This study presents a solvent-free,facile synthesis of a bio-based green antibacterial agent and aromatic monomer methacrylated vanillin(MV)using *** resulting MV not only imparted antibacterial properties to coatings layered on leather,but could also be employed as a green alternative to petroleum-based carcinogen styrene(st).Herein,MV was copolymerized with butyl acrylate(BA)to obtain waterborne bio-based P(MV-BA)miniemulsion via miniemulsion ***,MXene nanosheets with excellent photothermal conversion performance and antibacterial properties,were introduced into the P(MV-BA)miniemulsion by ultrasonic *** the gradual solidification of P(MV-BA)/MXene nanocomposite miniemulsion on the leather surface,MXene gradually migrated to the surface of leather coatings due to the cavitation effect of ultrasonication and amphiphilicity of MXene,which prompted its full exposure to light and bacteria,exerting the maximum photothermal conversion efficiency and significant antibacterial *** particular,when the dosage of MXene nanosheets was 1.4 wt%,the surface temperature of P(MV-BA)/MXene nanocomposite miniemulsioncoated leather(PML)increased by about 15℃ in an outdoor environment during winter,and the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus was nearly 100%under the simulated sunlight treatment for 30 ***,the introduction of MXene nanosheets increased the air permeability,water vapor permeability,and thermal stability of these *** study provides a new insight into the preparation of novel,green,and waterborne bio-based nanocomposite coatings for leather,with desired warmth retention and antibacterial *** can not only realize zerocarbon heating based on sunlight in winter,reducing the use of fossil fuels and greenhouse gas emissions,but also improve ability to fight off invasion by harmful bacteria,viruses,and other microorganisms.

rice cooking and eating qualities(CEQ)are mainly determined by cooked rice textural parameters and starch physicochemical ***,the genetic bases of grain texture and starch properties in rice have not been fully *** conducted a genome-wide association study for apparent amylose content(AAC),starch pasting viscosities,and cooked rice textural parameters using 279 indica rice accessions from the 3000 rice Genome *** identified 26 QTLs in the whole population and detected single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)with the lowest P-value at the Waxy(Wx)locus for all traits except pasting temperature and ***,we detected significant SNPs at the SUBstANDArD stArCH GrAIN6(SSG6)locus for AAC,setback(SB),hardness,adhesiveness,chewiness(CHEW),gumminess(GUM),and *** subsequently divided the population using a SNP adjacent to the Waxy locus,and identified 23 QTLs and 12 QTLs in two sub-panels,WxT and WxA,*** these sub-panels,SSG6 was also identified to be associated with pasting parameters,including peak viscosity,hot paste viscosity,cold paste viscosity,and consistency ***,a candidate gene encoding monosaccharide transporter 5(OsMst5)was identified to be associated with AAC,breakdown,SB,CHEW,and *** total,39 QTLs were co-localized with known genes or previously reported *** identified genes and QTLs provide valuable information for genetic manipulation to improve rice CEQ.

MXene,a transition metal carbide/nitride,has been prominent as an ideal electrochemical active material for ***,the low MXene load limits its practical *** environmental concerns and sustainable development become more widely recognized,it is necessary to explore a greener and cleaner technology to recycle textile by-products such as *** present study proposes an effective 3D fabrication method that uses MXene to fabricate waste denim felt into ultralight and flexible supercapacitors through needling and *** 3D structure provided more sites for loading MXene onto Z-directional fiber bundles,resulting in more efficient ion exchange between the electrolyte and ***,the carbonization process removed the specific adverse groups in MXenes,further improving the specific capacitance,energy density,power density and electrical conductivity of *** electrodes achieve a maximum specific capacitance of 1748.5 mF cm-2 and demonstrate remarkable cycling stability maintaining more than 94%after 15,000 galvanostatic charge/discharge ***,the obtained supercapacitors present a maximum specific capacitance of 577.5 mF cm^(-2),energy density of 80.2μWh cm^(-2)and power density of 3 mW cm^(-2),*** resulting supercapacitors can be used to develop smart wearable power devices such as smartwatches,laying the foundation for a novel strategy of utilizing waste cotton in a high-quality manner.

21世纪以来，随着信息技术进入高速发展新时期，我国电商行业也呈现出井喷式发展的趋势，在电商行业高速发展的背后，传统流通供应链不断地暴露出各种各样的问题，流通环节过多、流通成本较高、时间浪费严重等问题成为制约电商行业和流通业继续发展的阻碍。通过对新零售模式下的流通供应链商业模式升级转型的路径与机理的分析探讨，为该领域深入研究流通供应链商业模式转型升级提供学术参考和理论支撑。从产品、零售渠道、技术等要素的调整开始，系统梳理转型升级机理的组成部分，进而通过构建流通供应链商业模式的理论分析框架来研究传统商业模式的转型升级路径，最终提出了以大数据为中心的流通供应链平台生态系统商业模式。

Cartilage development is controlled by the highly synergistic proliferation and differentiation of growth plate chondrocytes,in which the Indian hedgehog(IHH)and parathyroid hormone-related protein-parathyroid hormone-1 receptor(PTHrP-PTH1r)feedback loop is *** inositol-requiring enzyme 1a/X-box-binding protein-1 spliced(IrE1α/XBP1s)branch of the unfolded protein response(UPr)is essential for normal cartilage ***,the precise role of Er stress effector IrE1α,encoded by endoplasmic reticulum to nucleus signaling 1(ErN1),in skeletal development remains ***,we reported that loss of IrE1α accelerates chondrocyte hypertrophy and promotes endochondral bone ***1 acts as a negative regulator of chondrocyte proliferation and differentiation in postnatal growth *** deficiency interrupted PTHrP/PTH1r and IHH homeostasis leading to impaired chondrocyte hypertrophy and ***1s,produced by p-IrE1α-mediated splicing,binds and up-regulates PTH1r and IHH,which coordinate cartilage ***,Er stress cannot be activated normally in ErN1-deficient *** conclusion,ErN1 deficiency accelerates chondrocyte hypertrophy and cartilage mineralization by impairing the homeostasis of the IHH and PTHrP/PTH1r feedback loop and Er ***1 may have a potential role as a new target for cartilage growth and maturation.

科学技术日新月异的发展和国际科学教育改革趋势都迫切要求“大科学教育”的新话语和新理念。“大科学教育”的提出既源于大科学时代的特色、对科学进行广义理解的传统资源，也源于培养学生应对21世纪挑战、解决复杂问题的“大教育”的要求。在“大科学教育”视野下，学校教育应当成为科学教育的主阵地，不断增强科学课程的纵向连贯性与横向整合性，在学校层面构建“大科学教育”课程体系。同时，学校科学教育和校外科普教育应优势互补、协同发展。政府应整合各方力量构建“大科学教育”联盟；学校应以“大科学教育”观念统筹校内外资源，合作开发课程；校外科普教育应提高面向青少年的针对性，切实服务好师生群体。

能源系统与人类社会的相互作用关系是能源地理研究的主要内容,涉及经济、政治、环境和文化等多个维度。能源的不均衡分布与空间流动及其环境效应吸引了地理学者的关注,同时地理学者又可以通过独特的视角与研究方法分析能源问题。能源地理研究因人类在地球表层能源系统中的经济活动和地缘政治而兴起,又因全球气候变化的挑战和社会公平的讨论而进入新的繁荣阶段。由于中外所处的发展阶段不同,能源环境问题存在差异,又因学术氛围不同,所以学者们在关注视角和研究特色等方面存在不同侧重。国际能源地理研究以资源分布及经济地理研究为起点,在能源环境问题的牵引下逐渐形成了学术共同体,并在长期发展历程中出现了能源生产网络与能源流动、能源地缘政治与能源安全、能源转型与气候治理、能源正义与能源贫困等多元研究议题,可为中国学者提供诸多有益借鉴。中国能源地理研究从20世纪中叶起大致形成了“世界资源地理”和“部门经济地理”两个脉络的传统,并持续面向国家战略需求开展经世致用的应用研究,21世纪以来在碳排放与居民能源消费等方面的研究逐步与国际接轨。近年来,在强调“双碳”目标、能源转型和能源安全的背景下,能源地理研究迎来了新的发展机遇,但也存在学科内外部挑战。为了建设“能源地理学”,需要在传承宝贵传统的基础上,在理论和方法、咨询与智库研究、科普传播、人才队伍建设等方面有所创新。

The critical role of vanadium in metallurgy and the increasing commercialization of vanadium redox flow batteries have contributed to a rise in market demand for vanadium, emphasizing the need to ensure the sustainability of vanadium production. Converter vanadium slag and stone coal, generated during the smelting process of vanadium–titanium magnetite, serve as primary raw materials for vanadium extraction. This paper reviews the process mineralogy of converter vanadium slag and stone coal, encompassing the chemical and physical phase compositions of the raw materials and the state of vanadium occurrence. The aim is to establish a theoretical foundation for the mechanistic study of the vanadium extraction techniques and to provide a reference for the optimization of the process afterward. This paper systematically summarizes the current vanadium extraction technology from converter vanadium slag, covering roasting,direct leaching, sub-molten salt method, and the technology and research status of vanadium extraction from stone coal. Most importantly, it identifies key issues in the current vanadium extraction techniques and challenges faced in actual production, based on the analysis of the current vanadium extraction process and mechanism research. The forward feasibility and prospects for the development of vanadium extraction technology are outlined.
