Human Activity Recognition(HAR)has been made simple in recent years,thanks to recent advancements made in Artiﬁcial Intelligence(AI)*** techniques are applied in several areas like security,surveillance,healthcare,human-robot interaction,and *** wearable sensor-based HAR system includes in-built sensors,human activities can be categorized based on sensor ***,it can also be employed in other applications such as gait diagnosis,observation of children/adult’s cognitive nature,stroke-patient hospital direction,epilepsy and Parkinson’s disease examination,***-developed Artiﬁcial Intelligence(AI)techniques,especially Deep Learning(DL)models can be deployed to accomplish effective outcomes on HAR *** this motivation,the current research paper focuses on designing Intelligent Hyperparameter Tuned Deep Learning-based HAR(IHPTDL-HAR)technique in healthcare *** proposed IHPTDL-HAR technique aims at recogniz-ing the human actions in healthcare environment and helps the patients in mana-ging their healthcare *** addition,the presented model makes use of Hierarchical Clustering(HC)-based outlier detection technique to remove the ***-HAR technique incorporates DL-based Deep Belief Network(DBN)model to recognize the activities of ***,harris Hawks Opti-mization(HHO)algorithm is used for hyperparameter tuning of DBN ***,a comprehensive experimental analysis was conducted upon benchmark dataset and the results were examined under different *** experimental results demonstrate that the proposed IHPTDL-HAR technique is a superior per-former compared to other recent techniques under different measures.

OBJeCTIVe: To compare the occurrence of peripartum hysterectomy between sing le ton and multiple gestations. MeTHODS: This was a historical cohort study compari ng the occurrence of peripartum hysterectomy between singleton and multiple gest a tions at Banner Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona, from J anuary 1, 1996, to December 31, 2001. ReSULTS: During the study years, 42,595 si ngleton, 1,131 twin, 164 triplet, 35 quadruplet, and 2 quintuplet deliveries occ urred. A total of 100 peripartum hysterectomies were performed. Of these hystere ctomies, 88 occurred in singletons, 5 in twins, 6 in triplets, and 1 in quadrupl ets. The overall occurrence of peripartum hysterectomy was 2.28 per 1000, and th e occurrence of emergent peripartum hysterectomy was 1.73 per 1000. Multiple ges tations had a significantly greater risk of emergent peripartum hysterectomy tha n singletons (odds ratio [OR] 6.04, 95%confidence interval [CI] 3.28-11.11; P erence was more pronounced among higher-order multiple gestat ions: twins (OR 2.95, 95%CI 1.22-7.13, P = .03), triplets (OR 25.22, 95%CI 11 .02-57.77, P ets (OR 19.53, 95%CI 3.34-114.69, P = .04). When compared with singletons, higher-order multiple gestations had nearly a 2 4-fold increased risk of emergent peripartum hysterectomy (OR 23.97, 95%CI 11. 05-51.99, P e gestations have a significantly highe r occurrence of emergent peripartum hysterectomy than singletons. This informati on should be used in counseling and managing patients with these pregnancies.

Annual rings from 30 year old vines in a California rootstock trial were measured to determine the effects of 15 different rootstocks on Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon *** traits measuring vegetative growth,yield,berry quality,and nutrient uptake were collected at the beginning(1995 to 1999)and end(2017 to 2020)of the lifetime of a vineyard initially planted in 1991 and removed in 2021.X-ray Computed Tomography(CT)was used to measure ring widths in 103 *** width was modeled as a function of ring number using a negative exponential *** and late wood ring widths,cambium width,and scion trunk radius were correlated with 27 *** of annual ring width shows that scions alter the width of the first rings but that rootstocks alter the decay of later rings,consistently shortening ring width throughout the lifetime of the *** index,juice pH,photosynthetic assimilation and transpiration rates,and instantaneous water use efficiency are correlated with scion trunk ***,our research indicates that rootstocks modulate secondary growth over years,altering physiology and agronomic *** act in similar but distinct ways from climate to modulate ring width,which borrowing techniques from dendrochronology,can be used to monitor both genetic and environmental effects in woody perennial crop species.

Objectives. Patient safety indicators (PSIs) were developed by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. Our objectives were (1) to apply these algorithms to the National Association of Children’s Hospitals and Related Institutions (NACHRI) Aggregate Case Mix Comparative Database for 1999-2002, (2) to establish mean rates for each of the PSI events in children’s hospitals, (3) to investigate the inadequacies of PSIs in relation to pediatric diagnoses, and (4) to express the data in such a way that children’s hospitals could use the PSIs determined to be appropriate for pediatric use for comparison with their own data. In addition, we wanted to use the data to set priorities for ongoing clinical investigations and to propose interventions if the indicators demonstrated preventable errors. Methods. The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality PSI algorithms (version 2.1, revision 1) were applied to children’s hospital administrative data (1.92 million discharges) from the NACHRI Aggregate Case Mix Comparative Database for 1999-2002. Rates were measured for the following events: complications of anesthesia, death in low-mortality diagnosis-related groups (DRGs), decubitus ulcer, failure to rescue (ie, death resulting from a complication, rather than the primary diagnosis), foreign body left in during a procedure, iatrogenic pneumothorax, infection attributable to medical care (ie, infections related to surgery or device placement), postoperative hemorrhage or hematoma, postoperative pulmonary embolism or venous thrombosis, postoperative wound dehiscence, and accidental puncturelaceration. Results. Across the 4 years of data, the mean risk-adjusted rates of PSI events ranged from 0.01%(0.1 event per 1000 discharges) for a foreign body left in during a procedure to 14.0%(140 events per 1000 discharges) for failure to rescue. Architects and planners have been at the forefront of envisioning a future built environment for millennia. How ever,fragmental view s that emphasize one facet of the built environment,such as energy,environment,or groundbreaking technologies,often do not achieve expected outcomes. Buildings are responsible for approximately one-third of w orldw ide carbon emissions and account for about 40% of primary energy consumption in the U. S. In addition to achieving the very ambitious goal of reducing building-associated greenhouse gas emissions by75% by 2050,buildings must improve their functionality and performance to meet current and future human,societal,and environmental needs in a changing w orld. In this article,w e introduce a new framew ork to guide potential evolution of the building stock in the next century,based on greenhouse gas emissions as the common thread to investigate the potential implications of new design paradigms,innovative operational strategies,and disruptive technologies. 分析了现有黑白棋盘角点检测算法存在的不足,将交叉熵思想引入角点检测中。该算法首先将角点周围像素划分为4个象限,通过相邻象限间的像素灰度差实现角点初选;其次,给出对角象限灰度交叉熵定义,根据局部交叉熵最小原理实现角点筛选;第3,针对备选角点局部重叠的问题,采用梯度幅值非极大值抑制方法实现像素级角点定位;最后采用Frostner算子实现角点的亚像素坐标解算。实验结果显示该算法检测结果优于经典harris算子以及SV算子,获取的角点亚像素坐标精度与Matlab相机标定工具箱相当,同时易于实现在线标定。
