The melting process of solid-liquid phase change materials(PCM)has a significant impact on their energy storage *** more effectively apply solid-liquid PCM for energy storage,it is crucial to study the regulation of melting process of solid-liquid PCM,which is numerically investigated based on double multiple relaxation time lattice Boltzmann method(MRT-LBM)in this *** this work we pay more attention to the effects of different ste.a. numbers(ste.a.d Rayleigh numbers(Ra)on the melting *** results indicate that the PCM melting is greatly influenced by the ste number and Ra number,which can be divided into the heat conduction dominant stage and the convection dominant stage,according to the onset time of convection Fo_(C).In order to describe the contribution of the heat conduction dominant stage to the whole melting process quantitatively,we firstly propose the ratio of the heat conduction dominant stage R_(pc),which can be defined as the ratio of Fo_(C)to the complete melting time Fo_(M).R_(pc)gradually decreases as the Ra number increases,and when the ste number rises:R_(pc)=90.0%when ste=1.0 and Ra=1×10^(5),R_(pc)=39.6%when ste=0.1 and Ra=1×10^(5),and R_(pc)=14.0%when ste=1.0 and Ra=1×10~7.A regime map about the effects of different ste numbers and Ra numbers on R_(pc)has been further *** discovered findings would be helpful in regulating melting process in the energy storage of solid-liquid PCM.

The interplay between soil physical parameters during the recovery from anoxic stresses （reoxidation） is largely unrecognized. This study was conducted to chaxacterise the soil aeration status and derive correlations between variable aeration factors during reoxidation. Surface layers （0-30 cm） of three soil types, Haplic Phaeozem, Mollic Gleysol, and Eutric Cambisol （FAO soil group）, were selected for analysis. The moisture content was determined for a range of pF values （0, 1.5, 2.2, 2.7, and 3.2）, corresponding to the available water for microorganisms and plant roots. The variability of a number of soil aeration parameters, such as water potential （pF）, air-filled porosity （Eg）, oxygen diffusion rate （ODR）, and redox potential （Eh）, were investigated. These parameters were found to be interrelated in most cases. There were significant （P 〈 0.001） negative correlations of pF, Eg, and ODR with Eh. A decrease in water content as a consequence of soil reoxidation was manifested by an increase in the values of aeration factors in the soil environment. These results contributed to understanding of soil redox processes during recovery from flooding and might be useful for development of agricultural techniques aiming at soil reoxidation and soil fertility optimisation.

Over the past decade,a growing number of studies have reported transcription factor-based in situ reprogramming that can directly conve rt endogenous glial cells into functional neurons as an alternative approach for n euro regeneration in the adult mammalian central ne rvous *** r,many questions remain regarding how a terminally differentiated glial cell can transform into a delicate neuron that forms part of the intricate brain *** addition,concerns have recently been raised around the absence of astrocyte-to-neuron conversion in astrocytic lineage-tra cing *** this study,we employed repetitive two-photon imaging to continuously capture the in situ astrocyte-to-neuron conversion process following ecto pic expression of the neural transcription factor NeuroD1 in both prolife rating reactive astrocytes and lineage-tra ced astrocytes in the mouse ***-lapse imaging over several wee ks revealed the ste p-by-step transition from a typical astrocyte with numero us short,tapered branches to a typical neuro n with a few long neurites and dynamic growth cones that actively explored the local *** addition,these lineage-converting cells were able to migrate ra dially or to ngentially to relocate to suitable ***,two-photon Ca2+imaging and patch-clamp recordings confirmed that the newly generated neuro ns exhibited synchronous calcium signals,repetitive action potentials,and spontaneous synaptic responses,suggesting that they had made functional synaptic connections within local neural *** conclusion,we directly visualized the step-by-step lineage conversion process from astrocytes to functional neurons in vivo and unambiguously demonstrated that adult mammalian brains are highly plastic with respect to their potential for neuro regeneration and neural circuit reconstruction.

Purpose It is well recognised that injury prevention training can reduce injury incidence,however current coach education pathways do not provide grass-root coaches with the knowledge and confidence to deliver such training to youth *** aim of this study was to explore differences in knowledge,understanding,attitude and confidence to deliver such injury prevention training in three European *** A total of 269 grass-root soccer coaches from 3 European countries(Czech Republic,UK,Spain)were recruited for this study.A validated questionnaire exploring knowledge,understanding,attitude towards and confidence to deliver youth injury prevention training was completed prior to a 2 h workshop on injury prevention *** between countries was examined using Bayesian factors to quantify the evidence for and against the hypothesis of independence(H0)by assuming a Poisson sampling scheme(as there was no a priori restriction on any cell count,nor on the grand total)(BF10 Poisson).Results Current knowledge,attitude and confidence to deliver injury prevention training to youth players was poor across all three European *** few coaches were currently using injury prevention training in their coaching sessions(23%).There were some country specific differences for attitude towards injury prevention training and confidence to deliver injury training,with Spanish coaches reporting a more positive attitude and confidence to deliver such *** fewer coaches in the UK were using injury prevention training compared to coaches in Spain and the Czech *** As coaches identified a need for coach education and few were delivering injury prevention training,there is a clear need to embed and implement this programme into the grassroots coaching framework of sports governing bodies to improve adoption,implementation and maintenance.

固液熔融过程具有温度/体积变化小、潜热释放/吸收量大的特点,在工程技术中具有重要的应用。为了更好的利用固液熔融过程进行储能,本文采用具有多松弛时间碰撞模型的双分布函数格子Boltzmann方法对方腔内固液熔融过程进行数值模拟,探究Rayleigh数(Ra)和ste.a.数(ste)对相变熔融过程的影响,并对相应无量纲结果进行展示和分析。结果表明,Ra数的增加不仅有利于对流起始时间的提前,还有利于速度涡的形成。而ste数会使对流起始时间略有增加,但对速度涡的形成没有明显影响。此外,Ra数或ste数的增加均有利于缩短完全熔融时间。

目的：了解偏头痛患者丘脑血流的变化。方法：用９９ｍＴｃ－六甲基两二胺肟和Ｎｏｖｏ－８１０高分辨率ＳＰＥＣＴ仪，以感兴趣区（ＲＯＩ）相对放射性计数百分率（ＲＯＩ％）为指标，对６０例次偏头痛患者的丘脑血流变化作了定量分析。结果：与无预兆偏头痛组的平均ＲＯＩ％值（２４９．Ｉｆ１４．９）相比，预兆偏头痛组ＲＯＩ％升高（２５９．１±１７．１），差异有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）；偏瘫、偏身感觉异常预兆偏头痛组升高更明显（２６３．８±１７．２），差异有极显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）；而单纯视觉预兆组稍升高（２５５．１±１６．４），差异无显著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：偏瘫、偏身感觉异常预兆组丘脑血流升高，原因可能为：①缺血后高灌注。②除丘脑外，其它脑区血流减少。③各种神经、化学性刺激的结果。
