以废米糠为原料,浓硫酸为脱水剂,通过炭化法制备出炭纳米颗粒(CNPs),探讨CNPs荧光发射特征、金属离子的淬灭效应以及作为Sn(II)离子传感材料应用。CNPs产率最佳条件为:硫酸浓度12 mol/L、加热温度120℃及恒温时间30 min。样品在水中强蓝光的最大发射波为439 nm。通过加入金属离子,使金属离子与CNPs表面间形成复合物而淬灭荧光。Sn(II)离子对CNPs荧光具有显著的淬灭效应。Sn(II)离子浓度对淬灭效应符合Stern-Volmer线性关系,Sn(II)离子为6.13 mmol/L。Sn(II)离子的检测限为18.7μmol/L。

Trends of carbon and nutrient accumulation through time in the Andong salt marsh,Hangzhou Bay,China

Salt marshes are important carbon and nutrient sinks that are threatened by climate changes and human *** this study,the accumulation rates of sedimentary total organic carbon(TOC),total nitrogen(TN),and total phosphorus(TP)from two cores in the Andong salt marsh,Hangzhou Bay,were investigated to determine whether TOC,TN,and TP show increasing or decreasing trends toward the *** TOC accumulation rates at the relatively lower marsh were lower during 1990-1996(1.63-2.37 g/(cm^(2)·a))than 1997-2014(1.15-4.30 g/(cm^(2)·a)).The TN accumulation rates increased from 1990(0.14 g/(cm^(2)·a))toward 2012(0.40 g/(cm^(2)·a)),then decreased toward 2014(0.16 g/(cm^(2)·a)).The TP accumulation rates were lower during 1990-1999(0.10-0.21 mg/(cm^(2)·a)),and decreased from 2000(0.32 mg/(cm^(2)·a))toward 2014(0.15 mg/(cm^(2)·a)).The TOC accumulation rates along the relatively upper marsh during 1982-1992(1.18-3.25 g/(cm^(2)·a))were lower than during 1998-2010(2.30-4.20 g/(cm^(2)·a)),and then decreased toward 2015(2.15 g/(cm^(2)·a)).TN increased from 1982(0.18 g/(cm^(2)·a))to 2005(0.41 g/(cm^(2)·a)),then decreased toward 2015(0.22 g/(cm^(2)·a)).TP accumulation rates fluctuated within a narrow range during 1982-1997(0.21-0.41 mg/(cm^(2)·a)),increased from 1998(0.50 mg/(cm^(2)·a))to 2004(0.87 mg/(cm^(2)·a)),then decreased to 2015(0.38 mg/(cm^(2)·a)).Thus,increases in accumulation rates of TOC,TN,and TP from the 1980s to 1990s indicates that the marsh likely served as carbon and nutrient sinks,then the rates decreased during 2000-2015 due probably to the reduced sediment inputs from rivers and intensified sea level rise.

李约瑟的《中国科学技术史》第二卷《科学思想史》中讨论到阴阳家邹衍时,引用了《史记·平原君列传》的《集解》中一段邹衍与公孙龙的交往记录。李约瑟认为这段史料证实了对自然感兴趣的各个学派都不愿在墨家、名家的思想家们为建立一种适用于科学的逻辑的努力中合作。通过《史记·集解》原文与李约瑟译文的比较分析认为,这段记载恰恰对李约瑟的这个观点构成了挑战。其实,邹衍并没有一概否定"辩",而是对"辩"的一种即"辞正"进行了批评,他给予"辩"以相当的肯定。进而探讨公孙龙子和邹衍在认知上的不同,指出邹衍这种切近实际而不过于形而上的思维态度,倒是近代以来一般科技工作者常抱有的。

Prediction of recurrence risk in early breast cancer using human epidermal growth factor 2 and cyclin A2

Background Human epidermal growth factor 2 （HER2） is one of the most important prediction factors, but only 25%-30% of breast cancer patients HER2 are positive. It is unknown whether there are other molecular markers that could be used to predict prognosis and recurrence in HER2 negative *** study investigated correlations of cyclin A2 and HER2 levels with clinical outcomes in 281 patients with invasive breast cancer in order to identify whether cyclin A2 can serve as a prognostic factor in HER2 negative patients. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect cyclin A2 and HER2 expression in 281 patients. Cyclin A2 and HER2 gene amplifications were analyzed using gene analysis and RT-PCR in 12 patients. Risk and survival estimates were analyzed using Log-rank, Kaplan-Meier, and Cox regression analysis; cyclin A2 and HER2 consistency with survival were analyzed using Kappa analysis. Results Patients with higher cyclin A2 and HER2 expressions had significantly shorter disease-free survival periods （P=0.047 and P=-0.05, respectively）. Kappa analysis performed that cyclin A2 and HER2 showed a low Kappa index （kappa=0.37）, allowing us to conclude that cyclin A2 and HER2 detect different pathologies. Gene analysis and RT-PCR showed that cyclin A2 was upregulated in patients with early relapse; the average increase was 3.69-2.74 fold. Conclusions Cyclin A2 and HER2 are associated with proliferation and high recurrence, particularly when combined. Cyclin A2 is easily detected by nuclear staining and might be a useful biomarker for recurrence risk in HER2 negative patients.

To assess the peripheral refractive changes that occur when eye growth decelerates in *** We measured peripheral refraction and on-axis vitreous chamber depth on a total of 53 marmosets;36 treated monocularly for 12 weeks 9 hrs/day(26 with-5 D contact lenses,10 with+5 D)and 17 untreated *** the 26 marmosets treated with-5 D,10 wore contact lenses 9 hrs/day without interruptions and were mea-sured at the end of 10 weeks of treatment(T10)and after 4 weeks of recovery(R14).Eight had both contact lenses removed for 30 mins twice/day(mid-morning and mid-afternoon)during the first four weeks of treatment(early interruption group)and eight had the lenses removed during the second four weeks of treatment(late interruption group).The two interruption groups were measured after 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment only(T4,T8,T12).
