with CMD caused by B3GALNT2 gene mutation were found in the *** and analysis of the characteristics of CMD caused by B3GALNT2 gene mutation showed that 100%of the cases had nervous system *** magnetic resonance imaging often showed abnormal manifestations,and more than half of the children had eye and muscle involvement;some of the gene-related symptoms were *** B3GALNT2 gene can be used as one of the candidate genes for screening CMD,cognitive development retardation,epilepsy,and multiple brain developmental malformations in infants.

Resilient performance of self-centering hybrid rocking walls with curved interface under pseudo-static loading

Frame and rocking wall(FRW)structures have excellent resilient performance during ***,the concrete at interfacial corners of rocking walls(RWs)is easily crushed due to local extreme compression during the rocking *** innovative RW with a curved interface is proposed to prevent interfacial corners from producing local damage,enhancing its earthquake resilient performance(ERP).The precast wall panel with a curved interface is assembled into an integral self-centering hybrid rocking wall(SCRW)by two post-tensioned unbonded prestressed ***,two ordinary energy dissipation steel rebars and two shear reinforcements are arranged to increase the energy dissipation capacity and lateral *** SCRW specimens and one monolithic reinforced concrete(RC)shear wall(SW)were tested under pseudo-static loading to compare the ERPs of the proposed SCRW and the SW,focusing on studying the effect of the curved interface on the *** key resilient performance of rocking effects,failure modes,and hysteretic properties of the SCRW were *** results show that nonlinear deformations of the SCRW are concentrated along the interface between the SCRW and the foundation,avoiding damage within the *** restoring force provided by the prestressed tendons can effectively realize self-centering capacity with small residual deformation,and the resilient performance of the SCRW is better than that of monolithic *** addition,the curved interface of the SCRW makes the rocking center change and move inward,partially relieving the stress concentration and crush of *** rocking range of the rocking center is about 41.4%of the width of the SCRW.

Historical forest fire risk databases are vital for evaluating the effectiveness of past forest management approaches,enhancing forest fire warnings and emergency response capabilities,and accurately budgeting potential carbon emissions resulting from ***,due to the unavailability of spatial information technology,such databases are extremely difficult to build reliably and completely in the non-satellite *** study presented an improved forest fire risk reconstruction framework that integrates a deep learning-based time series prediction model and spatial interpolation to address the challenge in Sichuan Province,southwestern ***,the forest fire danger index(FFDI)was improved by supplementing slope and aspect *** compared the performances of three time series models,namely,the autoregressive integrated moving average(ARIMA),Prophet and long short-term memory(LSTM)in predicting the modified forest fire danger index(MFFDI).The bestperforming model was used to retrace the MFFDI of individual stations from 1941 to *** this,the Anusplin spatial interpolation method was used to map the distributions of the MFFDI at five-year intervals,which were then subjected to weighted overlay with the distance-to-river layer to generate forest fire risk maps for reconstructing the forest fire danger *** results revealed LSTM as the most accurate in fitting and predicting the historical MFFDI,with a fitting determination coefficient(R^2)of 0.709,mean square error(MSE)of0.047,and validation R^2 and MSE of 0.508 and 0.11,*** validation of the predicted forest fire risk maps indicated that 5 out of 7 historical forest fire events were located in forest fire-prone areas,which is higher than the results determined from the original FFDI(2 out of 7).This proves the effectiveness of the improved MFFDI and indicates a high level of reliability of the historical forest fire risk reconstruction method proposed in this stu

During the supersonic re-entry of multi-nozzle heavy rockets into the atmosphere,the basic flow state becomes increasingly complex due to the coupling effect between the retropropulsion plumes and the freestream.A numerical method using the hybrid Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes and Large Eddy Simulation(RES)method and discrete coordinate method is developed to accurately estimate the thermal *** addition,finite rate chemical kinetics is used to calculate the afterburning *** numerical results agree well with wind tunnel data,which confirms the validity and accuracy of the numerical *** are conducted for the heavy carrier rocket re-entry from 53.1 km to 39.5 km altitude with 180°angle of attack by using three different supersonic Retro-Propulsion(SRP)*** numerical results reveal that these three SRP flow fields are all Short Penetration Models(SPM).As the re-entry altitudes decrease,both the plume-plume interaction and the plume-freestream interaction become *** highest temperatures in the plume shear layers of the three SRP modes increase by 8.36%,7.33%and 6.92%respectively after considering afterburning reactions,and all occur at a reentry altitude of 39.5 *** the rocket re-enters the atmosphere,the maximum heat flux on the rocket base plate of three SRP modes stabilizes at 290,170 and 200 kW/m^(2) respectively,but the maximum heat flux on the side wall increases *** the altitude declines to 39.5 km,the extreme heat flux of the three modes increase by 84.16%,49.45%and 62.97%respectively compared to that at 53.1 km.
