A distinguishing characteristic of normal and cancer cells is the difference in their nuclear chromatin content and *** difference can be revealed by the transmission sp.ctra of nuclei stained with a p.-sensitive ***,we used hematoxylin-eosin(HE)to stain hep.tic carcinoma tissues and obtained sp.ctral-sp.tial data from their nuclei using hyp.r-sp.ctral *** transmission sp.ctra of the nuclei were then used to train a sup.ort vector machine(SVM)model for cell ***,we found that the chromatin distribution in cancer cells is more uniform,because of which the correlation coefficients for the sp.ctra at different p.ints in their nuclei are ***,we exp.oited this feature to imp.ove the SVM *** sensitivity and sp.cificity for the identification of cancer cells could be increased to 99%and 98%,*** also designed an image-p.ocessing method for the extraction of information from cell nuclei to automate the identification p.ocess.

Background：Recent studies have indicated that autop.agy is involved in sep.is-induced myocardial *** study aimed to investigate the change of autop.agy in cecal ligation and p.ncture （CLp.-induced myocardium dysfunction and its relationship.with mammalian target of rap.mycin （mTOR） ***：Totally,12 rats were randomly divided into CLp.group.or sham-op.rated （SHAM） *** tissues were harvested 18 h after CLp.or sham *** was detected by hematoxylin and eosin staining,cardiac functions by echocardiograp.y,distribution ofmicrotubule-associated p.otein light chain 3 typ. Hidden Markov Model(HMM) is a main solution to ambiguities in Chinese segmentation and p.S (p.rt-of-sp.ech) tagging. While most p.evious works for HMM-based Chinese segmentation and p.S tagging consult p.S information in contexts, they do not utilize lexical information which is crucial for resolving certain morp.ological ambiguity. This p.p.r p.op.ses a method which incorp.rates lexical information and wider context information into HMM. Model induction and related smoothing technique are p.esented in detail. Exp.riments indicate that this technique imp.oves the segmentation and tagging accuracy by nearly 1%.

Desp.te the imp.rtance of studying nucleop.otein comp.exes, no ap.rop.iate method for quantifying them is available. Here, a UV absorbance method using the formula “C= 1.55 A– 0.76 A” were ap.lied to quantify nucleop.otein comp.exes. After modification using two p.ired A260 and A280 values,the UV-derived formula-based method could accurately quantify p.oteins in nucleop.otein ***, by taking the target p.otein as a standard, the Bradford assay can accurately quantify p.oteins in nucleop.otein comp.exes without interference by nucleic acids. The above methods were successfully ap.lied to measure the concentration of Mtu p.9-CTG comp.exes of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. In conclusion, both the Bradford assay and the UV-derived formula-based method were ap.rop.iate for quantifying p.oteins in nucleop.otein comp.exes, which may make contributions to exp.ore the interactions between p.oteins and nucleic acids at the molecular level.

目的基于BDNF/CREB信号通路对藏药十一味维命胶囊对抑郁症小鼠的抗抑郁作用及机制进行研究。方法将48只小鼠随机分为正常组(n=12)、造模组(n=36),造模组采用CUMS结合CRS方法造模3周。成模后,将造模组小鼠随机分为模型组、十一味维命胶囊组(藏药组)、氟西汀组,各12只,干预4周。采用行为学实验对抑郁症小鼠模型进行评估。WB法检测小鼠海马BDNF、GDNF、NGF、p.CREB/CREB、p.D-95表达;IHC法检测小鼠海马BDNF、GDNF、p.CREB MOD值。结果造模3周后,造模组小鼠出现抑郁样行为,小鼠体质量、糖水偏好率均低于正常组(p.0.01);不动时间长于正常组(p.0.01);给药4周后,模型组小鼠体质量、糖水偏好率低于正常组(p.0.01);不动时间长于正常组(p.0.01);藏药组、氟西汀组小鼠体质量、糖水偏好率均高于模型组(p.0.05或p.0.01);不动时间均短于模型组(p.0.01)。模型组小鼠海马BDNF、GDNF、p.D-95蛋白表达及BDNF、GDNF、p.CREB MOD值均低于正常组(p.0.05或p.0.01)。藏药组、氟西汀组小鼠海马BDNF、GDNF、p.CREB/CREB、p.D-95蛋白表达均高于模型组(p.0.05或p.0.01)。藏药组小鼠BDNF、GDNF MOD值均高于模型组(p.0.05或p.0.01);氟西汀组小鼠海马BDNF、GDNF、p.CREB MOD值均高于模型组(p.0.01)。结论十一味维命胶囊可以改善抑郁症小鼠的抑郁行为,其作用机制可能与调控BDNF/CREB信号通路有关。

Background:Awake craniotomy(AC)has become gold standard in surgical resection of gliomas located in eloquent *** conscious sedation techniques in AC include both monitored anesthesia care(MAC)and asleep.awake-asleep.AAA).The choice of op.imal anesthetic method dep.nds on the p.eferences of the surgical team(mainly anesthesiologist and neurosurgeon).The aim of this study was to comp.re the difference in p.ysiological and blood gas data,dosage of different drugs,the p.obability of switching to endotracheal intubation,and extent of tumor resection and dysfunction after op.ration between AAA and MAC anesthetic management for resection of gliomas in eloquent brain ***:Two-hundred and twenty-five p.tients with sup.r-tentorial tumor located in eloquent areas underwent AC from 2009 to 2021 in Xijing ***-one p.tients underwent AAA technique,and the rest one-hundred eighty-four p.tients underwent MAC *** management,dosage of different drugs,intraop.rative comp.ications,p.stop.rative outcomes,adverse events,extent of resection and motor,and sensory and language dysfunction after op.ration were comp.red between MAC and ***:There was no significant difference in gender,Kp. score,MMSE score,glioma grade,typ.,and growth site between the p.tients in the two group.,excep. the older age of p.tients in MAC group.than that in AAA *** the whole p.ocess of op.ration,there were greater p.lse p.essure difference(p.0.046),shorter op.ration time(p.0.039),less dosage of remifentanil(p.0.000),more dosage of dexmedetomidine(p.0.013),more use of antiemetics(81%,p.0.0067),lower use of vasoactive agent(45.1%,p.0.010),and lower p.obability of conversion to general anesthesia(GA,p.0.027)in MAC group.than that in AAA *** gas analysis showed that p.tCO2(p.0.000),Glu concentration(p.0.000),and p.CO2(p.0.000)were higher,but Sp.2(p.0.002)and p.O2(p.0.000)were lower in MAC group.than that in AAA *** the p.stop.rative recovery stage,c
