This note addresses diagnosis and performance degradation detection issues from an integrated viewpoint of functionality maintenance and cyber security of automatic control systems.It calls for more research attention on three aspects:(i)application of control and detection uni ed framework to enhancing the diagnosis capability of feedback control systems,(ii)projection-based fault detection,and complementary and explainable applications of projection-and machine learning-based techniques,and(iii)system performance degradation detection that is of elemental importance for today's automatic control systems.Some ideas and conceptual schemes are presented and illustrated by means of examples,serving as convincing arguments for research e orts in these aspects.They would contribute to the future development of capable diagnosis systems for functionality safe and cyber secure automatic control systems.

In this paper, a model-free approach is presented to design an observer-based fault detection system of linear continuoustime systems based on input and output data in the time domain. The core of the approach is to directly identify parameters of the observer-based residual generator based on a numerically reliable data equation obtained by filtering and sampling the input and output signals.

This paper deals with the problem of H∞ fault estimation for linear time-delay systems in finite frequency domain.First a generalized coordinate change is applied to the original system such that in the new coordinates all the time-delay terms are injected by the system＇s input and output.Then an observer-based H∞ fault estimator with input and output injections is proposed for fault estimation with known frequency range.With the aid of Generalized Kalman-Yakubovich-Popov lemma,sufficient conditions on the existence of the H∞ fault estimator are derived and a solution to the observer gain matrices is obtained by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities.Finally,a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

This paper proposes a parity relation based fault estimation for a class of nonlinear systems which can be modelled by Takagi-Sugeno （TS） fuzzy models. The design of a parity relation based residual generator is formulated in terms of a family of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design techniques.

高山树线被视为记录气候变化对树木和森林影响的生态监测器。迄今为止,大多数树线研究都集中在气候变化如何驱动树线动态的变化。然而,关于生物相互作用如何调节树线变化,特别是在树木更新这一树线动态的瓶颈方面,人们知之甚少。本研究假设种间和种内促进作用决定了高山树线树苗的定居和存活。为了验证这一假设,我们在青藏高原东南部的色季拉山高山树线交错区(海拔4300–4500 m)的3个生长生境(林冠内、林冠外和草地)中共计移植了630株不同年龄(4–6年、7–9年和10–15年)的急尖长苞冷杉(Abies georgei var.smithii)幼苗,连续3年监测了移植后幼苗的微气候、高度生长、死亡率和叶片功能性状。结果发现,叶片功能性状的变化是由微气候驱动的。移植后,叶片可溶性糖和淀粉浓度以及C:P比增加,而叶面积减小。幼苗的资源利用逐渐转向更保守的策略,其背后机制主要受到了生理性状(非结构性碳水化合物和植物养分)的介导。同时,由结构方程模型发现太阳辐射、温度和水分条件在植物相互作用下,通过介导叶片形态性状的变化最终影响了幼苗的死亡率和年生长。上述研究结果表明,植物间的互利作用通过改变太阳辐射和叶片功能性状,最终在决定幼苗生长和存活上起到至关重要的作用,同时也为理解全球气候变化背景下高山树线动态变化的驱动机制提供了新的见解。

研究线性不确定系统的反馈控制器与鲁棒故障检测滤波器集成设计问题.基于新提出的性能指标函数,将鲁棒故障检测滤波器设计问题归结为最优化问题,通过求解Riccati方程可得到鲁棒故障检测滤波器设计问题的最优解.在共用同一状态观测器的情况下,将反馈控制器和鲁棒故障检测滤波器的集成设计问题归结为两目标优化问题,解决了同时满足闭环控制系统设计要求和故障诊断系统鲁棒性能的最优集成设计问题.简例验证了提出算法的有效性.

Research on Surface Roughness of Supersonic Vibration Auxiliary Side Milling for Titanium Alloy

The processed surface contour shape is extracted with the finite element simulation software.The difference value of contour shape change is used as the parameters of balancing surface roughness to construct finite element model of supersonic vibration milling in cutting stability domain.The surface roughness trial scheme is designed in the orthogonal test design method to analyze the surface roughness test result in the response surface methodology.The surface roughness prediction model is established and optimized.Finally,the surface roughness finite element simulation prediction model is verified by experiments.The research results show that,compared with the experiment results,the error range of the finite element simulation model is 27.5%–30.9%,and the error range of the empirical model obtained by the response surface method is between 4.4%and 12.3%.So,the model in this paper is accurate and will provide the theoretical basis for the optimization study of the auxiliary milling process of supersonic vibration.

In this contribution, robust fault detection problems for discrete time-delay systems with l2-norm bounded unknown inputs are studied. The basic idea of our study is first to introduce a state-memoryless observer-based fault detection filter (FDF) as the residual generator and then to formulate such a FDF design problem as an Hen optimization problem in the sense of increasing the sensitivity of residual to the faults, while simultaneously enhancing the robustness of residual to unknown input as well as plant input. The main results consist of the formulation of such a residual generation optimization problem, solvability conditions and the derivation of an analytic solution. The residual evaluation problem is also considered, which includes the determination of residual evaluation function and threshold. A numerical example is used to demonstrate the proposed fault detection scheme.
