目的研究通心络胶囊对糖尿病大鼠心功能及心肌重塑的影响。方法选取Spargue Dawley(SD)雄性大鼠83只,用2%链脲佐菌素(STZ)30 mg/kg造模后,将其随机分为通心络高、中、低剂量组、缬沙坦组、糖尿病组。各组灌胃10周;监测其体重及血糖;大鼠麻醉后测定其心功能,测定心脏质量指数,ELISA法测定大鼠心肌匀浆TGF-β1、Caspase-3、bcl-2蛋白含量。结果通心络胶囊的高、中、低剂量组及缬沙坦组较糖尿病组精神状态更活跃,毛色有光泽,多食、多饮、多尿症状减轻,大便较干燥,体重增加。造模后,通心络高、中、低剂量组、缬沙坦组及糖尿病组较空白对照组明显下降,灌胃4~10周,各组较空白对照组差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。心室间隔厚度、室后壁厚度、室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期容积、左室收缩末期容积指标比较,缬沙坦组和通心络高剂量组较糖尿病组各指标均明显降低(P0.05)。bcl-2指标中,缬沙坦和通心络高、中剂量组较糖尿病组明显增加(P<0.05),通心络高剂量组明显高于缬沙坦组(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊可以明显改善糖尿病大鼠的心功能、抑制心肌重塑,疗效可观。

Toughening of brittle materials by the inclusion of ductile phases is governed by several important factors which include ceramic-ductile phase interfacial bond strength, physical and chemical compatibility between ceramic and ductile phase, geometry and mechanical properties of ductile phase. The present understanding of the effect of these factors on toughening is reviewed and clarified. Continuous ductile phases (network, fibre or plate) are found to be more efficient for the toughening of brittle materials than discrete ductile particles. However, ductile particle toughened brittle materials have the advantages of material homogeneity, isotropy, and particularly better high temperature properties. It has been demonstrated that the influence of interfacial bond strength is determined by the geometry of the ductile phase in the composites. For the comparatively continuous ductile phase, such as ductile network, fibre or plate, comparatively weak interfacial bond strength can promote partial debonding of the brittle matrix-ductile phase interface during crack propagation and is beneficial for toughening. For discrete particulate ductile phase toughened brittle materials, the small gauge length of the ductile phase often results in the ductile phase pull-out during crack propagation which is the main limitation to toughening. Thus strong bond strength is required to ensure the bridging of the crack by the ductile phase. The coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) mismatch between matrix and ductile phase has also been correlated with the geometry of the ductile phase. In most of the ceramic/metal systems, the CTE of the ductile metal phase is greater than that of the ceramic matrix. In the case of ductile network, fibre or plate, the residual stress created by the CTE mismatch can contribute to toughening through its influence on the initial crack opening stress while the bridging of the crack by the ductile phase is still ensured. In this article, we consider the global existence and decay rates of solutions for the transmission problem of Kirchhoff type wave equations consisting of two physi- cally different types of materials, one component is a Kirchhoff type wave equation with nonlinear time dependent localized dissipation which is effective only on a neighborhood of certain part of the boundary, while the other is a Kirchhoff type wave equation with nonlinear memory.

In this paper we consider the large time behavior of solutions to an n-dimensional transmission problem for two Kirchhoff type viscoelastic wave equations, that is, the wave propagation over bodies consisting of two physically different types of materials. One component is a simple elastic part while the other is a viscoelastic component endowed with a long range memory. We show that the dissipation produced by the viscoelastic part is strong enough to produce exponential or polynomial decay of the solution

以采集的121份野生枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)种质为材料,用9对SSR引物进行扩增,采用GeneALEX、Power Marker软件进行多态性分析,利用NTSYS、STRUC-TURE软件进行遗传多样性分析、聚类分析和主成分分析。结果表明,9对SSR引物共检测到108个等位基因,等位基因数(Na)、有效等位基因数(Ne)、观测杂合度(Ho)、期望杂合度(He)、多态信息含量(PIC)、Shannon’s信息指数分别为12个、4.620个、0.678、0.651、0.629、1.568;聚类结果显示121份野生枸杞种质可划分为5个亚群,群体遗传结构表明当K=5时,121个种质划分为5个亚群,来自宁夏的NXGY-02、NXGY-032个种质与来自内蒙古的6个种质之间的遗传距离最远,亲缘关系较远,来自青海省、新疆、甘肃省及内蒙古的其余野生枸杞种质之间存在广泛的基因交流现象;宁夏、内蒙古的野生枸杞种质具有独立起源进化的可能,而新疆、甘肃省、青海省的种质与宁夏种质亲缘关系较近,很可能属于同一起源。

The interplay between apoptotic cancer cells and the tumor microenvironment modulates cancer progression and ***-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)play a crucial role in promoting these events through paracrine ***,we demonstrate that conditioned medium(CM)from lung CAFs exposed to apoptotic cancer cells suppresses TGF-β1-induced migration and invasion of cancer cells and *** exposure of CAFs to apoptotic 344SQ cells(ApoSQ)inhibited CAF migration and invasion and the expression of CAF activation *** secretion of Wnt‐induced signaling protein 1(WISP-1)by CAFs exposed to ApoSQ was required for these antimigratory and anti-invasive *** inhibition of Notch1 activation or siRNA-mediated Notch1 silencing prevented WISP-1 production by CAFs and reversed the antimigratory and anti-invasive *** expression of the Notch ligand delta-like protein 1 on the surface of ultraviolet-irradiated apoptotic lung cancer cells triggered Notch1-WISP-1 *** receptor brain-specific angiogenesis inhibitor 1(BAI1)-Rac1 signaling,which facilitated efferocytosis by CAFs,participated in crosstalk with Notch1 signaling for optimal production of *** addition,a single injection of ApoSQ enhanced WISP-1 production,suppressed the expression of CAF activation markers in isolated Thy1^(+)CAFs,and inhibited lung metastasis in syngeneic immunocompetent mice via Notch1 *** with CM from CAFs exposed to ApoSQ suppressed tumor growth and lung metastasis,whereas treatment with WISP-1-immunodepleted CM from CAFs exposed to ApoSQ reversed the antitumorigenic and antimetastatic ***,treatment with CM from CAFs exposed to apoptotic lung cancer cells could be therapeutically applied to suppress CAF activation,thereby preventing cancer progression and metastasis.

Approximately 8%of all non-Hodgkin lymphomas are extranodal marginal zone B cell lymphomas of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT),also known as MALT *** arise at a wide range of different extranodal sites,with most cases affecting the stomach,the lung,the ocular adnexa and the *** small intestine is involved in a lower percentage of *** growth in the early stages is associated with long-lasting chronic inflammation provoked by bacterial infections(e.g.,Helicobacter pylori or Chlamydia psittaci infections)or autoimmune conditions(e.g.,Sjögren’s syndrome or Hashimoto thyroiditis).While these inflammatory processes trigger lymphoma cell proliferation and/or survival,they also shape the ***,activated immune cells are actively recruited to the lymphoma,resulting in either direct lymphoma cell stimulation via surface receptor interactions and/or indirect lymphoma cell stimulation via secretion of soluble factors like *** addition,chronic inflammatory conditions cause the acquisition of genetic alterations resulting in autonomous lymphoma cell ***,novel agents targeting the microenvironment have been developed and clinically tested in MALT lymphomas as well as other lymphoid *** this review,we aim to describe the composition of the microenvironment of MALT lymphoma,the interaction of activated immune cells with lymphoma cells and novel therapeutic approaches in MALT lymphomas using immunomodulatory and/or microenvironmenttargeting agents.

叉头转录因子FoxO1是一种重要的调控因子,其广泛参与机体的各项生命活动,对其生物信息学的分析,可以更清楚和直观的了解FoxO1基因的结构和功能,为后期发育、分化、代谢和进化等作用机制的深入研究提供重要的理论基础。本试验运用生物信息学手段对牛FoxO1基因的结构和功能进行预测分析,结果表明FoxO1蛋白为不稳定的亲水性酸性蛋白质,主要定位在细胞核,含有七个半胱氨酸残基,其中六个半胱氨酸形成三个二硫键,3个氨基酸具有59个潜在磷酸化位点,作为非分泌型蛋白,无信号肽和跨膜区域,其二级结构中,无规则卷曲所占比例高达75.42%,且在第165-259位氨基酸之间,其叉头域有95个保守的氨基酸残基。
