Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) are monoclonal antibody antagonists,which can block cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4 (CTLA-4),programmed death-1/ligand-1 (Pd-1/Pd-L1) pathways,and other molecules exploited by tumor cells to evade T cell-mediated immune *** have transformed the treatment landscape for various cancers due to their amazing *** anti-tumor therapies,including targeted therapy,radiotherapy,and chemotherapy,combine ICIs to make the treatment more ***,the off-target immune activation caused by ICIs may lead to a broad spectrum of immune-related adverse events (irAes) affecting multiple organ *** irAes,cardiotoxicity induced by ICIs,uncommon but fatal,has greatly offset survival benefits from ICIs,which is heartbreaking for both patients and ***,such cardiotoxicity requires special vigilance,and it has become a common challenge both for patients and *** article reviewed the clinical manifestations and influence of cardiotoxicity from the view of patients and clinicians,elaborated on the underlying mechanisms in conjunction with animal studies,and then attempted to propose management strategies from a cardio-immuno-oncology multidisciplinary perspective.

Mountainous areas are of special hydrological concern because topography and atmospheric conditions can result in large and sudden floods,posing serious risks to water-related safety in neighbouring *** Yarlung Zangbo(YZ)River basin is the largest river basin on the Tibetan Plateau(TP),but how floods will discharge in this basin and how the role of glacier melt in floods will change throughout the 21st-century under shared socioeconomic pathways scenarios(SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5)remain ***,we comprehensively address this scientific question based on a well-validated large-scale glacier-hydrology *** results indicate that extreme floods was projected to increase in the YZ basin,and was mainly reflected in increased duration(4–10 d per decade)and intensity(153–985 m^(3)s^(−1)per decade).Glacier runoff was projected to increase(2–30 mm per decade)throughout the 21st-century,but there was also a noticeable decrease or deceleration in glacier runoff growth in the late first half of the century under the SSP2-4.5,and in the latter half of the century under the *** melt was projected to enhance the duration(12%–23%)and intensity(15%–21%)of extreme floods under both SSPs,which would aggravate the impact of future floods on the socioeconomics of the YZ *** effect was gradually overwhelmed by precipitation-induced floods from glacier areas to YZ *** study takes the YZ basin as a projection framework example to help enrich the understanding of future flood hazards in basins affected by rainfall-or meltwater across the TP,and to help policy-makers and water managers develop future plans.

deep oil and gas reservoirs are under high-temperature conditions, but traditional coring methods do not consider temperature-preserved measures and ignore the influence of temperature on rock porosity and permeability, resulting in distorted resource assessments. The development of in situ temperaturepreserved coring(ITP-Coring) technology for deep reservoir rock is urgent, and thermal insulation materials are key. Therefore, hollow glass microsphere/epoxy resin thermal insulation materials(HGM/eP materials) were proposed as thermal insulation materials. The materials properties under coupled hightemperature and high-pressure(HTHP) conditions were tested. The results indicated that high pressures led to HGM destruction and that the materials water absorption significantly increased; additionally,increasing temperature accelerated the process. High temperatures directly caused the thermal conductivity of the materials to increase; additionally, the thermal conduction and convection of water caused by high pressures led to an exponential increase in the thermal conductivity. High temperatures weakened the matrix, and high pressures destroyed the HGM, which resulted in a decrease in the tensile mechanical properties of the materials. The materials entered the high elastic state at 150.C, and the mechanical properties were weakened more obviously, while the pressure led to a significant effect when the water absorption was above 10%. Meanwhile, the tensile strength/strain were 13.62 MPa/1.3%and 6.09 MPa/0.86% at 100.C and 100 MPa, respectively, which meet the application requirements of the self-designed coring device. Finally, K46-f40 and K46-f50 HGM/eP materials were proven to be suitable for ITP-Coring under coupled conditions below 100.C and 100 MPa. Three-atoms-type V2C MXene, an emerging class of transition metal carbides, has attracted tremendous attention in the fabrication of advanced memristive devices due to its excellent electrochemical properties. However,the inserted effects and corresponding physical mechanisms of inserting V2C on traditional TiO2-based memristors have not been clearly explored. In this work, exhaustive electrical characterizations of the V2C/TiO2-based devices exhibit enhanced performance（e.g., improved switching stability and lower operating voltages） compared to the TiO2-based counterparts. In addition, the advantaged influences of the inserted V2C have also been studied by means of first-principles calculations, confirming that V2C MXene enables controllable internal ionic process and facilitated formation mechanism of the Ag conductive filaments. This work demonstrates a way to combine experimental and theoretical investigations to reveal the positive effects of introducing V2C MXene on memristor, which is beneficial for fabricating performance-enhanced memristors.
