报道用分子束外延(MBE)技术生长的x=0.4,0.8的高组分稀磁半导体Cd1-xMnxTe/CdTe超晶格低温和室温荧光谱研究结果。基态激子跃迁能级荧光谱实验结果显示高组分超晶格中具有高量子效率和高质量光发射。对激子能级随温度的变化进行了详细研究,给出激子跃迁能量的温度系数。激子能级线型的展宽随温度变化关系可用激子-纵向光学声子耦合模型解释。与光调制反射谱实验结果进行了比较。

Copolymer-1（Cop-1） is a peptide with immunomodulatory properties, approv.d by the Food and Drug Administration of United States in the treatment of multiple sclerosis. Cop-1 has been shown to exert neuroprotectiv. effects and induce neurogenesis in cerebral ischemia models. Nev.rtheless, the mechanism inv.lv.d in the neurogenic action of this compound remains unknown. The choroid plexus（CP） is a network of cells that constitute the interphase between the immune and central nerv.us systems, with the ability to mediate neurogenesis through the release of cytokines and growth factors. Therefore, the CP could play a role in Cop-1-induced neurogenesis. In order to determine the participation of the CP in the induction of neurogenesis after Cop-1 immunization, we ev.luated the gene expression of v.rious growth factors（brain-deriv.d neurotrophic factor, insulin-like growth factor 1, neurotrophin-3） and cytokines（tumor necrosis factor alpha, interferon-gamma, interleukin-4（IL-4）, IL-10 and IL-17）, in the CP at 14 days after ischemia. Furthermore, we analyzed the correlation between the expression of these genes and neurogenesis. Our results showed that Cop-1 was capable of stimulating an upregulation in the expression of the genes encoding for brain-deriv.d neurotrophic factor, insulin-like growth factor 1, neurotrophin-3 and IL-10 in the CP, which correlated with an increase in neurogenesis in the subv.ntricular and subgranular zone. As well, we observ.d a downregulation of IL-17 gene expression. This study demonstrates the effect of Cop-1 on the expression of growth factors and IL-10 in the CP, in the same way, presents a possible mechanism inv.lv.d in the neurogenic effect of Cop-1.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a global health *** to the high prev.lence in low-income countries,hepatitis B v.rus(HBv.and hepatitis C v.rus infections remain the main risk factors for HCC occurrence,despite the increasing frequencies of non-v.ral *** addition,hepatitis D v.rus coinfection increases the oncogenic risk in patients with HBv.*** molecular processes underlying HCC dev.lopment are complex and v.rious,either independent from liv.r disease etiology or *** reciprocal interlinkage among non-v.ral and v.ral risk factors,the damaged cellular microenv.ronment,the dysregulation of the immune system and the alteration of gutliv.r-axis are known to participate in liv.r cancer induction and *** mechanisms and pathways change throughout the natural history of v.ral hepatitis with the worsening of liv.r *** high risk of cancer incidence in chronic v.ral hepatitis infected patients compared to other liv.r disease etiologies makes it necessary to implement a proper surv.illance,both through clinical-biochemical scores and periodic ultrasound *** rev.ew aims to outline v.ral and microenv.ronmental factors contributing to HCC occurrence in patients with chronic v.ral hepatitis and to point out the importance of surv.illance programs recommended by international guidelines to promote early diagnosis of HCC.
