This study aimed to find out the blood data characteristics of patients and explore the correlation between severe preeclampsia and blood index *** assistance for the early attention direction of severe preeclampsia diagnosis and treatment.19,653 pregnant women presenting to the West China Second University Hospital,Sichuan University from January 2017 to April *** screening,a total of 248 patients,124 severe preeclampsia cases,and 124 controls were selected for this ***-three blood examination variables were obtained from routine blood work,hepatic,renal and coagulation function *** gradient boosting machine(light GBM),decision tree and random forest were used for date *** randomly divided 35%of the original data as a testing set to conduct internal validation of the performance of the prediction *** area under receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)was used as the main score to compare the three ***,a binary classification light GBM model based on aspartate aminotransferase,direct bilirubin and activated partial thromboplastin time ratio can predict severe preeclampsia with sensitivity of 88.37%,specificity of 77.27%,AUC of 89.74%and positive predictive value of 65.96%.We believe relevant quantifiable indicators can establish an effective prediction model,which can provide guidance for early detection and prevention of severe preeclampsia.

We show that induced synomones, emitted as a consequence of Murgantia histrionica activity on Brassica oleracea, are adsorbed by the epicuticular waxes of leaves and perceived by the egg parasitoid Trissolcus brochymenae. Leaves were exposed to M. histrionica females placed on the abaxial leaf surface. After 24 h, the leaves were treated mechanically using gum arabic, or chemically using chloroform, on the adaxial surface, and finally the adaxial surface was assayed with T. brochymenae by two-choice tests in a closed arena. Wasp females responded to mechanically dewaxed cabbage leaf portions with feeding punctures and footprints （Ff） and with feeding punctures, oviposition and footprints （FOr）, showing no effect of wax removal. In contrast, the removal of the epicuticular waxes from leaf portions close to FOf, and from leaves with oviposition and footprints （Of）, determined the lack of responses by T. brochymenae. Solvent extracts of different treatments were bioassayed, but only FOr triggered parasitoid response. Thus the detection of oviposition-induced synomones by the parasitoid depends on their adsorption by the epicuticular waxes. Mechanical wax removal from leaf portions contaminated with host footprints （f） also determined a lack of wasp responses, suggesting that the footprints might trigger the induction of a ＂footprint-induced synomone＂ adsorbed onto the epicuticular waxes and exploited by the parasitoid. Leaf portions with the abaxial lamina previously dewaxed and then contaminated by footprints （D＋f） of M. histrionica did not affect the parasitoid response, indicating that the abaxial epicuticular waxes are not directly involved in the chemicals induced by M. histrionica footprints.

This study investigates the biological effects on a 3D scaffold based on hydroxyapatite cultured with MC3T3 osteoblasts in response to flow-induced shear stress(FSS).The scaffold adopted here(B-HA)derives from the biomorphic transformation of natural wood and its peculiar channel geometry mimics the porous structure of the *** the point of view of fluid dynamics,B-HA can be considered a network of micro-channels,intrinsically offering the advantages of a microfluidic *** work,for the first time,offers a description of the fluid dynamic properties of the B-HA scaffold,which are strongly connected to its *** features are necessary to determine the FSS ranges to be applied during in vitro studies to get physiologically relevant *** selected ranges of FSS promoted the elongation of the attached cells along the flow direction and early osteogenic cell *** data confirmed the ability of B-HA to promote the differentiation process along osteogenic ***,such a bioactive and naturally derived scaffold can be considered as a promising tool for bone regeneration applications.
