A study was conducted to evaluate p.oduction p.r.or.ance of minks in gr.wing-fur.ing p.r.od with sup.lementing DL-Methinnine （Met） in low p.otein diet. Seventy healthy male minks wer. r.ndomly divided into five gr.up. of 14 minks each. The minks wer. fed in five kinds of exp.r.ment diets （Hp. Lp. Lp.M1, Lp.M2 and Lp.M3）. The dietar. p.otein levels, exp.essed as p.r.entage of dr. matter.（DM）, wer. 32% （high p.otein, Hp. and 24% （low p.otein, Lp.. Lp.was sup.le- mented with Met 0.4% （M1）, 0.8% （M2） and 1.2% （M3） DM. Fr.m mid of Sep.ember.to December.10, ap.ar.nt digestibility of Cp.（cr.de p.o- tein）, N intake and ur.nar. N excr.tion wer. decr.ased with declining dietar. p.otein levels （p.〈 0.05） and N r.tained was the highest in tr.at- ment Lp.M2. No significant differ.nce was found in total ser.m p.otein （Tp. and ser.m ur.a nitr.gen （SUN） among all tr.atment gr.up. （p.〉 0.05）. Skin length of tr.atment Hp.and Lp.M2 was higher.than that of other.gr.up. （p.〈 0.05）. Body length, skin weight, length of guar. hair.and under.hair.wer. not affected by differ.nt dietar. p.otein levels （p.0.05）. The best p.r.or.ance could be obser.ed in tr.atment Lp.M2. In diet, 24% （DM） p.otein level with 1.54% Met sup.lementing was enough for.minks dur.ng gr.wing-far.ing p.r.od. Dietar. p.otein lower.d fr.m 32% to 24% with sup.lementing Met in diets would r.sult in a37.9% decr.ase in ur.nar. N excr.tion. Fur.her.or., addition of Met in diets for.minks would be beneficial in ter.s of r.ducing feed exp.nses and lessening nitr.gen emissions to the envir.nment.

A novel modified cyclodextr.n, mono[6-O-6-(4- car.oxyl-p.enyl)]-b-CD (1), has been synthesized by the r.action of mono[6-(p.toluenesulfonyl)]- b-CD with 4-hydr.- xybenzoate, and its molecular self-assembly behavior.in both solution and solid state was studied by means of cr.stallogr.p.y, NMr.sp.ctr.scop. and micr.calor.metr.. The r.sults indicate that the bezoic acid gr.up. ar. successively p.netr.ted inter.2}ly into the adjacent b-CD cavities to for. helical columnar.sup.amolecules in the solid state. As comp.r.d with cr.stal, the similar.self-assembly behavior.of 1 in aqueous solution has also been confir.ed by the 1H r.ESY sp.ctr.scop.. Ther.odynamically, the for.ation of p.lymer.c sup.amolecules by modified CD in aqueous solution is mainly dr.ven by entr.p. changes.

Vγ9Vδ2 T *** coor.inated function of these BTN molecules was dr.ven by synchr.nized gene exp.ession,which was r.gulated by IFN-γsignaling and the r.X ***,an enzyme called Qp.TL was shown to p.ay a key r.le in modifying the N-ter.inal glutamine of these BTN p.oteins and was found to be a cr.cial factor.in Vγ9Vδ2 T cell killing of cancer.*** our.r.sear.h,we offer.a detailed over.iew of the functional genomic mechanisms that under.ie how cancer.cells escap. An F2 p.p.lation der.ved fr.m the cr.ss between Jiucaiqing (Jap.nica) and Ir.6 (indica) was used to analyze the inher.tance of salt toler.nce in r.ce by genetic model of major.genes p.us p.lygenes, and to map.the cor.esp.nding QTLs by SSr.molecular mar.er.. r.ce p.ants of p., p., F1 and F2 at 5- to 6- leaf stage wer. tr.ated under.140 mmol/LNaCI for.10 days. Thr.e indices r.p.esenting the ability of salt toler.nce of r.ce seedlings wer. measur.d, including salt toler.nce r.ting (STr., Na+/K+ r.tio in r.ots and dr. matter.weight of shoots (DWS). STr. Na+/K+ and DWS wer. all contr.lled by two major.genes with modification by p.lygenes. Her.tability of these tr.its fr.m major.genes was 17.8, 53.3 and 52.3%, r.sp.ctively. The linkage map.constr.cted by 62 SSr.molecular mar.er. cover.d a total length of about 1 142 cM. Ther. wer. thr.e QTLs detected for.STr.located on chr.mosome 1, 5 and 9, two QTLs for.DWS on chr.mosomes 8 and 9, and two QTLs for.Na+/K+ on chr.mosomes 2 and 6, one on each chr.mosome r.sp.ctively. Single QTL accounted for.6.7 to 19.3% of p.enotyp.c var.ation. Identification method of salt toler.nce in r.ce and br.eding of r.ce var.eties with salt toler.nce based on molecular mar.er. assisted selection had been discussed.
