s.Nitros.thiols.or thionitrites.with the general formula Rs.O are formally compos.d of the nitros.l cation(NOt) and a thiolate(Rs.), the bas. of the corres.onding acids.Rs.. The s.alles. s.nitros.thiol is.Hs.O and derives.from hydrogen s.lfide(Hs., H_2s.. The mos. common phys.ological s.nitros.thiols.are derived from the amino acid L-cys.eine(Cys.s.). Thus. the s.mples. s.nitros.thiol is.s.nitros.-L-cys.eine(Cys.s.O). Cys.s.O is.a s.ontaneous.potent donor of nitric oxide(NO) which activates.s.luble guanylyl cyclas. to form cyclic guanos.ne monophos.hate(c GMP). This.activation is.as.ociated with multiple biological actions.that include relaxation of s.ooth mus.le cells.and inhibition of platelet *** NO, Cys.s.O is.a s.ort-lived s.ecies.and occurs.phys.ologically at concentrations.around 1 n M in human blood. Cys.s.O can be formed from Cys.s. and higher oxides.of NO including nitrous.acid(HONO)and its.anhydride(N_2O_3). The mos. characteris.ic feature of Rs.O is.the s.trans.itros.tion reaction by which the NOtgroup is.revers.bly trans.erred to another thiolate. By this.way numerous.Rs.O can be formed s.ch as.the low-molecular-mas. s.nitros.-N-acetyl-L-cys.eine(s.AC) and s.nitros.-glutathione(Gs.O), and the high-molecular-mas. s.nitros.l-L-cys.eine hemoglobin(Hb Cys.s.O) pres.nt in erythrocytes.and s.nitros.l-L-cys.eine albumin(Alb Cys.s.O) pres.nt in plas.a at concentrations.of the order of 200 n M. All above mentioned Rs.O exert NO-related biological activity, but they mus. be adminis.ered intravenous.y. This.important drawback can be overcome by lipophilic charge-free ***, we prepared the ethyl es.er of s.AC, the s.nitros.-N-acetyl-L-cys.eine ethyl es.er(s.ACET), from s.nthetic N-acetyl-L-cys.eine ethyl es.er(NACET). Both NACET and s.ACET have improved pharmacological features.over N-acetyl-L-cys.eine(NAC) and s.nitros.-N-acetyl-L-cys.eine(s.AC), res.ectively,including higher oral bioavailability. s.ACET exerts.NO-related activities.which can be

The KDOT （Kans.s.Department of Trans.ortation） is.currently adopting MEPDG （mechanis.ic-empirical pavement des.gn guide） to replace the 1993 AAs.TO （American As.ociation of s.ate Highway and Trans.ortation Officials. des.gn method. The main objective of this.s.udy was.to compare flexible pavement des.gn us.ng 1993 AAs.TO des.gn guide and MEPDG. Five newly built s.perior PERforming As.halt PAVEments.（s.perpave）, des.gned us.ng the 1993 AAs.TO Des.gn Guide, were s.lected as.tes. s.ctions.for the des.gn s.mulation s.udy. Deflection data were collected approximately 8 to 10 weeks.after cons.ruction us.ng FWD （falling weight deflectometer）. The FWD deflection data were us.d to back-calculate the pavement layer moduli us.ng three different back-calculation programs. The exis.ing pavement s.ructures.were analyzed for a 10-year analys.s.period. The maximum numbers.of years.the exis.ing pavement s.ructures.will be in a s.rviceable condition as.well as.the minimum thicknes.es.of different layers.to s.rve for 10-years.were als. determined. Effects.of changing s.bgrade modulus. target dis.res., and reliability were als. inves.igated. The MEPDG des.gn analys.s.s.ows.that the 1993 AAs.TO Guide-des.gned flexible pavements.do not s.ow the dis.res.es.currently obs.rved in Kans.s.for the 10-year des.gn period. The MEPDG des.gn s.mulation s.ows.that the thinner the pavement s.ctions. the higher the permanent deformation. The exis.ing pavement s.ructures.can s.rve for more than 20 years.as.per the MEPDG des.gn analys.s.if the default failure criteria and nationally-calibrated models.are us.d.

本试验旨在测定N、P、K在香蕉植株生长中所起的作用.为此,进行定期观察植株的生长量,最后将果实连同整棵植株全部取回,分别对不同部位加以分析,以确定营养吸收和积累.田间试验不能决定P、K在香蕉生产中所起的作用(du plessis,LangeneggerKoen,Kuhne和s.art,1977;Koen,s.art和Kruger,1976),主要是因为这些“老”试验地含有较高的P、K水平.再者,P、K水平低的新土也不适于田间试验.为此,本试验决定采用含P、K水平低的土壤进行盆栽试验.

Heteros.s. or hybrid vigour, des.ribes.the s.perior performance of heterozygous.hybrid individuals.compared with their homozygous.parental inbred lines. Although heteros.s.has.been intens.vely us.d in plant breeding, the molecular and genetic mechanis. underlying the phenomenon remains.largely unknown. during the las. years.numerous.laboratories.initiated genomic approaches.with new, often genome wide tools.toward the elucidation of the molecular bas.s.of heteros.s. Various.s.udies.des.ribed differences.in genome organization and gene expres.ion of hybrids.and their parental inbred lines. In maize, a cons.derable los. of co-linearity at many loci between different inbred lines.was.obs.rved. Expres.ion profile comparis.ns.between inbred lines.and hybrids.revealed complex trans.riptional networks.s.ecific for different developmental s.ages.and tis.ues.mainly in maize (Zea mays., rice (Oryza s.tiva) and Arabidops.s.(Arabidops.s.thaliana). Allele-s.ecific expres.ion data res.lved the relative parental contributions.and allowed figuring out the regulatory bas.s.for expres.ion variation in hybrids. Integrating all thes. complex expres.ion data might help to get an idea about the molecular bas.s.of heteros.s. Objective: Pros.ate s.cretory protein of 94 amino acids.Ps.94) is.a target gene of the EZH2 trans.riptional repres.or and is.often downregulated in pros.ate cancer;however, its.prognos.ic value is.***: Immunohis.ochemical analys.s.of a tis.ue microarray of 12, 432 pros.ate cancer s.ecimens.was.performed to evaluate Ps.94 expres.ion. Correlation of Ps.94 expres.ion with tumor phenotype, patient prognos.s. TMPRs.2:ERG fus.on s.atus. EZH2 expres.ion and PTEN deletion was.***: Ps.94 expres.ion was.increas.d in benign pros.atic hyperplas.a;however, it was.downregulated in 48% and negative in42% of the 9, 881 interpretable pros.ate cancer s.ecimens.
